The degree of extrusion can be adjusted according to actual demand, and the operation is simpler. The bean products are uniformly pressed and are not easy to damage.
When the bean products need to be separated after extrusion forming, the separation plate 24 is arranged below the top plate 6, the separation plate 24 moves downwards, and the bean products on the upper part of the bottom plate 14 are cut. The plurality of partition holes 25 in the partition plate 24 can divide the bean product into several portions. The partition is uniform, and the partition is orderly arranged after being partitioned, so that the subsequent taking and placing are convenient. When the bean products are separated, the bean products can pass through the inside of the separation holes 25, so that the bean products are not influenced by the height of the separation plate 24 when being separated, and different working requirements can be met. After the bean products are processed, the bottom plate 14 rises and inclines, and all the bean products on the upper part fall into the upper part of the material receiving plate 5 to be uniformly taken and placed, so that the bean products are not easy to spill and damage.

step three: when the manufactured bean product is extruded, the bean product is placed on the upper part of the bottom plate (14), the inserted rod (18) is inserted into the water leakage hole (12), and the top end of the inserted rod is flush with the top of the bottom plate (14); the bottom plate (14) moves downwards in the loading box (3) until the bottom of the bottom plate (14) is flush with the bottom of the discharge opening (7) on one side of the loading box (3); a pressing plate (22) is arranged below the top plate (6), a sixth hydraulic column (20) drives the pressing plate (22) to move downwards, the pressing plate (22) extrudes the bean product on the upper part of the bottom plate (14), the bean product is pressed and molded, and residual water in the bean product is extruded out; the second hydraulic column (9) drives the blocking plate (10) to come out from the interior of the discharge hole (7), and the extruded water is discharged from the discharge hole (7) outwards;
step four: when the bean products are separated after being extruded and formed, the separation plate (24) is arranged below the top plate (6), the separation plate (24) moves downwards, and the bean products on the upper part of the bottom plate (14) are cut; the bean products are divided into a plurality of parts by a plurality of separation holes (25) in the separation plate (24); when the bean products are separated, the bean products pass through the inside of the separation holes (25), and the separation of the bean products is not influenced by the height of the separation plate (24); after the bean products are processed, the bottom plate (14) is lifted and inclined, and the bean products on the upper part all fall into the upper part of the material receiving plate (5).
