Description

Injection mold
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of molds, and particularly relates to an injection mold.
Background
At present, injection molded products are widely cited. For high box products with an opening, as shown in fig. 1, a temperature-changing drawer on a refrigerator is provided, and an inverted buckle structure 101 protruding inwards is provided on the inner wall of the temperature-changing drawer 10; if the product is not internally provided with the inverted buckle structure 101, the mold of the high box product can directly use the push frame to realize the demolding and ejection of the product; however, for a high box product with an inverted buckle structure inside the product, according to a conventional pitched roof scheme, the mold 100 needs to add the ejection system 102 to drive the pitched roof structure 103, as shown in fig. 3, so that the thickness of the mold 100 is increased, which results in that only injection molding parts with larger tonnage can be used, and the injection molding cost is greatly increased. The use of smaller tonnage injection molding machines has been one of the major measures sought by product companies and injection molding suppliers to increase competitiveness and reduce production costs. Therefore, when selecting a mold supplier, the specific gravity of the mold supplier is gradually increased for the realization of the technical capability consideration of the smaller tonnage injection molding machine.
In addition, for high-box products, the ejection distance of the products is generally large, the inclined top can hang out very long after the die is ejected, and the inclined top can be poor due to gravity, so that the problems of jamming and unsmooth locking of the inclined top during movement are easily caused, and the problem is generally existed in the inclined top with the long ejection distance.
