s1, preparing 50% ferrite magnetic powder, 45% rubber raw material, rubber accelerator, raw rubber, limiting material and compounding agent;
s2, placing the raw rubber in a drying room, heating and drying, and crushing the compounding agent;
s3, mixing and stirring the processed raw rubber and the compounding ingredients through an open mill to form rubber compound;
s4, preparing the rubber compound into a semi-finished product of a rubber sheet and an adhesive tape through a calender;
s5, processing the semi-finished products of the rubber sheets and the rubberized fabric by an extruder, and extruding the semi-finished products of the rubber sheets and the rubberized fabric by utilizing the cylinder wall and the screw rod piece on the extruder to determine the primary molding;
s6, heating the rubber raw material through a mould to determine the shape and size of the rubber product;
s7, converting a linear mechanism in the rubber macromolecules into a net structure by a flat vulcanizing machine to prepare a rubber product;
and S8, inspecting the qualification rate of the rubber product.
2. The process and apparatus for producing an environment-friendly rubber magnetic sheet as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S1, the compounding ingredients include paraffin, stearic acid, rosin, pine tar and coumarone.
3. The production process and production apparatus of the environment-friendly rubber magnetic plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the temperature in the drying room is 60-70 ℃.
