According to the high-power pulse constant-current LED driving power supply, electric isolation is achieved through the AC/DC power supply, efficient electric energy conversion can be achieved through the buck circuit, and stable current output is achieved; each voltage reduction module can realize controllable output current, can meet the requirements of LED lighting modules under different currents and voltages, and is reliable in work, strong in practicability and convenient to popularize.

The LEDs have two requirements on the power supply, one is that the output voltage is greater than the on-state voltage of the LEDs, and the other is that the operating current is required to be stable. Most of LED constant current sources on the market have large current ripples, the current overshoot is large when the LED constant current sources are started, and the service life of the LED is influenced by long-time work.

As shown in fig. 1, the high-power pulse constant-current LED driving power supply of the present invention includes a step-down constant-current module, and an AC/DC power supply, a dimming module, and an LED lighting module respectively connected thereto; the AC/DC power supply supplies power to a plurality of groups of voltage reduction constant current modules and the LED lighting module, the voltage reduction constant current modules realize constant current DC-DC conversion of the output of the AC/DC power supply, and the dimming module controls the voltage reduction constant current modules to output controllable current and adjust the brightness of the LED lighting module. The LED module is a string or a plurality of strings of high-power lighting LEDs.
As shown in fig. 2, the step-down constant current module includes a processor and a buck circuit connected and controlled by the processor, and the buck circuit receives a signal from an external dimming module and steps down a direct current provided by an AC/DC power supply; the voltage reduction constant current module further comprises a current sampling module and a voltage sampling module, the current sampling module and the voltage sampling module are used for respectively collecting the output current and the voltage of the buck circuit and sending collected information to the processor to form current feedback to control the buck circuit to output stable current. The processor also carries out overcurrent, short circuit and overvoltage protection on the LED lighting module according to the collected buck circuit output current and voltage.
The dimming module is connected with the voltage reduction constant current module through a CAN bus or an analog signal transmission line to perform dimming.
The AC/DC power supply is a high-power voltage-stabilized power supply, and provides voltage exceeding the maximum working voltage of the LED module after being electrified.
The power of the LED modules of each voltage-reducing constant-current module does not need to be the same.
The dimming module is respectively connected with and controls the output current and the on-off of each path of voltage reduction module.
