Background

Meanwhile, plants and the like are planted in the middle of the isolation belt to prevent dizziness caused by opposite lane car lamps, and soil filling operation is needed between the guard rails of the isolation belt.
At present, when the highway isolation belt is filled with soil, as special equipment for the working condition is not available in the market, the existing construction method is to laterally discharge soil on the vehicle between the guardrails of the middle isolation belt through the cooperation of a transport vehicle and a digger or a loader after the construction of base layers at two sides is completed.
The construction has the following problems of discontinuous construction of non-professional construction equipment, low construction efficiency, easy soil sprinkling and pollution to the formed pavement, poor formation of the isolation belt soil layer, large amount of manual participation in the construction process, inconvenience in post leveling treatment and low operation efficiency. With the rapid development of the social economy and traffic industry in China, the traditional construction technology of the isolation belt filling soil can not meet the mechanical and automatic operation demands of construction enterprises on the work.

The invention aims to provide a filling, leveling and compacting device, which realizes automatic continuous leveling, compacting and forming of a highway isolation belt soil layer, avoids manual leveling treatment in the later period, reduces labor cost and improves operation quality and efficiency.

Thereby realizing mechanical and automatic continuous operation.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 4, according to the width change of the actual construction isolation belt, only the adjusting bolt 6 is required to be loosened, the adjusting guide frame 1 adjusts the depth of inserting the vibration leveling mechanism 2, and then the adjusting bolt 6 is used for fixing, so that the construction with different widths is realized.
