Abstract
The invention discloses a compact, universal and lightweight engine structure, which comprises a cylinder body (1), a cylinder cover (2), a flywheel shell (3), a gear chamber cover plate (4) and a gear chamber (5), and is characterized in that: the cylinder body (1) and the gear chamber (5) are arranged in a split mode, the upper end face of the cylinder body (1) is connected with the lower end face of the cylinder cover (2), one end of the cylinder cover (2) extends out of the end portion of the cylinder body (1), and the lower end face of the cylinder cover is connected with the upper end face of the flywheel shell (3); the surface of the flywheel shell (3) opposite to the end part of the cylinder block (1) radially extends out of the side surface of the cylinder block (1), a cavity is formed on the surface extending out of the side surface of the cylinder block (1), and a gear chamber cover plate (4) is connected with the cavity to form a gear chamber (5). In a traditional engine structure, half of a gear chamber is generally designed to be integrated on a cylinder block through integral casting with the cylinder block, and the other half of the gear chamber is assembled with a flywheel shell to form a complete gear chamber, and the defects are as follows: (1) the gear chamber cover plate integrally cast with the cylinder block needs to consider the draft angle, so the wall thickness is thicker, and the cylinder cover is completely supported on the cylinder block, which causes the cylinder block and the cylinder cover to be lengthened in the axial direction, so the length of the whole machine is increased; (2) a complete gear chamber is formed by half of each of the cylinder body and the flywheel housing, and the cylinder body and the cover plate of the gear chamber are of cast iron structures, so the weight of the whole machine is heavy; (3) the cylinder block casts interfaces such as an air compressor injection pump, when interfaces such as the injection pump are changed, the cylinder block needs to be changed into a mold, and the universality is poor.

2.
