Abstract
The invention relates to an electric sofa support suitable for improving the telescopic stability of a foot support, which comprises a seat frame and a pair of mounting plates, wherein the seat frame comprises a pair of mounting plates; the foot support bracket is arranged on the front side of the seat frame and is suitable for stretching and contracting; the driving frame comprises a driving rod and two driving arms, wherein the two driving arms are respectively and fixedly connected with a pin shaft and a guide pillar, the two driving arms are respectively and rotatably connected with mounting plates on two sides through the pin shaft, an arc-shaped guide groove is formed in the mounting plates, the guide pillars are arranged on the driving arms, and the guide pillars penetrate out of the guide grooves; and the foot support connecting rod is arranged on the seat frame and is respectively connected with the guide pillar and the foot support bracket. The foot support connecting rod mechanism is optimized again, loss in the force transmission process is reduced, the driving frame can control the foot support bracket more directly and more reliably, and the support of the foot support bracket is more stable and reliable.

Technical Field

Background
A conventional electric sofa support, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, includes a bottom frame 91, a seat frame 10, a driving frame 90, a foot rest support 95, a first link 92, a second link 93, a third link 94 and a tension spring 98; the seat frame 10 is connected with the bottom frame 91 through a pair of link mechanisms, the seat frame 10 swings in an arc shape on the bottom frame 91 through the link mechanisms, the driving frame 90 is installed on the seat frame 10, the driving frame 90 is connected with the first link 92, the first link 92 is connected with the second link 93, the middle part of the second link 93 is connected with the seat frame 10 in a switching mode, the second link 93 is connected with the third link 94, the third link 94 is connected with the foot rest support bracket 95, the foot rest bracket 95 is installed at the front end of the seat frame 10, and when the driving frame 90 rotates, the foot rest bracket 95 is driven to extend or retract through the first link 92, the second link 93 and the third link 94;

As shown in fig. 3 to 8, an electric sofa support adapted to improve the telescopic stability of a foot rest support 4 comprises a seat frame 2 including a pair of mounting plates 21;
the foot rest bracket 4 is arranged at the front side of the seat frame 2 and is suitable for stretching and contracting;
the driving frame 3 comprises a driving rod 31 and two driving arms 32, wherein the two driving arms 32 are respectively and fixedly connected with a pin shaft 34 and a guide post 33, the two driving arms 32 are rotatably connected with the mounting plates 21 on two sides through the pin shaft 34, the mounting plates 21 are provided with arc-shaped guide grooves 22, the driving arms 32 are provided with the guide posts 33, and the guide posts 33 penetrate out of the guide grooves 22;
the foot support connecting rod 5 is arranged on the seat frame 2 and is respectively connected with the guide pillar 33 and the foot support bracket 4;
when the driving frame 3 drives the guide post 33 to move in the arc-shaped guide groove 22 to the contraction station, the foot support bracket 4 is driven to contract by the foot support connecting rod 5, and when the driving frame 3 drives the guide post 33 to move in the arc-shaped guide groove 22 to the extension station, the foot support bracket 4 is driven to extend by the foot support connecting rod 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the footrest link 5 includes a first link 51, a second link 52, a third link 53, and a fourth link 54; the middle part of the first connecting rod 51 is fixedly connected with the pin shaft 34, one end of the first connecting rod 51 is fixedly connected with the guide pillar 33, and the other end of the first connecting rod 51 is connected with one end of the second connecting rod 52 in a switching way; the other end of the second connecting rod 52 is connected with a third connecting rod 53 in a switching way, and the other end of the third connecting rod 53 is connected with the seat frame 2 in a switching way; one end of the fourth link 54 is connected to the foot rest 4, and the other end of the fourth link 54 is connected to the middle of the second link 52.
The first link 51 and the driving arm 32 are integrally fixed to each other by a pin 34 and a guide post 33, and rotate together about the pin 34.
Whole foot holds in the palm connecting rod 5 and is located seat frame 2 front side, and when guide pillar 33 was doing rotatory operation, the moving force of guide pillar 33 can directly drive foot support 4 flexible through foot support connecting rod 5, makes the control of drive frame 3 to foot support 4 more direct, reliable, stable.

in the third TV mode, as shown in fig. 5, the user can watch TV conveniently, and in the normal mode, the first linear motor 61 retracts to drive the driving rack 3 to rotate, so as to drive the guide post 33 to move in the guide slot 22, the guide post 33 moves from the retracting station to the extending station, so as to extend the foot rest support 4, and the extending process depends on the foot rest connecting rod 5, so that the extending is more stable and reliable.
The fourth leisure mode, as shown in fig. 6, is convenient for the user to see and rest, and at this time, based on the third TV mode, the second straight line is contracted to drive the backrest support 8 to rotate, so that the backrest support 8 is unfolded.
The electric sofa support provided by the invention optimizes the foot support connecting rod 5 mechanism again, reduces the loss in the force transmission process, enables the driving frame 3 to control the foot support 4 more directly and reliably, and also enables the support of the foot support 4 to be more stable and reliable.
