Claims (6)

1. The deburring device for die machining comprises a placing table (1) and a dedusting box (23), and is characterized in that supporting legs (2) are fixedly arranged on four corners of the bottom end of the placing table (1), a protective cover (3) is fixedly arranged on the top end of the placing table (1), a supporting plate (7) is arranged at the top of the placing table (1), a first hydraulic cylinder (8) is fixedly arranged at the axis of the top end of the supporting plate (7), a hydraulic rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (8) is fixedly connected with the axis of the bottom end of a placing plate (10) through a universal joint, second hydraulic cylinders (9) are fixedly arranged on four corners of the top end of the supporting plate (7), hydraulic rods of the four second hydraulic cylinders (9) are hinged with the four corners of the bottom end of the placing plate (10) through hinge seats, and connecting blocks (11) are fixedly arranged on four side edges of the top end of the supporting plate (7), threaded pipes (12) are fixedly arranged in the middle of the four connecting blocks (11), the four threaded pipes (12) are respectively in threaded connection with four screw rods (13), one ends of the four screw rods (13) are respectively and fixedly provided with a circular clamping plate (22), the top of one side of the protective cover (3) is fixedly provided with a first forward and reverse rotating motor (14), an output shaft of the first forward and reverse rotating motor (14) penetrates through the protective cover (3) to be fixedly connected with one end of a first lead screw (15), the first lead screw (15) is in threaded connection with a moving block (16) through a first lead screw nut (17), the top of the inner part of the protective cover (3) is fixedly provided with a first limiting rod (18) which is in penetrating connection with the moving block (16), the bottom end of the moving block (16) is fixedly provided with an air cylinder (19), the bottom end of the air cylinder (19) is fixedly provided with a polishing motor (20), and the output shaft of the polishing motor (20, the fixed second positive and negative motor (30) that is equipped with in the back of protection casing (3), the output shaft of the second positive and negative motor (30) passes the one end fixed connection of protection casing (3) and second lead screw (40), the middle part threaded connection of second lead screw nut (41) and backup pad (7) is passed through in second lead screw (40), the inner wall at the protection casing (3) back is fixed and is equipped with two second gag lever post (42) of alternating with backup pad (7) and is connected, the fixed dust removal case (23) that is equipped with of opposite side of protection casing (3), the inside intercommunication of ventilation pipe (24) and dust removal case (23) is passed through in the middle part of protection casing (3) opposite side, the inside bottom sliding connection of dust removal case (23) has dust collecting tank (29), the fixed metal filters (28) that are the triangle-shaped that are equipped with in the inside top of dust removal case (23), the fixed two mechanisms of beating that are equipped with in bottom of metal, the top of dust removal case (23) is fixed and is equipped with negative-pressure air fan (25), the convulsions end of negative-pressure air fan (25) is linked together through exhaust column (26) and dust removal case (23), the air-out end of negative-pressure air fan (25) is fixed and is equipped with exhaust pipe (27).

3. The apparatus for removing burrs from a mold according to claim 2, wherein: the two driving motors (31) are connected in series, one driving motor (31) rotates anticlockwise, and the other driving motor (31) rotates clockwise.

The apparatus for removing burrs from a mold according to claim 1, wherein: the front two sides of the protective cover (3) are hinged with a cover door (4) through hinges, the surface of the cover door (4) is fixedly provided with a transparent observation window (5), and one side of the cover door (4) is fixedly provided with a door handle (6).

6. A method for using the deburring device for mold processing according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: s1, opening the cover door 4 through the door handle (6), and placing the die to be processed on the top of the placing plate (10);
s2, screwing four screw rods (13) to drive four circular clamping plates (22) to move so as to clamp and fix the die;
s3, closing the cover door (4), setting a programming program of a PLC controller, controlling the first forward and reverse rotation motor (14) to rotate forward and reverse by the PLC controller, so as to drive the first screw rod (15) to rotate, and driving the moving block (16) to move in the X-axis direction under the action of the first limiting rod (18);
s4, the PLC controls the second forward and reverse rotation motor (30) to rotate forward and reverse, so that the second screw rod (40) is driven to rotate, and the support plate (7) is driven to move in the Y-axis direction under the action of the second limiting rod (42);
s5, the PLC controls the first hydraulic cylinder (8) and the four second hydraulic cylinders (9) to work respectively, so that the inclination angle of the placing plate (10) is adjusted;
s6, the PLC controls the piston rod of the cylinder (19) to extend so as to enable the grinding ball (21) to be in contact with the die, and the PLC controls the grinding motor (20) to work so as to drive the grinding ball (21) to rotate to grind the surface of the die;
s7, controlling the negative pressure fan (25) to work by the PLC, enabling the interior of the dust removal box (23) to be in a negative pressure state, sucking the scraps generated in the mold polishing process into the dust removal box (23), blocking the scraps by the metal filter screen (28), and enabling the scraps to fall into the dust collection groove (29) for collection;
s8, two driving motor (31) of PLC controller control carry out work, two driving motor (31) drive two transmission shaft (32) respectively and carry out clockwise rotation and anticlockwise rotation, drive gear (33) are connected with incomplete gear (36) meshing, thereby drive axis of rotation (35) and rotate, thereby drive and strike steel ball (38) and strike metal filters (28), make the sweeps attached to metal filters (28) surface drop, when incomplete gear (36) rotate to the one side of no teeth of a cogwheel, drive axis of rotation (35) under the effect of reset spring (39) and reset, thereby realize striking steel ball (38) and strike metal filters (28) reciprocal.
