The material transfer device according to claim 6, wherein the rotary motor is a double-shaft motor, the suction nozzle is mounted on a rotating shaft of the double-shaft motor extending towards one end of the material, and an indicating disc is mounted on a rotating shaft at the other end of the double-shaft motor; and rotating shafts at two ends of the double-shaft motor synchronously rotate.
8. The material transfer method of the material transfer device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
acquiring the deflection angle of the material in the storage position through an identification unit;
the rotary driving unit drives the suction nozzle to rotate by the deflection angle;
the suction nozzle sucks the material;
the lifting frame drives the suction nozzle to ascend, the rotary driving unit drives the suction nozzle to rotate to a preset installation angle, the mounting frame drives the suction nozzle to horizontally move to the position above the installation position along the horizontal sliding rail, and the lifting frame drives the suction nozzle to descend;
the suction nozzle places the material in the mounting position.
