The lubricating spraying system has a good lubricating effect.

Because the gear and the bearing in the transmission structure bear larger load, lubricating oil needs to be continuously added to the gear and the bearing in order to ensure the normal operation and the service life of the gear and the bearing, otherwise the transmission structure is easy to break down due to poor lubrication. The traditional lubrication mode of the existing uncoiler on the transmission structure is oil bath splash lubrication, the lubricating oil is brought on a lubricating oil belt by rotating a gear immersed in an oil groove, but all gears and bearings cannot be guaranteed to be well lubricated, so that the lubrication effect of the gears and the bearings is poor, and the service lives of the gears and the bearings are influenced.

As a further technical scheme of the invention: the lubricating cavity is internally provided with a transmission structure, the transmission structure comprises a driving rotating shaft, a transmission rotating shaft and a main rotating shaft, and the driving rotating shaft, the transmission rotating shaft and the main rotating shaft are rotatably arranged in the lubricating cavity through bearings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a lubrication spraying system for an uncoiler includes a mounting box 10, a circulation pump 20, a delivery pipe 30 and an output pipe 40; the installation box 10 is formed with main chamber 11 and lubrication chamber 12 at intervals, be equipped with in the main chamber 11 circulating pump 20, lubricating oil is stored in the bottom in lubrication chamber 12, the both ends of conveyer pipe 30 communicate respectively the income liquid mouth of circulating pump 20 and the bottom of lubrication chamber 12, the one end of output tube 40 and the liquid outlet of circulating pump 20 communicate, the other end of output tube 40 is equipped with shower 50, shower 50 locates the top of lubrication chamber 12, shower 50 is equipped with main runner 51 and the interval that communicates with shower 50 and locates a plurality of subchannels 52 on main runner 51 apart from presetting the distance ground, each subchannel 52 and main runner 51 intercommunication, and the interval is preset on subchannel 52 and is equipped with a plurality of siphunculus 53, and siphunculus 53 stretches into the top in lubrication chamber 12 to the lubricating oil of bottom in lubrication chamber 12 is taken out through conveyer pipe 30 to circulating pump 20, and the lubricating oil is sprayed out from the top in the lubricating chamber 12 through the output pipe 40 and the spray pipe 50 to form continuous circulating lubricating spray.

Furthermore, one end of the driving rotating shaft 61 extends into the main chamber 11 and is provided with a driving wheel 68 thereon, a driving motor 70 is arranged in the main chamber 11, and a driving chain is arranged between the driving motor 70 and the driving wheel 68 so that the driving motor 70 drives the driving rotating shaft 61 to rotate.
The invention relates to a use mode of a lubricating and spraying system for an uncoiler, which comprises the following steps: the circulating pump 20 is started, the circulating pump 20 pumps the lubricating oil at the bottom in the lubricating chamber 12 from the liquid inlet through the conveying pipe 30, the circulating pump 20 pressurizes the pumped lubricating oil and outputs the pressurized lubricating oil to the output pipe 40 from the liquid outlet, the lubricating oil is conveyed to the main runner 51 of the spraying pipe 50 along the output pipe 40 and is respectively conveyed to the plurality of branch runners 52 along the main runner 51, and then the lubricating oil is sprayed out from the top in the lubricating chamber 12 through the through pipe 53 to perform continuous circulating lubricating spraying on the transmission structure 60 in the lubricating chamber 12.
In conclusion, the lubricating and spraying system for the uncoiler effectively ensures that the gear and the bearing in the transmission structure 60 are uniformly lubricated by spraying and lubricating, has good lubricating effect, prolongs the service life of the gear and the bearing, circulates lubricating oil and reduces the oil temperature.
