According to the invention, the electromagnetic valves 2209 and the springs 2405 are electrically connected, so that in the specific use process, before the lead water is completely injected into the mold 24 and after the lead water is completely injected into the mold 24, the two electromagnetic valves 2209 are mutually matched to be switched, before the lead water is not injected into the mold 24 until the lead water is completely injected into the mold 24, the electromagnetic valve 2209 for heating the mold 24 is switched on, the electromagnetic valve 2209 for cooling the mold is switched off, so that the lead water can be better formed in the mold 24, after the lead water is completely injected into the mold 24, the heating electromagnetic valve 2209 is switched off, the electromagnetic valve 2209 for cooling the mold is switched on, the solidification and forming of the lead water are accelerated, the whole cooling and forming process is realized in the mold 24, the formation of harmful gas harmful to the health of workers is avoided, and the health of the workers is not influenced.
