The novel seat with the leg rest shown in fig. 1-4 comprises a seat body 1, a seat back 2, an armrest box 3 and a leg rest device 4. The chair back 2 is hinged with the chair body 1, so that the angle adjustment of the chair back 2 can be realized, and the adjustment can be carried out according to the actual requirements of passengers. The top of the chair back 2 is also provided with a headrest 21, and the armrest box 3 is arranged on one side of the chair body 1, so that the comfort level of passengers is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the leg rest device 4 is provided on the front side of the seat body 1, and includes a leg rest 40, a leg rest main frame 41, a gas spring 43, a link mechanism 45, and a support plate 46. The link mechanism 45 and the supporting plate 46 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the leg supporting plate 40, so that the two sides of the leg supporting plate 40 can be uniformly stressed, the structure is stable, and the operation is more stable.
The leg support main frame 41 comprises a rotating shaft 411 and supporting rods 412 with two symmetrical ends, shaft sleeves 42 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 411, and the shaft sleeves 42 are fixedly connected with the seat body 1 to realize the stable and rotary motion of the leg support main frame 41.
The air spring 43 is connected with the leg support main frame 41 through a linkage plate 44, one end of the linkage plate 44 is hinged with the air spring 43, and the other end is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 411. When the leg support main frame works, after the air spring 43 is opened, the piston rod pushes the linkage plate 44 to move, and the linkage plate 44 drives the leg support main frame 41 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 4, the link mechanism 45 includes a first link 451, a second link 452, and a third link 453. The first link 451 is provided in a V shape for preventing a link dead point. One end of the first link 451 is hinged to the inner wall of the leg rest 40, the middle portion of the first link 451 is hinged to the support bar 412, and the other end of the first link 451 is hinged to one end of the second link 452. The other end of the second link 452 is fixedly connected to one end of the third link 453. The third link 453 is L-shaped, two screw holes are opened at the long portion of the L-shape, and the second link 452 is fixedly connected to the third link 453 by two screws. The other end of the third link 453 is hinged to the seat body 1. The second link 452 and the third link 453 are fixedly connected together by two screws, that is, an overlapping portion is provided, so that the running tracks of the first link 451 and the second link 453 in the lifting and falling processes can be ensured to be consistent. If only one link is provided between the second link 452 and the third link 453, the link mechanism is liable to tilt, and unstable when the link mechanism is lifted and dropped, resulting in a poor practical effect.
The support plate 46 is hinged at one end to the support bar 412 and at the other end to the inner wall of the leg rest 40. The supporting plate 46 can be matched with the connecting rod mechanism 45 to work, so that the leg supporting plate 40 is lifted and fallen back, and the structure is more stable.
During operation, the air spring 43 is opened by pressing the button, the piston rod is ejected out, the piston rod drives the linkage plate 44 to move, the linkage plate 44 drives the rotating shaft 412 on the leg support main frame 41 to rotate, so that the support rod 412 on the leg support main frame 41 is driven to move, and the support rod 412 drives the connecting rod mechanism 45 and the support plate 46 to support the leg support plate 40. Specifically, the first link 451 in the link mechanism 45 drives the second link 452 to rotate, the third link 453 and the second link 452 keep a consistent movement track, and the second link 452 drives the third link 453 and one end of the seat body 1 hinged to the third link 453 to rotate, so as to lift the leg rest 40. When the leg support is not needed, the gas spring button is pressed, the leg support is pressed by the weight of the leg, the leg support plate is retracted according to the opposite movement track, and the leg support plate and the seat body are positioned at 90 degrees. In addition, when the button of the gas spring is pressed, the button is loosened at any angle between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, the leg supporting plate can be positioned at any required angle, and the leg supporting plate is convenient to use and flexible to operate.
The leg support device 4 is arranged in the seat, so that the seat can be positioned at any angle of 90-180 degrees with the seat body, and can be automatically adjusted according to the requirements of passengers, the comfort degree of the passengers in long-term travel is improved, and the leg support device is simple to operate and convenient to maintain.
Example two
It should be noted that, in embodiment 2, the left and right directional terms are defined by referring to the view shown in fig. 6, and it should be understood that the use of the directional terms should not limit the scope of protection claimed in the present application.
As shown in fig. 1-2, based on the novel seat with the leg rest described in the first embodiment, the novel seat further includes a tea table 5, the tea table 5 is a front-mounted tea table, and the tea table 5 is hinged to the inner side wall of the armrest box 3 and is accommodated in the armrest box 3.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the tea table 5 includes a table 50, a second hinge 51 fixedly connected to the table 50, and a first hinge 52 hinged to the second hinge 51 via a hinge shaft 53.
As shown in fig. 6, a stepped hole 521 is formed in the front side surface of the first hinge 52, a rotating sleeve 54 is installed in a small hole of the stepped hole 521, and a positioning shaft 56 is provided in the rotating sleeve 54 to position the first hinge 52 in the console box 3. A pressure spring 55 is mounted in the large hole of the stepped hole 521, and the pressure spring 55 is fixed in the stepped hole 521 through a positioning shaft 56. The rotating sleeve 54 arranged in the small hole of the step hole 521 can realize the rotation of the tea table in the armrest box 3, and the pressure spring 55 is fixedly arranged in the large hole of the step hole 521, so that the first hinge 52 can not swing left and right in the armrest box 3, and the use process is more stable.
A first round hole 522 is formed in the upper end surface of the first hinge 52, and the adjusting shaft 57 is installed in the first round hole 522. As shown in fig. 6, the upper end surface of the adjusting shaft 57 is formed as a spherical surface, the lower end surface is formed as an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is in contact with the outer surface of the lateral shaft 58. The lower end face of the second hinge 51 is provided with a rotary groove, and the outer surface of the rotary groove is matched with the spherical surface of the adjusting shaft 58.
The front side surface of the first hinge 52 is also provided with a long hole 523, a transverse shaft 58 is arranged in the long hole 523, two ends of the transverse shaft 58 are arranged in the positioning grooves of the armrest box 3, and the transverse shaft 58 moves left and right in the long hole 523 by reciprocating up and down in the rotary grooves according to the adjusting shaft 57. Threaded hole 581 is seted up at the cross axle 58 middle part, and threaded connection has spacing axle 582 in the threaded hole 581, and spacing axle 582 threaded connection is in the cross axle 58 middle part, can guarantee that the condition that the cross axle 58 does not appear rolling, and the structure is more stable.
A second round hole 524 is formed in the right side face of the first hinge 52, a spring 59 is installed in the second round hole 524, the limiting shaft 582 is inserted into the spring 59, one end of the spring 59 is in contact with the outer surface of the transverse shaft 58, and the other end of the spring is fixed in the second round hole 524 through a screw. The elongated hole 523 is connected to the first round hole 522 and the second round hole 523 in a penetrating manner. The spring 59 is arranged in the second round hole 524 and is in contact with the outer surface of the transverse shaft 58, the transverse shaft 58 is pushed to move rightwards in the long hole 523 when the adjusting shaft 57 moves downwards, and the spring 59 is in a contracted state; when the adjusting shaft 57 moves upward to return to the initial position, the spring 59 returns to the extended state to push the transverse shaft 58 to move leftward.
When the chair works, the lower end of the tea table 5 is pulled by the tea table from the front end face of the armrest box 3, the tea table is pulled out by rotating the hinge and turned upwards for 180 degrees, and then the tea table is turned for 90 degrees towards the inner side of the chair body for use. Specifically, when the table plate 50 is pulled by a hand, the rotating sleeve 54 arranged in the first hinge 52 rotates, the table plate 50 drives the outer surface of the rotating groove arranged in the second hinge 51 to press the spherical surface of the adjusting shaft 57, the inclined surface at the lower end of the adjusting shaft 57 pushes the transverse shaft 58 to move in the long hole 523, the transverse shaft 58 moves out of the positioning groove of the armrest box 3, the transverse shaft 53 moves the compression spring 59, and at the moment, the tea table is pulled out and rotates for 180 degrees; then the table plate 50 is turned over 90 degrees towards the inner side of the seat body 1, specifically, the second hinge 51 drives the table plate 50 to rotate through the hinge shaft 53, the spherical surface at the upper end of the adjusting shaft 57 is separated from the outer surface of the rotating groove to move upwards, the transverse shaft 58 restores to the initial position, namely the transverse shaft 58 is positioned and locked in the positioning groove of the armrest box 3, and the stable use state is kept. When withdrawing the tea table 5, the tea table 5 can be accommodated in the armrest box 3 through the reverse operation process.
The armrest box is not provided with the cover body, the upper end surface of the armrest box is a plane, and the armrest box can be hidden inside the armrest box when a tea table is not used. The front tea table is arranged on the seat, and can be directly pulled out from the front end of the armrest box and folded and positioned for use during use, so that the complex operation process in the prior art is optimized, and the use is more convenient.
