Abstract
The invention relates to an assembled shear wall and a construction method thereof, wherein the assembled shear wall comprises: prefabricating a slab; sticking a fishplate fixed at the edge of the precast slab; and a fixing frame fixed at the edge of the fishplate in a surrounding way. The invention adopts the fishplate to enclose and fix the fishplate on the edge of the precast slab, and the fishplate is utilized to increase the strength of the edge of the precast slab. In addition, the prefabricated plate is embedded in the fixed frame and fixes the fishplate and the fixed frame, so that the prefabricated plate is fixed to the fixed frame through the fishplate. The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a fabricated shear wall of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the fabricated shear wall of the present invention includes:
a prefabricated slab 10;
a fishplate 20 fixed at the edge of the precast slab 10; and
a fixing frame 30 fixed at the edge of the fishplate 20 is arranged in a surrounding way.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a prefabricated panel 10 includes: a steel plate 11; and a pair of foamed aluminum plates 12 sandwiched and fixed to opposite sides of the steel plate 11.
Through establishing the relative both sides that are fixed in the steel sheet with a pair of foam aluminum plate clamp, foam aluminum plate's rigidity is great outside the plane, can effectively restrict the out-of-plane buckling of steel sheet. The foamed aluminum has the advantages of good fire resistance, heat insulation, sound absorption and the like, and the problems of poor fire resistance and poor sound insulation of the steel plate are solved by combining the foamed aluminum with the steel plate. The sandwich structure formed by the foamed aluminum and the steel plate has higher strength, rigidity and energy consumption capability.
Specifically, the foamed aluminum is formed by adding an additive into pure aluminum or aluminum alloy and then performing a foaming process, and has both metal and bubble characteristics. The composite material has the advantages of small density, high impact absorption capacity, high temperature resistance, high fireproof performance, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, noise reduction, low heat conductivity, high electromagnetic shielding performance, high weather resistance, filtering capacity, easy processing, easy installation and high forming precision, and can be subjected to surface coating. The foamed aluminum has larger pore diameter, large specific surface area, light weight after being unfolded, high specific rigidity and the like. The foamed aluminium sheet 12 has good properties.
Further, the steel plate 11 and the pair of foamed aluminum plates 12 are fixedly connected through a plurality of first high-strength bolts 13, and the fixation is firm.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the prefabricated panel 10 has first through holes at intervals at the edge thereof; the fishplates 20 are provided with second through holes at intervals, the fishplates 20 are attached to the edges of the prefabricated plates 10, and the first through holes and the second through holes are penetrated through by bolts to fixedly connect the fishplates 20 and the prefabricated plates 10.
In this embodiment, the prefabricated panels 10 are provided with fishplates 20 at opposite sides thereof, and a pair of fishplates 20 are clamped between the prefabricated panels 10 at opposite sides thereof to enhance the overall firmness.
The fishplate is fixed at the edge of the prefabricated plate in a surrounding manner, and the fishplate and the prefabricated plate are connected into an integral structure, so that the strength of the edge of the prefabricated plate is increased.
Typically, fishplates, i.e., rail joint cleats, are used to join at rail joints. A fishplate is a connecting fastener used for connection between rails. The prefabricated panel 10 of the present invention is coupled and fixed to the fixing frame 30 by the fishplate 20.
As a preferred embodiment of the fabricated shear wall of the present invention, the steel plate 11 and the foamed aluminum plate 12 are rectangular plates, the steel plate 11 and the foamed aluminum plate 12 are attached to each other, and the corresponding edges are aligned with each other;
