The invention relates to the field of processing of metal mobile phone middle frames, in particular to a mobile phone middle frame polishing jig and a fixing method before polishing of a mobile phone middle frame.
Background
Sanding, which is one of the surface modification techniques, generally refers to a process of changing the physical properties of the surface of a material by friction with the aid of a rough object (sand paper or the like containing particles of relatively high hardness) mainly for the purpose of obtaining a specific surface roughness.
After the initial processing of the outer edge of the mobile phone middle frame made of metal is completed, the outer edge is usually polished to be smooth for use.
The tool of polishing among the prior art includes: the cover plate is located above the middle frame of the mobile phone when the cover plate is polished, the positioning plate is located below the middle frame of the mobile phone, and the cover plate and the positioning plate are detachably connected and then clamp the middle frame of the mobile phone to fix the middle frame of the mobile phone. The drawbacks or problems are: in the polishing process, the peripheral frame body strength of the earphone hole is reduced due to the fact that the periphery of the earphone hole is sunken, when friction force is applied to the peripheral frame body, the frame body is prone to collapse towards the direction of the earphone hole, and the product yield is reduced.
It can be seen that the prior art is still in need of improvement and development.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a polishing jig for a middle frame of a mobile phone and a fixing method for a middle frame of a mobile phone before polishing, which aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, when polishing a middle frame of a mobile phone, a frame around an earphone hole collapses in the direction of the earphone hole due to stress, thereby reducing the yield of products.

In a further preferred embodiment, a supporting plate is fixedly connected to a lower end surface of the positioning plate, the supporting plate is provided with a second accommodating groove adapted to the first accommodating groove, an upper end of the first elastic element is accommodated in the first accommodating groove, and a lower end of the first elastic element is accommodated in the second accommodating groove.
In a further preferable scheme, the upper end of the second accommodating groove is communicated with a displacement groove, and at least one side wall of the displacement groove is attached to the side surface of the oblique cutting block.
In a further preferable scheme, a guide groove is formed in the upper end face of the positioning plate, and the guide groove is used for guiding the movement of the sliding block.
In a further preferred scheme, the cell phone middle frame grinding jig further comprises: the adjusting screw is used for adjusting the longitudinal moving height of the oblique cutting block so as to adjust the transverse moving distance of the sliding block; the cover plate is provided with a threaded hole matched with the position of the adjusting screw.

A fixing method before polishing of a mobile phone middle frame adopts the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig, and the fixing method comprises the following steps:
the cover plate is connected with the positioning plate, meanwhile, the cover plate pushes the oblique cutting block to move towards the direction of the positioning plate, and the oblique cutting block pushes the sliding block to move towards the direction parallel to the positioning plate through the pushing inclined surface and the stress inclined surface;
the support column is inserted into the earphone hole of the middle frame of the mobile phone until the cover plate is connected with the positioning plate, and the inclined cutting block does not move any more.
Compared with the prior art, the polishing jig for the middle frame of the mobile phone and the fixing method for the middle frame of the mobile phone before polishing can ensure that the frame body around the earphone hole is supported by the support columns and offset with the polishing friction force in the polishing process of the middle frame of the mobile phone, so that the problem of collapse of the frame body around the earphone hole is solved, and the product yield is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a polishing jig for a middle frame of a mobile phone and a fixing method for the middle frame of the mobile phone before polishing, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail below by referring to the attached drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the polishing jig for a middle frame of a mobile phone provided by the present invention comprises: the mobile phone cover comprises a cover plate 100, a positioning plate 200, a beveling block 300 and a sliding block 400, wherein the cover plate 100 and the positioning plate 200 are used for connecting a middle frame of a back clamping mobile phone (the middle frame of the mobile phone is denoted by a reference number ZK in figure 1), and the beveling block 300 and the sliding block 400 are arranged by means of the positioning plate 200. It is understood that the bevel block 300 and the slider 400 may be disposed by the cover plate 100, and the present invention may be simply adjusted according to the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
The bevel cutting block 300 is used for moving towards the direction of the positioning plate 200 under the pressure of the cover plate 100, and as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention, fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the bevel cutting block used in the preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an enlarged perspective view of the slider used in the preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention; one side of the inclined cutting block 300 is provided with a pushing inclined plane 310, and the first end of the slider 400 is provided with a force-receiving inclined plane 410 which is matched with the pushing inclined plane 310. The miter block 300 is pushed to move downward when the cover plate 100 and the alignment plate 200 clamp the middle frame of the cellular phone. As shown in fig. 4, the second end of the slider 400 is provided with a supporting pillar 420, and the supporting pillar 420 is used for being inserted into an earphone hole of a middle frame of a mobile phone to prevent the periphery of the earphone hole from being stressed and collapsed in a grinding process.
When the cover plate 100 is connected to the positioning plate 200 in a covering manner, the cover plate will contact with the bevel block 300 and push the bevel block 300 to move downward, and by the arrangement of the push inclined plane 310 and the force-bearing inclined plane 410, the bevel block 300 will simultaneously push the slider 400 to move laterally during the downward movement until the connection between the cover plate 100 and the positioning plate 200 is completed, and at this time, the supporting column 420 must be inserted into the earphone hole or pass through the earphone hole. Under the condition, the polishing of the middle frame of the mobile phone does not cause collapse of the periphery of the earphone hole, so that the product yield is effectively improved, and particularly, the excellent quality of the earphone hole is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 again, preferably, the lower end of the oblique cutting block 300 is provided with a first receiving groove 320, and a first elastic element is disposed in the first receiving groove 320 and used for pushing the oblique cutting block 300 to reset after the cover plate 100 is separated from the positioning plate 200; the first elastic member is compressed when the cover plate 100 is coupled to the positioning plate 200, and after the first elastic member and the positioning plate are separated from each other, the first elastic member is no longer pressed by the cover plate 100, and thus the miter block 300 is gradually pushed to be reset.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 4, a third receiving groove 430 is formed at one side of the slider 400, and a second elastic element is disposed in the third receiving groove 430, and the second elastic element is used for pushing the slider 400 to reset after the cover plate 100 is separated from the positioning plate 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, fig. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of a supporting plate used in the preferred embodiment of the polishing jig for middle frames of mobile phones of the present invention; the lower end surface of the positioning plate 200 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 500, the supporting plate 500 is provided with a second receiving groove 510 matching with the first receiving groove 320, the upper end of the first elastic element is received in the first receiving groove 320, and the lower end is received in the second receiving groove 510. That is, the positioning plate 200 is penetrated by the positioning block 300, so that the thickness of the positioning plate 200 can be reduced (if the positioning plate 200 is not penetrated, the positioning plate 200 needs to have enough thickness for the movement of the positioning block 300), and the assembly difficulty of the positioning plate 200 can be reduced.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the second receiving groove 510 is connected to a displacement groove 520, as shown in fig. 5, at least one sidewall of the displacement groove 520 is attached to a side surface of the bevel block 300. Preferably, the displacement slot 520 is rectangular, and the other sides of the bevel block 300 except the pushing slope 310 are engaged with the corresponding sidewalls of the displacement slot 520 to guide the longitudinal movement of the bevel block 300.
Further, it is preferable that the guiding of the inclined cutting block 300 by the displacement groove 520 is auxiliary guiding, and the main guiding is by the positioning plate 200, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the inclined cutting block 300 is provided with a stress protrusion 330, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the positioning plate used in the preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention, fig. 7 is a perspective view of the positioning plate used in the preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention at a first viewing angle, and fig. 8 is a perspective view of the positioning plate used in the preferred embodiment of the mobile phone middle frame polishing jig of the present invention at a second viewing angle; the positioning plate 200 is provided with a guide hole 210 adapted to the force-bearing protrusion 330, the guide hole 210 is downwardly communicated with a guide groove 220, the guide groove 220 is preferably rectangular, and the other side surfaces of the inclined cutting block 300 except the pushing inclined surface 310 are attached to the corresponding side walls of the guide groove 220 so as to guide the longitudinal movement of the inclined cutting block 300.
A plurality of first magnet slots 230 are formed in the upper end surface of the positioning plate 200, as shown in fig. 8; a plurality of second magnet slots 110 are formed in the lower end surface of the cover plate 100, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a perspective view of the cover plate used in the preferred embodiment of the polishing jig for middle frames of mobile phones of the present invention; the plurality of first magnet slots 230 correspond to the plurality of second magnet slots 110 in position one to one. The positioning plate 200 and the cover plate 100 are connected through a magnet, preferably, one of the positioning plate and the cover plate 100 is provided with a positioning column, the other one of the positioning plate and the cover plate is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning column, after the positioning is finished, the cover plate 100 is directly placed down until the cover plate 100 is attached to the positioning plate 200, the connection between the positioning plate 200 and the cover plate 100 can be finished, the support of the periphery of a middle frame earphone hole of the mobile phone can be finished, and the whole process is simple and convenient.
Preferably, a polyurethane plate 600 (also known as "euler glue") is disposed on the lower end surface of the cover plate 100, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a perspective view of the polyurethane plate used in the preferred embodiment of the polishing jig for middle frames of mobile phones according to the present invention; the polyurethane board 600 is used for compressing the middle frame of the mobile phone. According to specific situations, the polyurethane board 600 may be provided with a first via hole 610 adapted to the shape and position of the second magnet slot 110.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the polishing jig for a middle frame of a mobile phone further comprises: the adjusting screw 800 is used for adjusting the longitudinal moving height of the oblique cutting block 300, and further adjusting the transverse moving distance of the sliding block 400; the cover plate 100 is provided with a threaded hole 120 adapted to the position of the adjusting screw 800.
As shown in fig. 10, the polyurethane board 600 is provided with a second via hole 620 to be fitted into the screw hole 120.
Based on the polishing jig for the middle frame of the mobile phone in any embodiment, the invention also provides a fixing method for the middle frame of the mobile phone before polishing, which comprises the following steps:
the cover plate 100 is connected to the positioning plate 200, and the cover plate 100 pushes the bevel cutting block 300 to move toward the positioning plate 200, while the bevel cutting block 300 pushes the sliding block 400 to move parallel to the positioning plate 200 by the pushing inclined plane 310 and the force-receiving inclined plane 410, as described in the above embodiment of the apparatus;
the support posts 420 are inserted into the phone holes of the middle frame of the phone until the cover plate 100 is completely coupled to the positioning plate 200 and the bevel block 300 is not moved, as described in the above embodiments of the apparatus.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
