Abstract
The invention discloses a telescopic lifting fork, which belongs to the technical field of lifting forks and comprises a lifting fork frame, wherein two lifting fork heads are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the lifting fork frame, a lifting fork sleeve is sleeved outside the lifting fork heads, a clamping block corresponding to the lifting fork sleeve is arranged on the left side of the lifting fork frame, elongated slots are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the lifting fork sleeve, square holes are formed in the lifting fork heads, a chain wheel is rotatably connected inside the square holes, a chain penetrating through the lifting fork frame is rotatably connected between a motor and the chain wheel, and the chain is fixedly connected with the bottoms of the elongated slots. The invention drives the lifting fork sleeve to stretch and retract through the chain and uses the additional lifting fork head which can be clamped, thereby achieving the purposes of conveying ultrahigh goods and clamping irregular-shaped goods.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lifting fork, in particular to a telescopic lifting fork, and belongs to the technical field of lifting forks.
Background
The fork lift serves as a freight handling device which can be used to easily transport freight from one place to another to effect movement of the freight. However, the goods shipped in many factories are different in size, and often the goods are too high, too long or too narrow to be transported by using the lifting forks, and even some goods with irregular shapes are often required to be manually transported.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a telescopic lifting fork, which can achieve the purposes of carrying ultrahigh goods and clamping irregular goods by driving a lifting fork sleeve to stretch through a chain and using an additional lifting fork head which can be clamped.

the telescopic lifting fork comprises a lifting fork frame, wherein two lifting fork heads are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the lifting fork frame, a lifting fork sleeve is sleeved outside the lifting fork heads, a clamping block corresponding to the lifting fork sleeve is arranged on the left side of the lifting fork frame, elongated slots are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the lifting fork sleeve, square holes are formed in the lifting fork heads, a chain wheel is rotatably connected to the interior of each square hole, a chain penetrating through the lifting fork frame is rotatably connected between a motor and the chain wheel, and the chain is fixedly connected with the bottoms of the elongated slots.
Preferably, a first rib plate fixedly connected with the lifting fork is arranged on one side of the motor, and a second rib plate is arranged on one side of the first rib plate.
Preferably, a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod are connected between the first rib plate and the second rib plate.
Preferably, the left side of the first rib plate is provided with a bearing shaft, the left end of the bearing shaft is rotatably connected with a rotary disc, and the right side of the bearing shaft is movably connected with the first fixing rod.
Preferably, a lifting hydraulic oil cylinder is movably connected above the bearing shaft, and one end of the lifting hydraulic oil cylinder is movably connected with the second fixing rod.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clear and definite for those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the retractable fork assembly provided in this embodiment includes a fork arm frame 1, two fork arms 2 are symmetrically disposed on the right side of the fork arm frame 1, a fork sleeve 3 is sleeved outside the fork arms 2, a clamping block 20 corresponding to the fork sleeve 3 is disposed on the left side of the fork arm frame 1, and elongated slots 17 are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the inside of the fork sleeve 3. A square hole 21 is formed in the lifting fork head 2, and a chain wheel 19 is rotatably connected inside the square hole 21. A chain 18 penetrating through the lifting fork frame 1 is rotatably connected between the motor 22 and the chain wheel 19, and the chain 18 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the long groove 17. The chain 18 is used for driving the lifting fork sleeve 3 to stretch and retract, so that the length of the lifting fork head 2 can be increased, and the loading and unloading of overlong goods are facilitated.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a first rib 9 fixedly connected to the fork 1 is provided at one side of the motor 22, and a second rib 10 is provided at one side of the first rib 9.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a first fixing lever 23 and a second fixing lever 24 are connected between the first rib 9 and the second rib 10. The first fixing lever 23 and the second fixing lever 24 can improve the coupling strength between the first rib 9 and the second rib 10.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the left side of the first rib plate 9 is provided with a bearing shaft 7, the left end of the bearing shaft 7 is rotatably connected with the rotary disk 6, and the right side of the bearing shaft 7 is movably connected with the first fixing rod 23. The rotary disk 6 can rotate the lifting fork frame 1 at any angle, thereby improving the flexibility of the lifting fork frame 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a lifting hydraulic cylinder 8 is movably connected above the bearing shaft 7, and one end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 8 is movably connected to the second fixing rod 24.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and the figure, both sides of the upper end of the lifting fork frame 1 are movably connected with a pressing rod 4, and a pressing hydraulic cylinder 5 is movably connected between the lifting fork frame 1 and the left end of the pressing rod 4. The compressing rod 4 above the lifting fork head 2 can fix the goods on the lifting fork frame 1 when the ultrahigh goods are loaded and unloaded, and the goods can be prevented from toppling over in the loading and unloading process.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a connecting rod 12 is disposed inside the fork arm 1, a first engaging groove 13 is formed on the connecting rod 12, and a second engaging groove 14 is formed at the bottom of the fork arm 1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an additional fork head 11 is disposed at one side of the fork head 2, two latch blocks 20 are disposed at the rear side of the additional fork head 11, and the latch blocks 20 are respectively latched in the first latch groove 13 and the second latch groove 14. Additional lifting forks 11 can be slid side to side on the connecting rods 12 and the hoisting frame.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a clamping hydraulic cylinder 16 fixedly connected to the fork carriage 1 is provided at one side of the additional lifting fork 11, and a plurality of anti-slip teeth 15 are provided at the inner side of the additional lifting fork 11. The additional hoisting fork head 11 which can be clamped is used for clamping irregular-shaped goods, so that the application range of the hoisting fork is enlarged, and the carrying capacity is improved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the latch 20 is a T-shaped latch. The T-shaped clamping block is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the telescopic fork provided in this embodiment has the following principle: after the lifting fork is installed on the lifting equipment, the lifting fork sleeve 3 is adjusted to extend out by a proper length, and when the goods are high, the goods are fixed on the lifting frame 1 by using the compression rod 4 and then are carried. When the load is irregularly shaped, the lifting angle of hoisting frame 1 is adjusted by means of a turntable 6, and the additional lifting forks are then clamped by means of clamping hydraulic rams 16 to pick up the load.
In summary, in this embodiment, according to the retractable fork of this embodiment, the retractable fork provided in this embodiment uses the chain 18 to drive the fork sleeve 3 to retract and extend, so as to increase the length of the fork head 2, so as to load and unload very long goods. The compression rod 4 above the lifting fork head 2 can fix the goods on the lifting fork frame 1 when the ultrahigh goods are loaded and unloaded, and the goods can be prevented from toppling over in the loading and unloading process. The additional hoisting fork head 11 which can be clamped is used for clamping irregular-shaped goods, so that the application range of the hoisting fork is enlarged, and the carrying capacity is improved.

2. Telescopic fork as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that one side of the motor (22) is provided with a first rib (9) fixedly connected to the fork (1), and one side of the first rib (9) is provided with a second rib (10).
3. Telescopic fork lift according to claim 2, wherein a first fixing rod (23) and a second fixing rod (24) are connected between the first cross brace (9) and the second cross brace (10).

The telescopic fork as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first cross member (9) is provided with a bearing shaft (7) at the left side, the bearing shaft (7) is rotatably connected with a rotary disc (6) at the left end, and the bearing shaft (7) is movably connected with the first fixing rod (23) at the right side.

6. The telescopic fork as claimed in claim 1, wherein a hold-down rod (4) is movably connected to both sides of the upper end of the fork arm (1), and a hold-down hydraulic cylinder (5) is movably connected between the fork arm (1) and the left end of the hold-down rod (4).

Telescopic fork as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the additional fork head (11) is provided on one side with a clamping hydraulic cylinder (16) fixedly connected to the fork carriage (1), and that the additional fork head (11) is provided on the inside with a plurality of anti-slip teeth (15).
