The dish washing bead adapts to the common washing program of an automatic dish washing machine, the stability of the liquid detergent is mainly reflected in the maintenance of the activity of the enzyme preparation, and the influence on the activity of the enzyme preparation in the product storage process mainly comprises the following factors, namely the pH value, the surfactant and the metal ions, and when the pH value is too high or too low, the enzyme preparation is easy to inactivate; the free radical action of the surfactant has a certain negative influence on the activity of the enzyme preparation, which can lead to the denaturation and inactivation of the enzyme preparation, especially the anionic surfactant commonly used in detergents; the metal ions can cause the salting-out effect of the protein, and partial metal ions (such as Au, Cu, Gr and the like) can cause the denaturation and inactivation of the protein, and the enzyme preparation is separately stored in the third bead unit 3, so that the influence factors can be effectively avoided; in addition, a high-temperature and low-temperature test investigation is carried out on the traditional detergent, and the enzyme preparation is easy to precipitate or separate out due to the influence of hydrated hydrogen bonds and various ionic free radicals in an integrated formula system, so that the integral uniformity and stability of the detergent are influenced.
The washing performance is mainly embodied in the dirt bearing capacity of the detergent, as the stability of a formula system is considered in the traditional detergent, and the using amount and the types of the cosolvent and the surfactant are greatly limited, the invention adopts a split storage mode, can properly increase the using amount of the cosolvent, the surfactant and the enzyme preparation, and certainly optimizes the washing performance by improving the dirt bearing capacity.
In conclusion, the dish washing bead has the following advantages: (1) the storage is separated, so that the activity of the effective components is ensured; (2) the dish washing liquid is quantitatively and quantitatively fed, so that unnecessary waste is avoided; (3) the sectional release and the sectional effect are realized, the addition of the effective components of the dishwashing liquid is improved, and the washing performance is improved.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
