本发明涉及建筑装饰领域,特别是涉及一种装饰板材。
背景技术
整个建筑工程中,建筑装饰板材占有极其重要的地位。目前,公知的建筑装饰板材都是采用木质板。现有的板材的结构一般都比较单一,在用作装饰或者装潢时隔音效果较差,且不具有防火的效果。

第二防火层,设置在第一防火层的顶面,其中部设有第一腔体,所述第一腔体内设有灭火材料;
装饰层,设置在第二防火层的顶面;
红外线涂层,设置在装饰层的顶面;
第一泡沫金属吸音层,设置在基板的底面,其顶面设有延伸至其底面的第二通孔;
消音层,设置在第一泡沫金属吸音层的底面;
第二泡沫金属吸音层,设置在聚氨酯泡沫消音层的底面,其顶面设有延伸至其底面的第三通孔;
防潮层,设置在第二泡沫金属吸音层的底面。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的装饰板材利用防火层以及灭火材料来提供装饰板材的防火效果。当板材着火时,先利用第二防火层进行一次防火,然后利用灭火材料进行灭火,最后利用第一防火层进行二次防火,起到有效地防火作用,在一定程度上阻止火势向建筑物内部蔓延,保护建筑物内部结构物品不被破坏,同时也为消防工作争取时间,配合消防活动争取在最短时间内灭火。并且,通过设置红外线涂层,将外界环境的热量转化为红外线,红外线穿透至装饰板材的内部,平时可以加快装饰板材内部水分蒸发,提高板材的防潮效果,保护灭火材料,而当板材着火时,可以对灭火材料提前预热,加快灭火材料的反应效率。另外,利用音波在经过多种介质时可消耗音波的能量的原理对声音进行消音,还利用第二通孔、第三通孔对声音进行二次吸音,有助于提高板材的隔音效果,而且令声波在经过第一泡沫金属吸音层或第二泡沫金属吸音层之后的声音进入消音层进行消音,有助于进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。最后,通过设置防潮层,有助于提高板材的防潮能力。
进一步地,所述第一防火层或第二防火层由玻璃棉板制成。玻璃棉板可吸音降噪,能有效阻止声音传播,有助于提高板材的隔音效果。并且玻璃棉板A1级防火,有助于提高板材的防火效果。
进一步地,所述灭火材料包括氢氧化钠粉末、氯化铝粉末、碳酸氢钠粉末。
进一步地,所述灭火材料采用聚乙烯薄膜包装。聚乙烯无毒、易燃烧、成本较低。
进一步地,所述红外线涂层采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成。远红外辐射涂料具有较好的耐水性、耐擦洗性,有助于提高装饰板材的防潮效果,并且其干燥后透气性好,有助于排出装饰板材内部水分,进一步地有助于提高装饰板材的防潮效果。此外,远红外辐射涂料环保无污染,还具有促进血液循环、促进新陈代谢等功能。
进一步地,所述第一泡沫金属吸音层的顶面向下凹陷有第二腔体,所述第二通孔从第二腔体的内壁延伸至第一泡沫金属吸音层的底面。将声波反射回基板与第一泡沫金属吸音层之间的空间内,室内声音不会出现混响时间过长的现象,也阻挡了大量声波外泄,有助于提高板材的隔音效果。同时增强板材的抗压能力。
进一步地,所述消音层内填充二氧化硅气凝胶。二氧化硅气凝胶具有极高的比表面积和孔隙率,具有极好的消音降噪的效果,此外,二氧化硅气凝胶热导率低,可以阻止热交换,起到保温作用。
进一步地,所述第二泡沫金属吸音层的底面向上凹陷有第三腔体,所述第三通孔从第三腔体的内壁延伸至第二泡沫金属吸音层的顶面。将声波反射回第二泡沫金属吸音层与防潮板之间的空间内,阻挡了声波内泄,有助于提高板材的隔音效果。同时增强板材的抗压能力。
进一步地,所述防潮层由竹炭纤维制成。竹炭纤维具有较好的吸湿、抗菌和抑菌功能,有效地提高了板材的防潮性能,有利于延长了板材的使用寿命。
进一步地,还包括烤漆板层,其设置在红外线涂层的顶面,其为氟碳漆板层。氟碳漆板层具有良好的耐磨性,有效地保护红外线涂层,延长红外线涂层的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种装饰板材,参见图1,包括基板10、第一防火层20、第二防火层30、装饰层40、红外线涂层50、烤漆板层60、第一泡沫金属吸音层70、消音层80、第二泡沫金属吸音层90、防潮层100。其中,基板10的顶面从下向上依次设置第一防火层20、第二防火层30、装饰层40、红外线涂层50、烤漆板层60,基板10的底面从上向下依次设置第一泡沫金属吸音层70、消音层80、第二泡沫金属吸音层90、防潮层100。
具体地,基板10由耐高温的保温材料制成。再结合图1,基板10的侧面阵列分布有若干的第一通孔11,该第一通孔11的轴线平行于基板10。通过增加基板10与空气的接触面积,提高基板10的散热效率。
具体地,第一防火层20与第二防火层30均由玻璃棉板制成,并且第一防火层20通过合力胶粘接在基板10的顶面,第二防火层30也通过合力胶粘接在第一防火层20的顶面。再结合图1,在第二防火层30的内部设有第一腔体31。在第一腔体31内设置有灭火材料32,该灭火材料32通过聚乙烯薄膜进行包装,更具体地,该灭火材料32包括氢氧化钠粉末、氯化铝粉末、碳酸氢钠粉末。
具体地,装饰层40设置在第二防火层30的顶面。装饰层40的油漆为热致变色油漆。热致变色油漆层会随着外界热量的强弱变化,颜色发生可逆转换,提高装饰效果。
具体地,红外线涂层50设置在装饰层40的顶面。红外线涂层50采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成。该红外线涂层50的厚度为0.5至1毫米,在本实施例中,所述红外线涂层50的厚度为0.8毫米。
具体地,烤漆板层60设置在红外线涂层50的顶面,在本实施例,烤漆板层60为氟碳漆板层。
具体地,第一泡沫金属吸引层通过合力胶粘接在基板10的底面。第一泡沫金属吸音层70由泡沫金属制成,其可以为泡沫铜、泡沫铁等,在本实施例中,第一泡沫金属吸音层70由泡沫铜制成。再结合图1,在第一泡沫金属吸音层70的顶面向下凹陷有拱形的第二腔体72,在第二腔体72的内壁设有第二通孔71。该第二通孔71从第二腔体72的内壁延伸至第一泡沫金属吸音层70的底面,并且第二通孔71的轴线垂直于第一泡沫金属吸音层70。
具体地,消音层80通过合力胶粘接在第一泡沫金属吸音层70的底面,并且在消音层80内填充二氧化硅气凝胶。
具体地,第二泡沫金属吸引层通过合力胶粘接在消音层80的底面。第二泡沫金属吸音层90由泡沫金属制成,其可以为泡沫铜、泡沫铁等,在本实施例中,第二泡沫金属吸音层90由泡沫铜制成。再结合图1,在第二泡沫金属吸音层90的底面向上凹陷有拱形的第三腔体92。在第二泡沫金属吸音层90的顶面设有第三通孔91,该第三通孔91的轴线垂直于第二泡沫金属吸音层90,并且其从第二泡沫金属吸音层90的顶面延伸至第三腔体92的内壁。
具体地,防潮层100通过合力胶粘接在第二泡沫金属吸音层90的底面,并且防潮层100由竹炭纤维制成。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的装饰板材不仅消音降噪,而且具有防火、防潮的功能。此外,还能满足装修美观度。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种装饰板材,其特征在于,所述装饰板材包括:
基板(10),其侧面设有若干的第一通孔(11);
第一防火层(20),设置在基板(10)的顶面;
第二防火层(30),设置在第一防火层(20)的顶面,其顶面设有第二通孔(71),其中部设有与第二通孔(71)连通的第一腔体(31),所述第一腔体(31)内设有灭火材料(32);
装饰层(40),设置在第二防火层(30)的顶面;
红外线涂层(50),设置在装饰层(40)的顶面;
第一泡沫金属吸音层(70),设置在基板(10)的底面,其顶面设有延伸至其底面的第二通孔(71);
消音层(80),设置在第一泡沫金属吸音层(70)的底面;
第二泡沫金属吸音层(90),设置在聚氨酯泡沫消音层(80)的底面,其顶面设有延伸至其底面的第三通孔(91);
防潮层(100),设置在第二泡沫金属吸音层(90)的底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述第一防火层(20)或第二防火层(30)由玻璃棉板制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述灭火材料(32)包括氢氧化钠粉末、氯化铝粉末、碳酸氢钠粉末。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述灭火材料(32)采用聚乙烯薄膜包装。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述红外线涂层(50)采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述第一泡沫金属吸音层(70)的顶面向下凹陷有第二腔体(72),所述第二通孔(71)从第二腔体(72)的内壁延伸至第一泡沫金属吸音层(70)的底面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述消音层(80)内填充二氧化硅气凝胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述第二泡沫金属吸音层(90)的底面向上凹陷有第三腔体(92),所述第三通孔(91)从第三腔体(92)的内壁延伸至第二泡沫金属吸音层(90)的顶面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:所述防潮层(100)由竹炭纤维制成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于:还包括烤漆板层(60),其设置在红外线涂层(50)的顶面,其为氟碳漆板层。
