according to the square-corner drawer type unit lattice adsorption tower, a new adsorption unit box filled with activated carbon is placed on the supporting plate and is conveyed into the physical absorption tower through the conveying slide rail, and after flue gas adsorption is finished, new work can be restarted only by replacing the activated carbon frame.
The cell of the invention can realize standardized production and has the following advantages: the volume is small, the transportation is convenient, meanwhile, a totally-enclosed structure is adopted, the replacement of the active carbon frame can be quickly realized, and meanwhile, the capacity can be expanded only by adding a seal box; the organic waste gas can reach more than 90 percent of purification rate through the adsorption of the activated carbon, the equipment is simple, the operation cost is reduced, the field is saved, the environmental protection requirement of a flue gas treatment system is met, the loading, unloading, transportation and replacement costs caused by frequent replacement of the activated carbon are effectively reduced, and the method has good application prospect.
