Further, the cleaning device comprises a water tank, the water tank is fixed to the top end of the top plate, a water pump is arranged on one side of the water tank, water pipes are communicated with the two sides of the water pump and penetrate through the top plate and the movable plate and extend to the lower portion of the top plate and the movable plate, a spray head is arranged on each water pipe, and the position, between the top plate and the movable plate, of each water pipe is a hose with strong flexibility.
Furthermore, the top end of the machine tool is provided with a first sliding groove matched with the sliding block, one side, close to the supporting bar, of the lower portion of the sliding block is provided with a second spring, and the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the side wall of the first sliding groove.
Further, the center of threaded rod and with the corresponding position of support bar is provided with the stopper, the both sides screw thread opposite direction of stopper, the one end of threaded rod is provided with the motor.
Furthermore, a hydraulic push rod is arranged at the top end of the moving plate, the top end of the hydraulic push rod is fixed to the top plate, sliding grooves II are symmetrically formed in the inner side of the supporting plate, and the moving plate slides up and down in the sliding grooves II.
Furthermore, the supporting bars and the moving plate are symmetrically provided with clamping blocks.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention relates to an aerated concrete production device, which comprises a machine tool 1, wherein a support bar 2 is fixedly arranged at the center of a bed body of the machine tool 1, a slide bar 3 is arranged in the middle of the machine tool 1 in a manner of penetrating through the support bar 2, a movable block 4 is symmetrically and slidably arranged on the slide bar 3 relative to the support bar 2, a first movable connecting base 5 is arranged at the top end of the movable block 4 and one side close to the support bar 2, the movable block 4 is rotatably connected with a connecting rod 6 through the first movable connecting base 5, the other end of the connecting rod 6 is movably connected with a second movable connecting base 7, a scraper 8 is arranged at one side opposite to the second movable connecting base 7, a first spring 14 is arranged at two sides of the bottom end of the scraper 8, a slide block 15 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the first spring 14, a, the threaded rod 9 penetrates through the moving block 4 and is in threaded connection with the moving block, supporting plates 10 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the top end of the machine tool 1, a top plate 11 is arranged on the top end of each supporting plate 10, a moving plate 12 is arranged below each top plate 11, and a cleaning device 13 is arranged on the top end of each top plate 11.
In an embodiment, for the cleaning device 13, the cleaning device 13 includes a water tank 1301, the water tank 1301 is fixed to the top end of the top plate 11, a water pump 1302 is disposed on one side of the water tank 1301, water pipes 1303 are connected to two sides of the water pump 1302, the water pipes 1303 penetrate through the top plate 11 and the movable plate 12 and extend to the lower side of the top plate 11 and the movable plate 12, and nozzles are disposed on the water pipes 1303, and a flexible pipe is disposed between the water pipes 1303 and the movable plate 12, so that the water in the water tank 1301 is pumped out by the water pump 1302, the water is conveyed to the nozzles through the water pipes 1303, and the water is sprayed out of the concrete blocks through the nozzles, so that dust on the surfaces of the concrete blocks is cleaned, the surfaces of the concrete blocks are cleaner, and dust pollution is greatly reduced during later use.
In one embodiment, for the machine tool 1, a first sliding groove 101 matched with the sliding block 15 is arranged at the top end of the machine tool 1, a second spring 102 is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the sliding block 15 close to the supporting bar 2, and the other end of the second spring 102 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the first sliding groove 101, so that the sliding block 15 slides in the first sliding groove 101. In addition, in a specific application, the second spring 102 is a compression spring.
In one embodiment, for the threaded rod 9, the center of the threaded rod 9 and the position corresponding to the support bar 2 are provided with the limit blocks 901, the directions of the threads on the two sides of the limit blocks 901 are opposite, one end of the threaded rod 9 is provided with the motor 902, so that the motor 902 drives the threaded rod 9 to rotate, and when the threaded rod 9 rotates, the movable blocks 4 are driven to move in opposite directions, and therefore the adjustment of the distance between the movable blocks 4 is realized, and further the distance between the scrapers 8 is adjusted, so that the device can be suitable for concrete blocks of different sizes, and the movable blocks 4 can be prevented from moving excessively through the arrangement of the limit blocks 901.
In one embodiment, for the moving plate 12, a hydraulic push rod 1201 is arranged at the top end of the moving plate 12, the top end of the hydraulic push rod 1201 is fixed on the top plate 11, sliding grooves two 1001 are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the supporting plate 10, and the moving plate 12 slides up and down in the sliding grooves two 1001, so that the moving plate 12 is pushed by the hydraulic push rod 1201 to be lifted and lowered.
In one embodiment, for the supporting bar 2, the supporting bar 2 and the moving plate 12 are symmetrically provided with clamping blocks, so that the concrete blocks are clamped by the clamping blocks.
In summary, according to the above technical solution of the present invention, a concrete block is placed on the clamping blocks on the supporting bars 2, then the hydraulic push rod 1201 is controlled to move to drive the moving plate 12 to descend, so that the clamping blocks on the moving plate 12 press the concrete block, the concrete block is clamped and fixed by the upper and lower clamping blocks, then the motor 902 is started, the motor 902 drives the threaded rod 9 to rotate, so as to drive the moving blocks 4 on both sides to move toward the middle, so that the scraping plate 8 abuts against the concrete block, the motor 902 rotates at a low speed, so that the moving block 4 continues to move toward the middle, so that the scraping plate 8 moves upward against the side wall of the concrete block, the surface of the concrete block is cleaned, the first spring 14 is stretched while the scraping plate 8 moves upward, the first spring 14 stretches while driving the sliding block 15 to move toward the concrete block in the first sliding groove 101, and the second, when scraping the concrete block top, control motor 902 reversal for the movable block 4 moves to both sides, and slider 15 resets under the effect of spring two 102, makes scraper blade 8 break away from the concrete block, then starts water pump 1302, sprays water on the concrete block through the shower nozzle, and the dust that will scrape off etc. is clear away from the concrete block surface, finally takes out the concrete block, and it can to change down.
