Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the number of patients with vascular diseases is continuously increased, and the CT radiography technology has high reference value for checking the disease condition of patients with definite diagnosis. However, some patients may find the contrast media extravasation after the contrast media injection process by the nursing staff due to the thin vessels or other vessel conditions. The extravasation of the contrast agent can cause the skin of a patient to have symptoms of pain, blisters, swelling and the like, and serious patients can also cause the necrosis of the skin and subcutaneous tissues, which brings great pain to the patient. In the contrast process, the CT machine and a doctor have large daily examination workload, and the breathing training sound of a patient causes hearing trouble to the doctor, so that an external loudspeaker in the contrast chamber is closed for a long time, the sound shout by the patient in case can not be timely discovered by the doctor, and especially deaf-mute people can not make sound to arouse the attention of the doctor and discover the abnormality.
To above-mentioned problem, some hospitals can adopt surveillance camera head, but it has in the actual operation process: the monitoring camera is expensive, and hospitals with insufficient expenditure are difficult to be configured completely; the monitoring room and the radiography room are not in the same room, so that the waste of human resources is caused; the patient sometimes expresses that the actions such as suffering are not obvious, and doctors cannot timely detect the actions, so that the equipment capable of effectively early warning the abnormity of the patient in the CT contrast high-pressure injection is needed to be developed.
In addition, the warming problem of the patient needs to be taken into account in the process of CT radiography in winter: to ensure optimal visualization of the blood vessel, the physician must place a needle in the median vein of the right elbow of the patient to avoid artifacts, but in cold weather in winter, the patient's arm must be exposed to a large area of cold air, which may lead to a cold condition and an increased disease.
Therefore, based on the background, the invention innovatively develops the novel early warning glove for preventing the high-pressure injection swelling of the CT radiography.
