Abstract
The invention provides a method for installing a lower trolley track of a gantry crane with a single main beam of which the end surface is in an inverted trapezoid shape, which comprises 1, a lower trolley track, 2, a main beam side platform channel, 3, a track hoisting frame, 4 and 12t forklifts, 5, a track hoisting ring, 6, a gantry crane main beam, 7, a main beam folding buttress, 8 and a track pressing plate. According to the method, the lifting frame is arranged on the fork of the forklift, the lifting height of the forklift is increased, and the influence of a platform channel on the side surface of the main beam on a lifting track of a common crane is avoided. The single 12m steel rail is installed in place after being lengthened, so that the installation time of the rail is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for hoisting and mounting a trolley track under a large-tonnage single-girder gantry crane, in particular to a method for mounting a trolley track under a single-girder gantry crane with an inverted trapezoidal end surface.
Background
The large single-girder gantry crane is provided with an upper trolley track and a lower trolley track after the girders are folded, the cross section of the girder of the single-girder gantry crane is mostly in an inverted trapezoid shape, and platform channels are arranged on the two side surfaces of the girder above the lower trolley track. The platform channel is generally installed in place when the main beam is manufactured in sections, and lifting of the lower trolley track is affected after the main beam is folded.
Therefore, a new technical solution to the rail installation problem needs to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation that two lower trolley tracks of a single-girder gantry crane are difficult to hoist, the invention provides a method for installing the lower trolley tracks of the single-girder gantry crane with inverted trapezoidal end surfaces. Utilize 2 fork trucks, cooperate to use on fork truck and increase the dolly rail mounting under the frame completion.
A method for installing a trolley track under a gantry crane with a single main beam and an inverted trapezoid end face specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) after the closure of the main beam of the gantry crane is finished, a single track with the length of 12m is placed on the track mounting surface of the lower trolley by using a forklift, and a track hoisting frame is used on a fork of the forklift to increase the lifting height of the forklift;
(2) according to the welding form of the lower trolley rail butt joint, a single rail of 12m is lengthened to enable the whole rail to be a whole;
(3) after the track lengthening is finished, marking a track central line at the track mounting position of the lower trolley, and simultaneously marking two-day inspection lines at 100mm positions on two sides of the central line for inspecting the track positioning;
(4) welding base plates of the track pressing plates on two sides of the lower trolley track with the main beam according to the track pressing plate layout, and polishing and painting the weld joint;
(5) hoisting and placing the lengthened tracks in place section by using 2 forklifts;
(6) and installing a track pressing plate cover plate and screwing the bolt on the pressing plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the hoisting device solves the hoisting problem in the process of installing the trolley track under the single-girder gantry crane, and simultaneously can lengthen the whole track and hoist the track in place for installation, thereby saving the installation time.

The invention provides a method for installing a trolley track under a gantry crane with a single main beam and an inverted trapezoid end face, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) as shown in fig. 1-4, after the main beams 6 of the gantry crane are completely folded, a single track with the length of 12m is placed on the mounting surface of the track 1 of the lower trolley by using a 12t forklift 4, and in order to increase the lifting height of the forklift 4, a track lifting frame 3 is used on the fork of the forklift 4;
(2) according to the welding form of the butt joint of the lower trolley track 1, a single track of 12m is lengthened to enable the whole track to be a whole;
(3) after the track lengthening is finished, marking a track central line at the installation position of the lower trolley track 1, and simultaneously marking two-day inspection lines at 100mm positions on two sides of the central line for inspecting the track positioning;
(4) according to the arrangement diagram of the track pressing plates 8, base plates of the track pressing plates 8 on two sides of the lower trolley track 1 are welded with the gantry crane main beam 6, and a welding seam is polished and painted;
(5) hoisting the lengthened track section by using 2 12t forklifts 4 to put in place;
(6) and installing a cover plate of the rail pressing plate 8 and screwing the bolt on the pressing plate 8.
The hoisting device solves the hoisting problem when the trolley track 1 is installed under the single-girder gantry crane, and simultaneously can lengthen the whole track and hoist the track in place for installation, thereby saving the installation time.
Claims (1)
1. A method for installing a trolley track under a gantry crane with a single main beam and an inverted trapezoid end face is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) after the closure of the main beam of the gantry crane is finished, a single track with the length of 12m is placed on the track mounting surface of the lower trolley by using a forklift, and a track hoisting frame is used on a fork of the forklift to increase the lifting height of the forklift;
(2) according to the welding form of the lower trolley rail butt joint, a single rail of 12m is lengthened to enable the whole rail to be a whole;
(3) after the track lengthening is finished, marking a track central line at the track mounting position of the lower trolley, and simultaneously marking two-day inspection lines at 100mm positions on two sides of the central line for inspecting the track positioning;
