Abstract
本发明涉及一种车辆、输出车辆的信息的方法及计算机可读记录介质。提供了一种能够使用可变优先级顺序向其中的乘员输出信息的车辆及用于执行其的方法。输出车辆的信息的方法可以包括:基于至少一条输入信息识别当前状况;在车辆的多个功能中确定在所识别的状况下施加了权重的功能;基于所确定的施加了权重的功能,重置车辆的多个功能的优先级顺序;以及基于所重置的优先级顺序确定是否输出关于至少一个事件中的每一个的输出信息。
Description

技术领域
本公开涉及能够使用可变优先级顺序向其中的乘员输出信息的车辆及用于执行向其中的乘员输出信息的方法。
背景技术
现代车辆装备有各种电子装置,并且随着其连接性能得到改善,通过例如AVN(音频/视频/导航)系统的信息娱乐系统向乘员提供各种类型的信息。
然而,当需要在一般车辆中同时输出两条或更多条信息时,通常根据针对各个功能预定的优先级顺序首先或单独输出具有高优先级顺序的信息。
因此,如果关于特定功能的信息对于乘员/车辆状态或驾驶状况是重要的,但是没有反映在针对各个功能所预定的优先级顺序中,则不能在适当的时间将该信息提供给乘员。
发明内容
因此,本公开涉及一种根据情况改变每个功能的信息输出优先级顺序的方法和能够执行该方法的车辆。
本领域技术人员将理解,本公开能够实现的目的不限于上文已经特别描述的,并且从下面的详细描述将更清楚地理解本公开能够实现的上述和其他目的。
为了实现该目的和其他优点,并且根据本公开的目的,如本文中所体现和广泛描述的,根据本公开的实施方式的输出车辆的信息的方法可以包括:基于至少一条输入信息识别当前状况;在车辆的多个功能中确定在所识别的状况下施加了权重的功能;基于所确定的施加了权重的功能,重置车辆的多个功能的优先级顺序;以及基于所重置的优先级顺序确定是否输出关于至少一个事件中的每一个的输出信息。
此外,根据本公开的实施方式的车辆可以包括:状况识别设备,被配置为基于至少一条输入信息识别当前状况;优先级确定设备,被配置为在车辆的多个功能中确定在所识别的状况下施加了权重的功能,并且基于所确定的施加了权重的功能重置车辆的多个功能的优先级顺序;以及输出控制器,被配置为基于所重置的优先级顺序确定是否输出关于至少一个事件中的每一个的输出信息。
如上所述配置的根据本公开的至少一个实施方式的车辆可以根据情况可变地设置每个功能的信息输出优先级顺序,使得可以在需要信息时将重要信息提供给乘员。

在本公开的实施方式中,根据车辆状况可变地设置每个功能的信息输出优先级顺序。
首先,将参考图1描述适用本公开的实施方式的车辆结构。图1是示出根据本公开的实施方式的车辆结构的示例的框图。
参考图1,根据本实施方式的车辆包括信息输出系统100。信息输出系统100可以包括输入设备110、输入处理和状况识别设备120、优先级确定设备130、通信设备140、输出控制器150和输出设备160。
输入设备110获取与车辆内部/外部发生的各种事件相关的信息,例如车辆状态、驾驶员状态和驾驶环境。为此,输入设备可以包括通过其输入车辆内部的声音的麦克风、用于拍摄车辆内部和/或外部的一个或多个照相机、传感器等。这里,传感器可以包括超声波/激光范围传感器、视觉传感器、座椅重量检测传感器、触摸传感器、动作传感器、雨传感器、照明传感器、轮胎压力传感器等,但是这些传感器是示例性的,并且只要其可以安装在车辆中则可以使用任何传感器。
输入处理和状况识别设备120可以通过经由输入设备110和通信设备140获取的各种值(触摸/动作/语音/传感器值/控制器的操作状态值/通过无线通信从外部服务器获取的信息)来识别和确定用户的意图或状态、车辆的内部/外部状况、车辆状态、遥远地点的状况等。
优先级确定设备130可以根据由输入处理和状况识别设备120确定的当前状况来确定是否应用或调整每个功能的默认输出信息优先级顺序(以下称为“默认优先级顺序”)。例如,当在所确定的当前状况下不存在向其施加了权重的功能时,可以根据默认优先级来确定每个功能的输出信息优先级顺序,而当在所确定的当前状况下存在该功能时,可以调整优先级顺序,使得增加向其施加了权重的功能的优先级顺序。
通信设备140可以与车辆中的各种车辆控制器(仪表板、空调、座椅等)和外部服务器执行通信。为此,通信设备140可以包括用于支持(例如CAN、CAN-FD、LIN和以太网)有线通信协议的有线通信模块,以及用于支持蜂窝无线通信协议(例如3G/4G/5G)和短程无线通信协议(例如Wi-Fi、蓝牙、ZigBee和NFC)的无线通信模块。
输出控制器150可以控制构成输出设备160的设备,以根据由优先级确定设备130确定的优先级顺序,提供根据要输出的每个功能的信息输出的反馈。
输出设备160可以在输出控制器150的控制下,通过系统中的输出设备(例如显示器/LED/马达/扬声器)输出视觉/听觉/触觉输出中的至少一项。
在下文中,将基于上述车辆结构来描述本公开的实施方式。
图2示出了根据本公开的实施方式的通过状况识别确定优先级顺序的过程的示例。
参考图2,输入处理和状况识别设备120的输入设备信息操纵和处理模块可以基于通过包括麦克风、照相机和传感器的输入设备110获取的信息,通过操纵和处理每条输入数据信息来提取情况特征或索引。这里,输入设备信息操纵和处理模块使用一个输入周期变量和一个常量进行操纵和处理。这里,输入周期变量指的是用于防止频繁改变的输入终端请求信息的周期,并且可以设置为随着周期变短而增加的值。
优先级确定设备130的优先级改变确定模块可以基于从输入处理和状况识别设备120接收到的特征/索引信息来确定是否需要改变优先级顺序。这里,优先级改变确定模块可以根据预定的确定算法参考优先级表来确定是否需要改变优先级顺序。这里,优先级表可以包括定义车辆中的每个设备的每个行为模式和功能的操作优先级顺序的信息,以及以预定顺序对其进行更新的信息。此外,经处理的基于输入终端信息的优先级改变模块可以基于特征/索引信息改变优先级表。为此,经处理的基于输入终端信息的优先级改变模块可以参考包括优先级优化技术的优先级优化列表。
当在优先级确定设备130中改变每个功能的优先级顺序时,输出控制器可以参考改变的优先级表来确定是否输出每个功能的输出信息。
在下文中,将参考图3描述根据状况提供每个功能的输出信息的过程。图3是示出根据本公开的实施方式的根据车辆中的状况提供每个功能的输出信息的过程的示例的流程图。
参考图3,输入处理和状况识别设备120可以基于通过输入设备110和通信设备140获取的信息来执行状况识别(S310)。可以将状况识别分类为用户交互的识别、车辆的内部/外部状况的识别、车辆状态的识别和用户状态的识别,但是这是示例性的,并且状况识别可以不限于此。用户交互的识别可以是通过用户操作(例如用户的按钮/拨号/触摸操作或手势)来识别命令的输入的过程。车辆的内部/外部状况的识别可以是识别天气、事故的存在或不存在、路面状态、前排乘客座椅或后排座椅中乘员的存在或不存在、交通灯改变、隧道信息等的过程。车辆状态的识别可以是识别车辆故障、换档杆或操作系统的位置、驾驶模式等的过程。用户状态的识别可以是识别其中驾驶员由于困倦而眼睛没有注视前方、查看蜂窝电话、将头转向后排座椅等的状况、或驾驶员的情绪(例如愤怒)的过程。
通过该识别过程S310,输入处理和状况识别设备120可以生成关于当前状况的特征/索引信息,并且优先级确定设备130可以确定在与所生成的特征/索引信息相对应的状况下是否存在施加了权重的功能(S320)。
当在对应的状况下存在施加了权重的功能时,优先级确定设备130可以通过在其中反映状况权重来重置优先级顺序(S330)。
当优先级顺序被重置时,输出控制器150可以在生成事件时检查改变的优先级表中的事件的优先级顺序,并且根据该优先级顺序确定是否输出输出信息(S340)。例如,如果当前仅存在单个事件,则可以通过输出设备160输出关于该事件的输出信息,而不管优先级顺序如何。如果两个或多个事件一起生成,则可以通过输出设备160输出关于在改变的优先级表中具有最高优先级顺序的事件的输出信息。
优先级确定设备130可以确定对应的状况是否结束(S350),并且当对应的状况结束时,监视是否再次出现其中存在施加了权重的功能的状况。
在其中不存在施加了权重的功能的状况下,优先级确定设备130可以将优先级表改变为默认设置(S360)。
以下,将参考图4描述根据上述优先级表的格式和状况的修改示例。图4示出了根据本公开的实施方式的优先级表配置的示例。
参考图4,优先级表包括A至C和E至L的11个功能,这些功能被分类为“驾驶期间的危险警告”、“安全驾驶”和“正常”三种类型。此外,在优先级表中按每个功能定义了权重状况和根据默认设置的默认优先级顺序。此外,还可以在优先级表中定义当每个权重状况发生时每个功能的优先级改变。
例如,假设正常类别中的功能J是与家庭安全IoT设备控制相关的功能,则在除对应权重状况之外的状况下设置默认优先级顺序8。然而,在其中检测到例如入室行窃的房屋危险的对应权重状况下,优先级顺序被调整为1。因此,其他功能的优先级可以降低一级。
当该过程应用于图3时,如果在步骤S310中基于关于家庭IoT设备的操作状态的信息将入室行窃检测状况识别为车辆的内部/外部状况,则在步骤S320中确定功能J是在对应情况下施加了权重的功能,并且在步骤S330中重置优先级顺序,使得功能J具有最高优先级顺序。
接下来,将参考图5至图7描述由于与车辆中的特定设备和车辆状态相关联的用户交互引起的优先级改变。
图5是用于描述根据本公开的实施方式的构成车辆中包括的输出设备的信息输出设备的示例的图。
参考图5中的(a),交互式显示器被示出为适用于本公开的实施方式的输出设备160的示例。交互式显示器不仅可以支持向用户传送信息的功能,而且可以支持根据显示器410上显示的图像和驾驶员的手势的情绪复制。交互式显示器可以设置在盘形基座420上,并且可以包括具有直径小于基座的盘形显示器410。
显示器410被实现为圆形触摸屏。显示器410可以在关闭或休眠状态下放置在基座420上,并且当用户做出如图5中的(b)所示的触摸显示器410的手势或者识别到驾驶员进入车辆时,显示器410可以如图5中的(c)所示唤醒。这里,显示器410可以根据唤醒而相对于底座420以特定角度竖立,并且可以显示表示对应于车辆或驾驶员的当前状况的表情的图像。此外,如图5中的(d)所示,显示器410可绕基座420的一个轴旋转。例如,显示器410可以旋转成面向其中驾驶员所处的方向。此外,如图5中的(e)所示,当用户将手指放到显示器410上显示的嘴411时,显示器可以进入如图5中的(a)所示的休眠模式。
将参考图6和图7描述当应用上述交互式显示时在进入休眠模式时改变每个功能的优先级顺序的过程。尽管描述侧重于图6和图7中的交互式显示,但是应当理解,稍后将描述的功能可以以类似的方式应用于车辆中包括的其他输入/输出设备。
图6是示出根据本公开的实施方式的交互式显示器的状态来输出输出信息的过程的示例的流程图,并且图7示出根据交互式显示器的状态的优先级表配置的示例。
参考图6,如图5中的(e)所示,当向交互式显示器输入与休眠命令相对应的手势/动作时(S610),交互式显示器可以进入休眠模式(S620)。
在该状态下,输入处理和状况识别设备120可以根据输入周期变量以时间间隔确定状况,并且根据其识别当前状况(S630)。通过该识别过程S630,输入处理和状况识别设备120可以生成关于当前状况的特征/索引信息,并且优先级确定设备130可以确定在与所生成的特征/索引信息相对应的状况下是否存在施加了权重的功能(S640)。
当在对应的状况下存在分配了权重的功能时,优先级确定设备130可以通过在其中反映状况权重来重置优先级顺序。这里,优先级确定设备130可以进一步考虑输出设备160的状态。例如,当交互式显示器根据用户交互处于休眠状态时,可以应用根据休眠状态的优先级顺序。例如,如图7所示,相对于交互式显示器的每个功能的优先级顺序对应于进入引擎关闭状态时的休眠状态(即,不输出输出信息的状态)和由于休眠动作引起的休眠状态。然而,当在休眠状态中识别到危险驾驶状况时,在对应状况中施加了权重的功能A/B/C的优先级顺序不被处理为休眠状态,而是被设置为预定的优先级顺序。
因此,当存在需要以重置的优先级顺序输出输出信息的功能时,输出控制器150可以唤醒交互式显示器(S650)。因此,即使当交互式显示器根据用户输入的休眠手势进入休眠状态时,交互式显示器也可以在特定状况下唤醒并呈现与该状况相关的功能的输出信息。当然,可以针对与输出信息无关的功能维持休眠状态。
返回参考图6,当检测到用于唤醒交互式显示器的用户交互时(S660),交互式显示器可以不考虑输出信息而唤醒(S670)。
因此,根据本公开的实施方式,可以根据状况可变地设置功能的优先级顺序,并且在适当的时间向用户提供每个状况的重要信息。此外,可以根据状况和事件可变地设置优先级顺序,而不是根据正常默认优先级顺序的设置改变或手动地(其是很方便的)改变优先级顺序。此外,如上面参考图5至图7所述,可以针对每个输出设备单独地管理优先级顺序,并且因此可以针对各种输出设备可变地设置每个状况的优先级顺序。
本文中公开的各种实施方式,包括信息输出系统100的实施方式和/或其元件,包括但不限于输入处理和状况识别设备120、优先级确定设备130、输出控制器150,可以使用耦接到存储器(或其他非瞬时性计算机可读记录介质)的一个或多个处理器来实现,存储器(或其他非瞬时性计算机可读记录介质)存储用于使处理器执行上述操作和/或功能的计算机可执行指令和/或算法。本公开可以实现为计算机可读的代码,并存储在非瞬时或瞬时计算机可读记录介质中。计算机可读记录介质包括各种记录设备,其中存储有可由计算机系统和/或处理器读取和执行以执行上述操作和/或功能的数据。计算机可读记录介质的示例包括HDD(硬盘驱动器)、SSD(固态驱动器)、SDD(硅盘驱动器)、ROM、RAM、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘、光学数据存储设备等。

Claims (17)
1.一种输出车辆的信息的方法,包括:
基于至少一条输入信息识别当前状况;
在所述车辆的多个功能中确定在所识别的状况下施加了权重的功能;
基于所确定的施加了权重的功能,重置所述车辆的所述多个功能的信息输出优先级顺序;以及
基于所重置的信息输出优先级顺序确定关于至少一个事件中的每一个的每个功能的输出信息;
其中,所述方法进一步包括确定输出设备之中的用于输出所述输出信息的特定输出设备的状态,并且在进一步考虑所述特定输出设备的状态的情况下执行所述信息输出优先级顺序的重置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,识别包括根据请求周期变量获取从输入设备输入的至少一条所述输入信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括当不存在施加了权重的功能时,基于所述车辆的所述多个功能的默认信息输出优先级顺序,确定是否输出关于至少一个事件中的每一个的输出信息。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,重置是参考优先级表来执行的,在所述优先级表中定义了针对多种状况和所述车辆的所述多个功能的信息输出优先级顺序。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,识别所述当前状况包括以下中的至少一项:
识别用户交互;
识别所述车辆的内部/外部状况;
识别车辆状态;以及
识别用户状态。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,识别用户交互包括识别用户的按钮操作、拨号操作、触摸操作以及手势中的至少一项。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,识别所述车辆的内部/外部状况包括识别天气、事故的存在或不存在、路面状态、前排乘客座椅或后排座椅中乘员的存在或不存在、交通灯改变、以及隧道信息中的至少一项。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,识别车辆状态包括识别车辆故障、换档杆位置、操作系统位置以及驾驶模式中的至少一项,并且识别用户状态包括识别驾驶员的困倦、查看蜂窝电话和将头转向后排座椅以及驾驶员的情绪中的至少一项。
9.一种存储程序的非瞬时性计算机可读记录介质,所述程序在由计算机执行时使所述计算机执行根据权利要求1所述的输出车辆的信息的方法。
10.一种车辆,包括:
状况识别设备,被配置为基于至少一条输入信息识别当前状况;
优先级确定设备,被配置为在所述车辆的多个功能中确定在所识别的状况下施加了权重的功能,并且基于所确定的施加了权重的功能重置所述车辆的所述多个功能的信息输出优先级顺序;
输出控制器,被配置为基于所重置的信息输出优先级顺序确定关于至少一个事件中的每一个的每个功能的输出信息;以及
输出设备,所述输出设备被配置为输出所述输出信息,
其中,所述优先级确定设备在进一步考虑所述输出设备的状态的情况下重置所述信息输出优先级顺序。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其中,所述状况识别设备根据请求周期变量获取从输入设备输入的至少一条所述输入信息。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其中,当不存在施加了权重的功能时,所述输出控制器基于所述车辆的所述多个功能的默认信息输出优先级顺序来确定是否输出关于至少一个事件中的每一个的输出信息。
13.根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其中,所述优先级确定设备参考优先级表执行重置,在所述优先级表中定义了针对多种状况和所述车辆的所述多个功能的信息输出优先级顺序。
14.根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其中,所述状况识别设备识别用户交互、所述车辆的内部/外部状况、车辆状态以及用户状态中的至少一项。
15.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,所述用户交互包括用户的按钮操作、拨号操作、触摸操作以及手势中的至少一项。
16.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中,所述车辆的所述内部/外部状况包括天气、事故的存在或不存在、路面状态、前排乘客座椅或后排座椅中乘员的存在或不存在、交通灯改变、以及隧道信息中的至少一项。
