the two supporting pieces are arranged on two sides of the lifting frame through second connecting rod mechanisms respectively;
the driving frame is connected with the lifting frame in a swinging mode, and two sides of the driving frame are connected with the supporting piece through driving rods respectively; the driving frame swings backwards, and the driving rods on the two sides drive the supporting piece to move; the driving frame swings forwards and abuts against the limiting bulge of the lifting frame so as to drive the first connecting rod mechanism to lift;
the direct-push motor is connected with the driving frame to drive the driving frame to rotate back and forth.
Furthermore, the lifting frame comprises two lifting mounting plates, a front connecting rod and a rear connecting rod, the front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod are fixedly arranged between the two lifting mounting plates, a pair of connecting plates are fixed on the front connecting rod, and limiting bulges matched with the driving frame are formed on the connecting plates;
the driving frame is positioned between the lifting mounting plates and connected to the lifting mounting plates.
Furthermore, the first connecting rod mechanism comprises a pair of front connecting rods and a pair of rear connecting rods, the lower ends of the front connecting rods and the lower ends of the rear connecting rods are rotatably connected with the underframe, and the upper ends of the front connecting rods and the upper ends of the rear connecting rods are rotatably connected with the lifting frame connecting plate; two reinforcing rods are arranged between the two front connecting rods.
Furthermore, the second connecting rod mechanism comprises a front rotating rod, a rear inclined rod and a rear rotating rod;
one end of the front rotating rod is rotationally connected with the front end of the lifting frame, and the other end of the front rotating rod is rotationally connected with the front end of the supporting piece;
back dwang one end is rotated with the lift frame rear end and is connected, the back dwang other end rotates with the back down tube to be connected, the back down tube rotates with the support piece rear end to be connected.
Furthermore, the front rotary rod and the front end of the lifting frame are connected with the foot support bracket;
the rear inclined rod and the rear end of the lifting frame are connected with a backrest support.
Furthermore, the driving frame comprises a driving cross arm and two swing arms, the swing arms are fixedly arranged at two ends of the driving cross arm, the upper ends of the swing arms are rotatably connected with the lifting frame, and the lower ends of the swing arms are rotatably connected with the driving rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an electric sofa support suitable for lifting loads, wherein a direct-push motor is selected to be matched with a driving frame and a driving rod to drive a supporting piece and a lifting frame to move, so that the stable arc-shaped lifting of the supporting piece and the lifting frame is ensured.
Secondly, two connecting rods around the lifting frame middle part adopts, has promoted the stability of lifting frame on the horizontal direction greatly, and in the same way, two stiffeners are increased to a pair of preceding connecting rod in first link mechanism to promote whole first link mechanism's intensity, thereby promote the ability that first link mechanism bore great load.

The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams only illustrating the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an electric sofa support adapted to lift a load includes a base frame 1;
two sides of the lifting frame 4 are respectively connected with the underframe 1 through the first connecting rod mechanisms 2, and the lifting frame 4 does arc-shaped lifting motion on the underframe 1 through the first connecting rod mechanisms 2;
two supporting pieces 6 are respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting frame 4 through second connecting rod mechanisms;
the driving frame 3 is connected with the lifting frame 4 in a swinging mode, and two sides of the driving frame 3 are connected with the supporting piece 6 through the driving rods 33 respectively; the driving frame 3 swings backwards, and the driving rods 33 on the two sides drive the supporting piece 6 to move; the driving frame 3 swings forwards and abuts against the limiting bulge of the lifting frame 4 to drive the first connecting rod mechanism 2 to lift;
and the direct-push motor is connected with the driving frame 3 to drive the driving frame 3 to rotate back and forth.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lifting frame 4 includes two lifting mounting plates 41, a front connecting rod 42 and a rear connecting rod 43, the front connecting rod 42 and the rear connecting rod 43 are fixedly disposed between the two lifting mounting plates 41, a pair of connecting plates 44 are fixed on the front connecting rod 42, and a limiting protrusion for matching with the driving frame is formed on the connecting plates;
the drive frame 3 is located between the front connecting rod 42 and the rear connecting rod 43.
Two connecting rods are installed between two lifting installation plates 41, the strength of the lifting frame 4 is improved, the lifting frame is prevented from deforming in the horizontal direction, the driving frame 3 is located between the front connecting rod 42 and the rear connecting rod 43, and the lifting stability of the lifting frame 4 is improved.
Specifically, the first link mechanism 2 comprises a pair of front links 21 and a pair of rear links 22, the lower ends of the front links 21 and the rear links 22 are rotatably connected with the underframe 1, and the upper ends of the front links 21 and the rear links 22 are rotatably connected with the connecting plate 44 of the lifting frame 4; two reinforcing rods 23 are provided between the two front links 21. The pair of front links 21 in the first linkage 2 is added with two reinforcing rods 23 to increase the strength of the entire first linkage 2, thereby increasing the ability of the first linkage 2 to withstand larger loads.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the second link mechanism includes a front rotating lever 81, a rear tilting lever 83, and a rear rotating lever 82; one end of the front rotating rod 81 is rotatably connected with the front end of the lifting frame 4, and the other end of the front rotating rod 81 is rotatably connected with the front end of the support piece 6; the back dwang 82 one end is rotated with the lifting frame 4 rear end and is connected, the back dwang 82 other end rotates with back down rake 83 and is connected, back down rake 83 rotates with support piece 6 rear end and is connected.
The support member 6 is configured to swing in an arc shape by the front rotating lever 81, the rear tilting lever 83, and the rear rotating lever 82, and to move up and down and back and forth on the lifting frame 4.
Specifically, the front rotary rod 81 and the front end of the lifting frame 4 are connected with the foot rest bracket 51; the rear inclined rod 83 is connected to the back support 52 at the rear end of the lifting frame 4. The specific structure of the footrest bracket 51 and the backrest bracket 52 is a conventional mature mechanism, and will not be described herein.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the driving frame 3 includes a driving cross arm 31 and two swing arms 32, the swing arms 32 are fixedly disposed at two ends of the driving cross arm 31, an upper end of the swing arm 32 is rotatably connected to the lifting frame 4, and a lower end of the swing arm 32 is rotatably connected to the driving rod 33.
As shown in fig. 4, the normal mode of the power sofa support, with the user sitting upright; the linear motor 7 extends out to drive the driving frame 3 to abut against the two connecting plates 44 of the lifting frame 4 for limiting, so that the linear motor 7 drives the lifting frame 4 to be lifted to the standing assisting mode shown in fig. 5, and a user can keep getting up and leave the sofa in the standing assisting mode.
During the normal mode of electronic sofa support, linear electric motor 7 withdraws, drive the drive frame 3 and do the backward rotation at the drop frame 4, swing arm 32 drives support piece 6 through actuating lever 33 and moves backward, when support piece 6 moves backward in-process drives foot rest support 51 and expandes, then get into the TV mode of electronic sofa support, namely, the user is fit for watching TV under this mode, along with linear electric motor 7 continues to drive support piece 6 through drive frame 3 and moves backward, drive back support 52 and open, just get into sofa support's leisure mode this moment.
The electric sofa support is changed from a traditional horizontal pushing motor to the existing linear motor 7, so that electric pushing force with large load is provided for the electric sofa support, the linear motor 7 is matched with the newly designed driving frame 3, so that the support 6 can be driven to do arc motion, namely the arc motion of the support 6 comprises the up-and-down motion of the support 6 and the back-and-forth motion of the support 6, and the motion of the support 6 finally drives the extension of the foot rest support 51 and the backrest support 52.
The electric sofa support also strengthens the structure of the lifting frame 4, adopts two connecting rods to fix the lifting mounting plates 41 at two sides, and improves the strength of the lifting frame 4; in addition, by means of the principle, the strength of the first connecting rod mechanism 2 is enhanced, and through the improvement, the load capacity of the electric sofa support is greatly improved.
