Abstract

本发明公开了微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构及其成型方法,涉及纸质包装结构技术领域,包括:微型瓦楞底板,所述微型瓦楞底板上固定设置有微型瓦楞蜂窝芯,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯由微型瓦楞纸板模压成型,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯内部设置有多个空腔,任意上下相邻的两个所述空腔固定连接。本发明提供的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构克服了现有的纸质包装结构无法兼具微型瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板性能优点的缺陷,具有良好的缓冲性能和承压性能,本发明还提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法,用于制造微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。

微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构及其成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纸质包装结构技术领域,特别是涉及以微型瓦楞纸板为基材的蜂窝材料及其成型方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板具有优良的力学性能,同时成本低廉、绿色环保、可回收使用,是目前应用最为广泛的结构型纸质材料。瓦楞纸板结构参见说明书附图1,瓦楞纸板CD向承载能力强,MD方向承载能力较差,瓦楞纸箱主要靠CD方向承载;面外方向(与CD方向和MD方向垂直的方向)缓冲性能好,瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫一般选该方向承载;同时瓦楞纸板生产效率较高,成本较低,应用最为广泛。蜂窝纸板结构参见说明书附图2,蜂窝纸板面外承载能力优于瓦楞纸板,其MD方向和CD方向承载能力差别较小,与瓦楞纸板CD方向承载能力接近,一般用于重型纸质包装。蜂窝纸板的缺点是成型速度较慢,成本较高,不易成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构及其成型方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,同时具有良好的缓冲性能和承压性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,包括微型瓦楞底板,所述微型瓦楞底板上固定设置有微型瓦楞蜂窝芯,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯由微型瓦楞纸板模压成型,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯内部设置有多个空腔,任意上下相邻的两个所述空腔固定连接。
优选的,每个所述空腔的横截面为正六边形或四边形。
优选的,多个所述空腔呈阵列式排布。
优选的,所述微型瓦楞底板均采用微型瓦楞纸板。
优选的,所述微型瓦楞纸板包括逐层固定连接的一层底纸、一层芯纸和一层面纸。
优选的,所述微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构还包括盖板,所述盖板用于覆盖在所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯的上表面和四周。
本发明还提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法,包括如下步骤:
1)模压:对多层所述微型瓦楞纸板按设定间距模压,以便形成所述空腔;
2)交错涂胶:对任意相邻设置的两层所述微型瓦楞纸板的接触面交错涂胶;
3)粘合:将交错涂胶后的多层所述微型瓦楞纸板施压粘合在一起;
4)切断:将粘合在一起的多层所述微型瓦楞纸板按设定高度切断;
5)拼接:将切断的具有设定高度的多层所述微型瓦楞拼接在一起,形成连续的所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯;
6)拉伸成型:将拼接后连续的所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯拉伸,形成具有多个所述空腔的蜂窝结构;
7)复合:将拉伸后的所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯底部涂胶,粘接于所述微型瓦楞底板上,形成所述微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,包括微型瓦楞底板,微型瓦楞底板上固定设置有微型瓦楞蜂窝芯,微型瓦楞蜂窝芯由微型瓦楞纸板模压成型,微型瓦楞蜂窝芯内部设置有多个空腔,任意上下相邻的两个空腔固定连接,这样设置,具有良好的缓冲性能和承压性能;本发明还提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法,用于制造微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。

本发明的目的是提供微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构及其成型方法,以解决现有技术存在的问题,微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构具有良好的缓冲性能和承压性能,微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法用于制造微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图3~6所示:本实施例提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,包括微型瓦楞底板2,微型瓦楞底板2上通过涂覆胶层3粘接有微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1,微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1由微型瓦楞纸板11模压成型,这样设置,能够使本发明提供的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构具有良好的缓冲性能和承压性能;微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1内部设置有多个空腔12,用于容纳物品,空腔12内也可以填充缓冲材料后再放置物品,任意上下相邻的两个空腔12的侧壁通过涂覆胶层3粘接,从而形成微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1,由于微型瓦楞纸板11比较细密,在涂胶过程中具有比较好的承压能力,能够保证胶层3均匀及连接部位的强度。
每个空腔12的横截面优选为正六边形或四边形,以适应不同结构或形状产品的包装防护。
多个空腔12呈阵列式排布。
微型瓦楞底板2均采用微型瓦楞纸板11。
微型瓦楞纸板11包括逐层粘接的一层底纸23、一层芯纸22和一层面纸21。
当多个微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构重叠使用时,可在微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1上设置盖板4,盖板4覆盖在微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1的上表面和四周,以便在盖板4上叠放微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。
本发明还提供了一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法,包括如下步骤:
1)模压:对多层微型瓦楞纸板11按设定间距模压,以便形成空腔12;
2)交错涂胶:对任意相邻设置的两层微型瓦楞纸板11的接触面交错涂胶;
3)粘合:将交错涂胶后的多层微型瓦楞纸板11施压粘合在一起;
4)切断:将粘合在一起的多层微型瓦楞纸板11按设定高度切断;
5)拼接:将切断的具有设定高度的多层微型瓦楞纸板11拼接在一起,形成连续的微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1;
6)拉伸成型:将拼接后连续的微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1拉伸,形成具有多个空腔12的蜂窝结构;
7)复合:将拉伸后的微型瓦楞蜂窝芯1底部涂胶,粘接于微型瓦楞底板2上,形成微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构。

1.一种微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:包括微型瓦楞底板,所述微型瓦楞底板上固定设置有微型瓦楞蜂窝芯,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯由微型瓦楞纸板模压成型,所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯内部设置有多个空腔,任意上下相邻的两个所述空腔固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:每个所述空腔的横截面为正六边形或四边形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:多个所述空腔呈阵列式排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:所述微型瓦楞底板均采用微型瓦楞纸板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:所述微型瓦楞纸板包括逐层固定连接的一层底纸、一层芯纸和一层面纸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构,其特征在于:还包括盖板,所述盖板用于覆盖在所述微型瓦楞蜂窝芯的上表面和四周。
7.一种基于权利要求1~6任一项所述的微型瓦楞基蜂窝包装结构的成型方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)模压:对多层所述微型瓦楞纸板按设定间距模压,以便形成所述空腔;
2)交错涂胶:对任意相邻设置的两层所述微型瓦楞纸板的接触面交错涂胶;
3)粘合:将交错涂胶后的多层所述微型瓦楞纸板施压粘合在一起;
4)切断:将粘合在一起的多层所述微型瓦楞纸板按设定高度切断;
