本发明公开了一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,包括中空曲柄轴以及依次套设于中空曲柄轴外围的输出法兰、内圈针齿壳、外圈针齿壳、输入端封盖,外圈针齿壳的外围设有套设于内圈针齿壳外围的环套,环套与内圈针齿壳之间设有十字交叉滚柱,中空曲柄轴的外围套设有RV齿轮,RV齿轮的内壁设有套设于中空曲柄轴的滚针保持架轴承,RV齿轮的外围设有分别与内圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针长齿、与外圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针短齿,外圈针齿壳上设有滚柱装配口。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业制造自动化领域,具体涉及一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机。
背景技术
目前轻载荷机器人(额定负载10KG及以下的)手腕结构大部分供应商采用的是谐波减速机进行减速,谐波减速机的优点不言而喻,但其劣势也较为明显,一是刚性较RV弱,二是使用寿命短、故障率高,三是制造成本较高,四是成品供货量受生产瓶颈制约等等。本公司由于产品性价比高,市场占有率不断提高,产品供货量渐渐成为出货瓶颈,而谐波产品的可采购量和供货量是瓶颈中的瓶颈,基出此背景,本专利提供一种微型中空轴RV减速机结构,以满足生产需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,能够通过采用全封闭结构简化了机器人产品的组装,降低了生产成本,结构简单,便于使用,用以解决现有技术导致的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,包括中空曲柄轴以及依次套设于所述中空曲柄轴外围的输出法兰、内圈针齿壳、外圈针齿壳、输入端封盖,所述外圈针齿壳的外围设有套设于所述内圈针齿壳外围的环套,所述环套与所述内圈针齿壳之间设有十字交叉滚柱,所述中空曲柄轴的外围套设有RV齿轮,所述RV齿轮的内壁设有套设于所述中空曲柄轴的滚针保持架轴承,所述RV齿轮的外围设有分别与所述内圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针长齿、与所述外圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针短齿,所述外圈针齿壳上设有滚柱装配口。
上述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,所述RV齿轮的两侧均设有套设于所述中空曲柄轴的深沟球轴承。
上述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,所述深沟球轴承的外围设有骨架油封,所述内圈针齿壳与所述外圈针齿壳的连接处设有骨架油封。
上述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,所述深沟球轴承与所述RV齿轮之间设有滚针轴承挡圈。
依据上述本发明一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机提供的技术方案效果是:采用全封闭结构简化了机器人产品的组装,降低了生产成本,结构简单,便于使用。

本发明的一较佳实施例是提供一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,目的是采用全封闭结构简化了机器人产品的组装,降低了生产成本,结构简单,便于使用。
如图1-2所示,一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其中,包括中空曲柄轴101以及依次套设于中空曲柄轴101外围的输出法兰102、内圈针齿壳103、外圈针齿壳104、输入端封盖105,外圈针齿壳104的外围设有套设于内圈针齿壳103外围的环套106,环套106与内圈针齿壳103之间设有十字交叉滚柱107,中空曲柄轴101的外围套设有RV齿轮108,RV齿轮108的内壁设有套设于中空曲柄轴101的滚针保持架轴承109,RV齿轮108的外围设有分别与内圈针齿壳103匹配的复数个滚针长齿110、与外圈针齿壳104匹配的复数个滚针短齿111,外圈针齿壳104上设有滚柱装配口201,如图3所示,在使用时,中空曲柄输入轴旋转1周,RV齿轮108整体反向转动1个RV齿,内圈针齿壳103上共有40个滚针长齿110,所以中空曲柄输入轴要旋转40圈RV齿轮108才能反方向旋转1周,从而实现了减速比为40:1,RV齿轮108与内圈针齿壳103相啮合的厚度大于与外圈针齿壳104相啮合的厚度,由于RV齿轮108与外圈针齿壳104的齿数相等,它们之间不存在减速,RV齿轮108反向转动时带动外圈针齿壳104一起作同步反向转动。
本实施例提供的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,采用的RV齿轮108的两侧均设有套设于中空曲柄轴101的深沟球轴承112。
本实施例提供的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,采用的深沟球轴承112的外围设有骨架油封113,内圈针齿壳103与外圈针齿壳104的连接处设有骨架油封113。
本实施例提供的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,采用的深沟球轴承112与RV齿轮108之间设有滚针轴承挡圈114。
综上,本发明的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,能够通过采用全封闭结构简化了机器人产品的组装,降低了生产成本,结构简单,便于使用。

1.一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其特征在于,包括中空曲柄轴以及依次套设于所述中空曲柄轴外围的输出法兰、内圈针齿壳、外圈针齿壳、输入端封盖,所述外圈针齿壳的外围设有套设于所述内圈针齿壳外围的环套,所述环套与所述内圈针齿壳之间设有十字交叉滚柱,所述中空曲柄轴的外围套设有RV齿轮,所述RV齿轮的内壁设有套设于所述中空曲柄轴的滚针保持架轴承,所述RV齿轮的外围设有分别与所述内圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针长齿、与所述外圈针齿壳匹配的复数个滚针短齿,所述外圈针齿壳上设有滚柱装配口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其特征在于,所述RV齿轮的两侧均设有套设于所述中空曲柄轴的深沟球轴承。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其特征在于,所述深沟球轴承的外围设有骨架油封,所述内圈针齿壳与所述外圈针齿壳的连接处设有骨架油封。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种微型大孔径中空轴RV减速机,其特征在于,所述深沟球轴承与所述RV齿轮之间设有滚针轴承挡圈。
