when the section bar is continuously pushed rightwards, the free end of the packaging bag 4 moves along with the section bar to enable the packaging bag 3 in the buckle 2 to rotate and wind out, the section bar is pushed rightwards until the section bar is completely sleeved in the packaging bag 4, the packaging bag 4 is cut off, the packaging process of the section bar is completed, the section bar is taken out after the packaging is completed, the comma bar 9 restores to the initial position under the action of the elastic resetting device, and the whole device returns to the initial state again to wait for the next packaging.
