The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the heat-insulating pipe production workshop is characterized by comprising a gas collecting hood (1), an air inlet box (25) and an air outlet box (10), wherein the gas collecting hood (1) is connected with an air inlet pipeline (3), a negative pressure fan (2) is arranged in the air inlet pipeline (3), the tail end of the air inlet pipeline (3) is introduced into the inner lower part of the air inlet box (25), an air outlet mechanism is arranged at the part of the air inlet pipeline (3) introduced into the air inlet box (25), a spraying mechanism and a condensing mechanism are arranged above the air inlet pipeline (3) in the air inlet box (25), the top wall of the air inlet box (25) is communicated with one side of the bottom wall of the air outlet box (10), a drying mechanism and an adsorption mechanism are sequentially arranged in the air outlet box (10) along the gas flow direction, the drying mechanism and the adsorption mechanism are detachably arranged in the air outlet box (10) through fastening bolts (15), and the side wall of the, the bottom of the side wall of the air inlet box (25) is communicated with a waste liquid pipe (22), and a waste liquid valve is arranged on the waste liquid pipe (22).

The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the thermal insulation pipe production workshop as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying plate (6), the spraying plate (6) is provided with gas outlet through holes, a plurality of spray heads (5) are fixed at the lower part of the spraying plate (6), a liquid inlet pipe (20) is arranged outside the air inlet box (25), the liquid inlet pipe (20) is communicated with the spray heads (5), and a liquid inlet pump (21) is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe (20).

The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the insulating tube production workshop as claimed in claim 2, wherein the condensing mechanism comprises a plurality of condensing plates (8), a flow breaking plate (7) is arranged on the lower portion of each condensing plate (8), the flow breaking plate (7) is of an inverted V shape, a cooling coil is arranged in each condensing plate (8), an inlet of the condensing coil in the uppermost condensing plate (8) is communicated with a water inlet pipe (18), a circulating pipe (9) is communicated between the condensing coils in the adjacent condensing plates (8), an outlet of the condensing coil in the lowermost condensing plate (8) is communicated with a water outlet pipe (19), air outlet through holes are formed in each condensing plate (8), and the air outlet through holes in the adjacent condensing plates (8) are arranged in a staggered manner.
4. The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the insulating tube production workshop as claimed in claim 3, wherein the condensation plate (8) is positioned above the spray plate (6).

The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the heat-insulating pipe production workshop as claimed in claim 4, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a drying layer (11), the adsorption mechanism comprises an adsorption cotton layer (12), an activated carbon adsorption layer (13) and a disinfection and sterilization layer (14) which are sequentially arranged along the air flow direction, a photocatalyst purifier (17) is arranged on the inner side of an opening of the air outlet box (10), outer frames are arranged on the outer sides of the drying layer (11), the adsorption cotton layer (12), the activated carbon adsorption layer (13) and the disinfection and sterilization layer (14), the outer frames are detachably arranged on the side wall of the air outlet box (10) through fixing bolts (15), and handles (16) are arranged on the two side walls of the drying layer (11), the adsorption cotton layer (12), the activated carbon adsorption layer (13) and the disinfection and sterilization layer (14).
6. The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the thermal insulation pipe production workshop as claimed in claim 5, wherein the side wall of the gas outlet box (10) opposite to the gas outlet is a blind end.

The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the heat preservation pipe production workshop as claimed in claim 5, wherein an opening is formed in one side, opposite to the gas outlet, of the gas outlet box (10), an end cover (23) is arranged on the opening, the end cover (23) is detachably connected to the gas outlet box (10) through a bolt, and a sealing rubber ring is connected between the end cover (23) and the side wall of the gas outlet box (10).
8. The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the insulating tube production workshop as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the gas outlet mechanism comprises a gas outlet cover (4), and the gas outlet cover (4) is communicated with the gas inlet pipeline (3).
9. The tail gas dedusting and purifying device for the thermal insulation pipe production workshop according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the gas outlet mechanism comprises a plurality of gas outlet pipes (24), and the gas outlet pipes (24) are uniformly distributed at the lower part of the gas inlet pipeline (3) and are communicated with the gas inlet pipeline (3).
