Auxiliary dewatering technology of filter aid: the method is considered to be a promising dehydration technology, which can change the particle structure of suspension, form loose and porous aggregates, play a role in changing the specific resistance of filter cakes, improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the water content of the filter cakes. However, the synthesis process of the filter aid is complex, and the raw material source is not wide, so that the product price is expensive, and the popularization and the use of the filter aid are influenced.

The object of the invention is achieved in the following way:
a rotary coal-water separator comprises a rotary screen and a water filtering frame, wherein the rotary screen is arranged on rotary wheel sets on two side ends of the water filtering frame, and one rotary wheel set is connected with a power device; a coal outlet and a water inlet are formed in two ends of the drum sieve, and the diameter of the coal outlet is larger than that of the water inlet; a water inlet pipe is arranged on one side of a water inlet of the drum screen, and a water outlet of the water inlet pipe is arranged in the drum screen; a slideway is arranged in the drum screen, one end of the slideway is arranged above the water outlet of the water inlet pipe, and the other end of the slideway is inclined downwards and extends out of the coal outlet of the drum screen;
the inner wall circumference of the drum screen is connected with a plurality of coal scraping screens; the rotary screen and the coal scraping screen are fixedly connected, and the intersection of the rotary screen and the coal scraping screen is a curve; the intersecting curve of the coal scraping screen and the rotary screen is positioned on the space ellipse; taking the working rotation direction as reference, the coal scraping screen is positioned in front of the end close to the coal outlet and close to the water inlet; the coal scraping sieve is upwards inclined at one end close to the coal outlet and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the coal outlet, and the outermost edge of the coal scraping sieve is upwards flanged.
And the coal scraping sieve is provided with sieve pores.
The rotary wheel set is divided into a driving wheel set and a driven wheel set.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: coal water enters the drum screen, the drum screen rotates, the coal screen is scraped to drive coal slime particles to the top, and the coal slime particles are conveyed out of the drum screen due to the fact that the weight of the coal screen falls on the slide way, so that coal water separation integration is achieved, the automation degree of the extraction process is improved, manual operation is not needed in the whole system process, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

The coal-water separator comprises a power device 1, a water approaching pipe 2, a water inlet 3, a rotary screen 4, a coal scraping screen 5, a coal outlet 6, a slideway 7, a rotary wheel set 8, a water filtering frame 9 and a flanging 10.
Detailed Description
As shown in the attached figures 1 to 4, the rotary coal-water separator comprises a rotary screen 4 and a water filtering frame 9, and is characterized in that; the rotary screen 4 is arranged on the rotary wheel set 8 on the two side ends of the water filtering frame 9, and the rotary wheel set 8 at one end is connected with the power device 1; a coal outlet 6 and a water inlet 3 are arranged at two ends of the drum screen 4, and the diameter of the coal outlet 6 is larger than that of the water inlet 3; a water inlet pipe 2 is arranged on one side of a water inlet 3 of the drum screen 4, and a water outlet of the water inlet pipe 2 is arranged in the drum screen 4; a slideway 7 is arranged in the drum screen 4, one end of the slideway is arranged above the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 2, and the other end of the slideway is inclined downwards and extends out of a coal outlet 6 of the drum screen 4;
the inner wall circumference of the drum screen 4 is connected with a plurality of coal scraping screens 5; the rotary screen 4 is fixedly connected with the coal scraping screen 5, and the intersection of the rotary screen 4 and the coal scraping screen 5 is a curve; the coal scraping screen 5 and the rotary screen 4 are intersected by a curve and are positioned on a space ellipse; taking the working rotation direction as reference, the end of the coal scraping screen 5 close to the water inlet 3 is in front of the end close to the coal outlet 6; the coal scraping sieve 5 is inclined upwards and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the coal outlet 6 at one end close to the coal outlet 6, and the outermost edge of the coal scraping sieve 5 is turned upwards 10 (see figure 4 serial number 10)
The coal scraping sieve 5 is provided with sieve pores, the sieve pores of the coal scraping sieve 5 can reduce resistance in coal water, and only coal slime particles are attached to the sieve pores during movement.
The rotary wheel set is divided into a driving wheel set and a driven wheel set, the power device is connected with the driving wheel set, the driving wheel set drives the rotary screen, the rotary screen drives the driven wheel set, the rotary screen rotates along the circumference, and meanwhile the rotary screen is prevented from deviating.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the power supply is switched on, the power switch is turned on, the power device 1 is started by air pressure, the driving wheel set of the rotary wheel set 8 drives the rotary screen 4 to rotate along the circumference, coal water passes through the water inlet pipe 2, the water outlet is opened to enter the interior of the rotary screen 4, the rotary screen 4 is provided with screen holes, the water flows into the water filtering frame 9 from the screen holes, and one end of the coal scraping screen 5, which is close to the water inlet 3, is higher than one end of the coal outlet 6; scrape 5 one ends apart from nearly coal outlet 6 of coal sieve, tilt up and 6 inner wall fixed connection of coal outlet, scrape the outmost edge turn-ups of coal sieve 5, scrape also be equipped with the sieve mesh on the coal sieve 5, can only drive the motion of coal slime granule, the coal slime granule accumulates on scraping coal sieve 5, along with 4 week rotary motion of rotary screen, when the coal slime granule accumulates to a certain extent, it moves to 4 tops of rotary screen, fall into slide 7 because of self weight, the downward sloping of slide 7, the coal slime granule shifts out rotary screen 4 along slide 7, realize coal-water separation. Waste water used for drilling under a coal mine is separated and then recycled, the smallest coal slime particles capable of being filtered reach 6-50mm, the product has the power source of air pressure, is clean and environment-friendly, improves the automation degree of the extraction process, does not need manual operation in the whole system process, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the working efficiency, and reduces the personnel cost
In practical application, the size and the outline dimension of the screen of the trommel screen 4 can be adjusted according to the size and the occupied proportion of coal slurry particles in coal water.
