However, in the process of transferring and conveying the CCL materials, the CCL materials need to be loaded by a bottom supporting plate, and how to replace the bottom supporting plate on the production equipment is a difficult problem in non-stop production.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provide a double-layer material circulating conveying method and equipment for realizing the roll-out of a pallet filled with materials on main equipment and the roll-in of an empty pallet without shutdown.

2) the empty pallet is placed in a feeding section by a transport vehicle and is conveyed to the direction of a discharging section by a feeding section lower layer roller 201 and a feeding section upper layer roller 2002;
3) when the empty pallet runs on the feeding section, the pallet filled with materials is conveyed to the discharging section lower-layer roller 301 and the discharging section upper-layer roller 302;
4) the upper roller 302 of the discharging section is lifted, and the materials filled in the upper roller are conveyed towards the feeding section; meanwhile, the empty pallet runs towards the lower roller 301 of the discharging section;
5) the loading section upper layer roller 202 is lifted, the pallet filled with the materials on the discharging section upper layer roller 302 is conveyed to the loading section upper layer roller 202, the loading section upper layer roller 202 is descended with the empty pallet, and the pallet filled with the materials is placed on a carrying vehicle;
6) and (5) repeating the steps 1-5.
Compared with the prior art, the double-layer material circulating conveying equipment provided by the invention at least realizes the following beneficial effects:
the invention can realize the non-stop transfer by the ascending and descending arrangement of the upper layer roller of the feeding section and the upper layer roller of the discharging section. The working efficiency is improved, and the occupied area is reduced. Can realize linking the steady transport of department to the pallet through the leading wheel.

1) as shown in fig. 1, in the initial state of the double-layer material circulation equipment, the feeding section upper layer roller 202 and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 are lowered to the same height as the feeding section lower layer roller 201 and the discharging section lower layer roller 301;
2) the empty pallet is placed in a feeding section by a transport vehicle and is conveyed to the direction of a discharging section by a feeding section lower layer roller 201 and a feeding section upper layer roller 2002;
3) when the empty pallet runs on the feeding section, the pallet filled with materials is conveyed to the discharging section lower-layer roller 301 and the discharging section upper-layer roller 302;
4) as shown in fig. 2, the upper roller 302 of the discharging section is lifted, and the full material is conveyed towards the feeding section; meanwhile, the empty pallet runs towards the lower roller 301 of the discharging section;
5) the loading section upper layer roller 202 is lifted, the pallet filled with the materials on the discharging section upper layer roller 302 is conveyed to the loading section upper layer roller 202, the loading section upper layer roller 202 is descended with the empty pallet, and the pallet filled with the materials is placed on a carrying vehicle;
6) and (5) repeating the steps 1-5.
In the case of the example 2, the following examples are given,
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the double-layer material circulating conveying equipment comprises a rack 1, wherein a feeding section lower layer roller 201 and a discharging section lower layer roller 301 are arranged on the rack 1; the shaft seat of the feeding section lower layer roller 201 is fixed on the frame 1, and the shaft seat of the discharging section lower layer roller 301 is fixed on the frame 1;
the feeding section upper layer roller 202 can move up and down relative to the feeding section lower layer roller 201;
the discharging section upper layer roller 302 can move up and down relative to the discharging section lower layer roller 301;
the rollers in the lower roller 201 of the feeding section and the rollers in the upper roller 202 of the feeding section are arranged in a staggered manner;
the rollers in the lower roller 301 of the discharging section and the rollers in the upper roller 302 of the discharging section are arranged in a staggered mode.
Based on this embodiment, the workflow is as follows:
1. when the equipment is in an initial state, the feeding section upper layer roller 202 and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 are both positioned below and have the same height with the feeding section lower layer roller 201 and the discharging section lower layer roller 301.
2. The empty pallet is placed in the feeding section by the transport vehicle, and is conveyed to the discharging section by the feeding section lower layer roller 201 and the feeding section upper layer roller 202, and then is conveyed to the main production equipment. Meanwhile, the pallet filled with the materials is conveyed to the discharging section lower layer roller 301 and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 of the discharging section, and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 is lifted up and conveyed towards the direction of the feeding section.
3. The loading section upper layer roller 202 is lifted, the pallet filled with the materials on the discharging section upper layer roller 302 is conveyed to the loading section upper layer roller 202, the loading section upper layer roller 202 is descended with the empty pallet, and the pallet filled with the materials is placed on the carrying vehicle.
4. The above steps are repeated.
Based on the embodiment, the invention can realize the non-stop transfer by the ascending and descending arrangement of the feeding section upper layer roller 202 of the feeding section and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 of the discharging section. The working efficiency is improved, and the occupied area is reduced. The rollers in the feeding section lower layer roller 201 and the rollers in the feeding section upper layer roller 202 are arranged in a staggered mode, the rollers in the discharging section lower layer roller 301 and the rollers in the discharging section upper layer roller 302 are arranged in a staggered mode, the feeding section upper layer roller 202 and the discharging section upper layer roller 302 achieve overall lifting through a lifting device close to the side of the frame, and normal operation of the feeding section lower layer roller 20 and the discharging section lower layer roller 301 cannot be influenced.
