Abstract
The invention discloses a breathable spherical garment cutting mechanism which comprises a machine body, a cutting table, a cutting head and a press belt, wherein the cutting table is arranged on the upper surface of the machine body, the press belt is arranged on two sides of the cutting table and comprises an upper rotary belt and a lower rotary belt, and driving wheels of the upper rotary belt and the lower rotary belt are opposite in rotation direction and same in speed; the ball clothing fabric is clamped and dragged through the upper rotating belt and the lower rotating belt. Two guide rails are arranged on two sides of the machine body, sliding tables are mounted at the bottoms of two sides of the movable cross beam, and the sliding tables can move back and forth on the guide rails under the driving of a driving device. A support is arranged behind the movable cross beam in the advancing direction of the ball coat fabric, and the manipulator comprises a base, a cylinder and a pneumatic chuck and can finish the circular actions of descending, clamping finished products, ascending, translating, loosening the finished products and resetting.
