Referring to fig. 2, the inner side of the working end of the sling 7 should be subjected to roughening treatment within a certain length range, so that the friction between the sling and the surface of a detonator after the detonator is tightened is increased, and slipping in the hoisting process is prevented; the roughening treatment can adopt the modes of (point) vulcanization, sewing of anti-skid fabrics and the like; the roughening treatment length must be less than the soot circumference.
The embodiment is a recycling tool for a light torpedo, the diameter of a lantern ring is 600mm, and the width (axial length) is 40 mm; the inner side of the lantern ring is bonded with a 38mm wide hanging strip in a magic tape mode, and the hanging strip is bonded at every 100mm, and the bonding point at each position is about 10mm wide; the working end latch is connected to a bracket, see fig. 6, which is connected to the base of the collar by 2 quick stop pins 10 × 104(HB 5481-1983); according to the working mode of the recovery ship of the type mine operation, the long rod is 4 meters, the working end is 1 meter, the operating end is 1 meter, and the middle 2 sections of standard rods are 2 meters; the floater is designed into a circular ring shape, referring to figure 2, the floater is fixedly connected to the outer side of the lantern ring through a buckle, the total weight of the operation end is 2kg, and accordingly the floater is designed to be completely immersed in water to generate 2.5 kg of buoyancy force; the hand-held end pull ring pulls the quick stop pin through two steel wire ropes with the diameter of 3mm, and the steel wire ropes penetrate through the middle holes of the long rods.
When the mine is recycled, the specific operation process is as follows:
a) an operator stands on the recovery ship and stretches the tool out of the water surface to operate;

f) hanging the sling at the handheld end on a lifting ring of lifting equipment, and starting lifting;
the handheld long rod and the lantern ring can be separated from the mine body before being lifted, and can also be used for assisting in correcting the posture of the mine body in the lifting process.
