Background
When the torpedo is used for carrying out scientific research tests and troops' performances on torpedoes, the task of recycling the torpedo is very critical, the rapidity and the safety of recycling the torpedo greatly influence whether the tests and the performances are successfully completed, and the recycling tool plays an important role in the recycling process. However, the existing recovery tool is difficult to meet the requirements of safe and quick recovery, firstly, when the mine is recovered, a safe distance between the mine and the recovery ship is ensured, namely the recovery tool needs to operate remotely, the operation rod is required to be long enough, however, the whole rod is in a cantilever state when in operation, when the operation rod is too long, the force application of the handheld end is very large, the operation difficulty is very large, and in order to reduce the force application of the handheld end as much as possible, the weight of the operation end (mine grasping end) needs to be reduced, so that the general function of the operation end is set to be very single, and only one circular ring or semicircular ring is arranged for realizing the control of the mine body to a certain degree. Referring to fig. 1-4, the quick torpedo recovery lifting tool comprises a long rod 9, a lantern ring 2, a lock catch 3, a steel wire rope 5 and a hanging strip 7, wherein the lantern ring 2 is of a circular ring structure and is used for being sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of a torpedo to be recovered, the inner diameter of the lantern ring is larger than the outer diameter of the torpedo to be recovered and smaller than twice the outer diameter of the torpedo to be recovered, and an annular floating body is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the lantern ring 2 and can float; one end of the long rod 9 is fixedly provided with the lantern ring 2, the other end of the long rod is provided with the handle 8, and the handle 8 at the holding end adopts a cross rod mode, so that the direction of a tool is convenient to control, and the tool is easy to hold and apply force; one end of the hanging strip 7 is fixed on the outer side surface of the lock catch 3, the other end of the hanging strip penetrates through the inside of the lock catch 3 to form a circular ring shape and is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the lantern ring 2, and the end head of the other end of the hanging strip extends to the handle 8; the lock catch 3 is of a one-way locking structure, the lock catch 3 is a box body with openings at two ends, and a baffle is arranged through a rotating shaft in the process, so that the baffle can rotate around the shaft; a plurality of bulges are uniformly distributed on one surface of the hanging strip 7 facing the baffle along the length direction, and the hanging strip is prevented from sliding and reversely by the lock catch through the matching of the bulges and the baffle in the lock catch; the handle end pulls the hanging strip, so that the hanging strip slides from the inside of the lock catch 3 to the handle direction, the hanging strip 7 attached to the inner circumferential surface of the lantern ring 2 is separated from the lantern ring 2 through pulling force, and the inner part is contracted to tightly sleeve the mine body to be recovered;
referring to fig. 6, the lock catch 3 is mounted at the junction of the root of the collar 2 and the long rod 9 through a quick stop pin 4, one end of the steel wire rope 5 is tied to the ring of the quick stop pin 4, the other end extends to the handle 8, and the quick stop pin 4 is pulled out from the junction of the lock catch 3 and the root of the collar 2 by pulling the steel wire rope 5, so that the lock catch 3 is separated from the collar 2, and further the sling 7 is separated from the collar 2 and the long rod 9. The long rod 9 is of a hollow structure, the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the inside of the long rod, and the end head of the other end of the steel wire rope is provided with a pull ring 6 for positioning the other end of the steel wire rope 5 at the handle 8.
Two brackets are fixed at the joint of the root of the lantern ring 2 and the long rod 9, and the two brackets are symmetrical with the central axis of the long rod 9; the bracket is of a plate-shaped structure, two ends of one side surface of the bracket are provided with lugs, the lugs are provided with first through holes, and the axial direction of the first through holes is parallel to the axial direction of the long rod;
the lock catch 3 is provided with two bulges in parallel along the length direction of the hanging strip 7, and the bulges are provided with second through holes; the lock catch 3 is arranged between the two brackets, the two protrusions of the lock catch are respectively inserted between the two lugs of the brackets, the first through hole and the second through hole are coaxial and used for installing the quick stop pin 4, and the lock catch is fixed between the two brackets through the quick stop pin 4.
Referring to fig. 2, the inner side of the working end of the sling 7 should be subjected to roughening treatment within a certain length range, so that the friction between the sling and the surface of a detonator after the detonator is tightened is increased, and slipping in the hoisting process is prevented; the roughening treatment can adopt the modes of (point) vulcanization, sewing of anti-skid fabrics and the like; the roughening treatment length must be less than the soot circumference.
The embodiment is a recycling tool for a light torpedo, the diameter of a lantern ring is 600mm, and the width (axial length) is 40 mm; the inner side of the lantern ring is bonded with a 38mm wide hanging strip in a magic tape mode, and the hanging strip is bonded at every 100mm, and the bonding point at each position is about 10mm wide; the working end latch is connected to a bracket, see fig. 6, which is connected to the base of the collar by 2 quick stop pins 10 × 104(HB 5481-1983); according to the working mode of the recovery ship of the type mine operation, the long rod is 4 meters, the working end is 1 meter, the operating end is 1 meter, and the middle 2 sections of standard rods are 2 meters; the floater is designed into a circular ring shape, referring to figure 2, the floater is fixedly connected to the outer side of the lantern ring through a buckle, the total weight of the operation end is 2kg, and accordingly the floater is designed to be completely immersed in water to generate 2.5 kg of buoyancy force; the hand-held end pull ring pulls the quick stop pin through two steel wire ropes with the diameter of 3mm, and the steel wire ropes penetrate through the middle holes of the long rods.
When the mine is recycled, the specific operation process is as follows:
a) an operator stands on the recovery ship and stretches the tool out of the water surface to operate;
b) adjusting the angle of the lantern ring to sleeve the torpedo, and basically adjusting the angle to the gravity center of the product, referring to the attached figure 4;
c) an operator pulls the hanging belt and pushes the thunder body forwards at the same time, so that the hanging belt is gradually tightened through the one-way lock catch, and the drawing is shown in figure 3;
d) when the suspension band completely hoops the thunder body, an operator pulls the steel wire rope through the pull ring to pull off the quick stop pin, and reference is made to the attached figure 6;
e) after the quick stop pin is pulled out, the lock catch and the hanging strip are separated from the long rod and the lantern ring of the recovery tool;
f) hanging the sling at the handheld end on a lifting ring of lifting equipment, and starting lifting;
the handheld long rod and the lantern ring can be separated from the mine body before being lifted, and can also be used for assisting in correcting the posture of the mine body in the lifting process.
