Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,包括:电机、气泵外圈、气泵转子、气泵叶片、气泵下盖和气泵上盖,气泵外圈,气泵外圈为一个圆环形,气泵外圈的下端与电机偏心连接;气泵转子为圆柱形,沿圆柱形的径向设有四个用于安装气泵叶片的叶片槽,工作中气泵转子在气泵内腔里为偏心;气泵叶片安装在叶片槽内,工作中沿叶片槽径向滑动。本发明由于设计了燃油取暖器的气泵,整体成本节约20%。本气泵气压调节范围广,可适用于50000‑210000BTU/H的不同流量的机型上。独创气泵结构,能稳定提供工作压力,气压不波动,叶片运行阻力小,静音,耐磨,工作更稳定。气泵进气出气双重过滤系统,极大的保证了其他的清洁度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及取暖器的部件,特别是涉及一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵。
背景技术
目前燃油取暖器在现有产品中主要是采用电磁泵或齿轮泵作为燃油取暖器喷油的主要部件,这种电磁泵或齿轮泵存在成本高,维护困难,对油嘴精度要求高,因此生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,包括:
电机,所述的电机的转子轴端带有扁头,扁头与气泵转子的扁孔插接,电机的上表面为气泵内腔的下表面;
气泵外圈,气泵外圈为一个圆环形,圆环形内腔为气泵内腔,气泵内腔的内侧壁设有光滑的内壁,气泵外圈的下端与电机偏心连接;
气泵转子,气泵转子为圆柱形,圆柱形的中心设有与电机转子轴端插接的扁孔,沿圆柱形的径向设有四个用于安装气泵叶片的叶片槽,气泵转子外径小于气泵内腔的直径,工作中气泵转子在气泵内腔里为偏心;
气泵叶片,气泵叶片安装在叶片槽内,工作中沿叶片槽径向滑动;
气泵下盖,气泵下盖设在气泵外圈上,其下表面为气泵内腔的上表面,气泵下盖的上表面上设有两个气腔,其中一个为进气腔,进气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的进气孔,进气腔内部设有用于过滤的海绵;另一个为储气腔,储气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的出气孔,储气腔内设有毛毡,储气腔的侧壁上设有出气管接口;
气泵上盖,安装于气泵下盖上,分两部分,一部分与气泵下盖的进气腔形成进气腔上盖,进气腔上盖的上端与大气连通,另一部分与气泵下盖储气腔形成储气腔上盖,储气腔上盖与储气腔密封连接。
所述的进气孔为圆弧形条形孔。
所述的出气孔为圆弧形条形孔。
所述的气缸外圈采用定位销定位固定。
本发明的有益效果:由于设计了燃油取暖器的气泵,整体成本节约20%。本气泵气压调节范围广,可适用于50000-210000BTU/H的不同流量的机型上。独创气泵结构,能稳定提供工作压力,气压不波动,叶片运行阻力小,静音,耐磨,工作更稳定。转子与气缸内腔滑动接触,静音,耐磨。气缸外圈采用定位销固定,保证装配尺寸,优化装配工艺进气出气双重过滤系统,极大的保证了其他的清洁度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图7所示,本发明包括:电机1、气泵外圈2、气泵转子5、气泵叶片9、气泵下盖3和气泵上盖4。所述的电机的转子轴端带有扁头11,扁头与气泵转子的扁孔插接,扁头为横截面为长方形的头,电机的上表面为气泵内腔的下表面12。气泵外圈2设在电机上方,气泵外圈为一个圆环形,圆环形内腔为气泵内腔21,气泵内腔的内侧壁设有光滑的内壁,气泵外圈的下端与电机偏心连接,圆环形上沿圆环一圈设有气泵外圈孔22,圆环形上还设有用于固定气泵外圈的连接孔23,气缸外圈采用定位销定位与上下部件固定。气泵转子5设在气泵外圈内,气泵转子为圆柱形,圆柱形的中心设有与电机转子轴端形状对应的插接的扁孔51,沿圆柱形的径向设有四个用于安装气泵叶片的叶片槽52,气泵转子外径小于气泵内腔的直径,工作中气泵转子在气泵内腔里为偏心,即气泵转子与气泵内腔不为同心圆;气泵叶片9安装在叶片槽内,工作中沿叶片槽径向滑动。气泵下盖3设在气泵外圈上,其下表面32为气泵内腔的上表面,气泵下盖的上表面上设有两个气腔,其中一个为进气腔33,进气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的进气孔321,进气腔内部设有用于过滤的海绵6;另一个为储气腔34,储气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的出气孔322,储气腔内设有毛毡7,储气腔的侧壁上设有出气管接口31,储气腔的上面设有用于调节气压输出的气压调节阀。气泵上盖4安装于气泵下盖上,分两部分,一部分与气泵下盖的进气腔形成进气腔上盖41,进气腔上盖的上端与大气连通,另一部分与气泵下盖储气腔形成储气腔上盖42,储气腔上盖与储气腔用密封垫8密封连接。进气孔321为圆弧形条形孔。出气孔322为圆弧形条形孔,两圆弧形孔的弧形圆心与气泵下盖为同圆心,进气孔圆弧形的长度大于出气孔圆弧形的长度1至3倍之间。
本发明电机运转时带动气泵转子转动,装于气泵转子中的气泵叶片由于离心力向外甩出,甩出的气泵叶片沿着气泵外圈内壁通过气泵上盖进气孔吸进空气,经过偏心的气泵转子和气泵叶片在气泵内腔压缩空气,压缩的空气通过气泵前盖的出气孔排到储气腔,然后通过气泵后盖上的用于调节气压的辅助零件按照需求的压大小调节输出气体的压力。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,其特征在于:包括:
电机(1),电机的转子轴端带有扁头(11),扁头与气泵转子的扁孔插接,电机的上表面为气泵内腔的下表面(12);
气泵外圈(2),气泵外圈为一个圆环形,圆环形内腔为气泵内腔(21),气泵内腔的内侧壁设有光滑的内壁,气泵外圈的下端与电机偏心连接;
气泵转子(5),气泵转子为圆柱形,圆柱形的中心设有与电机转子轴端插接的扁孔(51),沿圆柱形的径向设有四个用于安装气泵叶片的叶片槽(52),气泵转子外径小于气泵内腔的直径,工作中气泵转子在气泵内腔里为偏心;
气泵叶片(9),气泵叶片安装在叶片槽内,工作中沿叶片槽径向滑动;
气泵下盖(3),气泵下盖设在气泵外圈上,其下表面(32)为气泵内腔的上表面,气泵下盖的上表面上设有两个气腔,其中一个为进气腔(33),进气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的进气孔(321),进气腔内部设有用于过滤的海绵(6);另一个为储气腔(34),储气腔底面设有与气泵内腔连通的出气孔(322),储气腔内设有毛毡(7),储气腔的侧壁上设有出气管接口(31);
气泵上盖(4),安装于气泵下盖上,分两部分,一部分与气泵下盖的进气腔形成进气腔上盖(41),进气腔上盖的上端与大气连通,另一部分与气泵下盖储气腔形成储气腔上盖(42),储气腔上盖与储气腔密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,其特征在于:所述的进气孔(321)为圆弧形条形孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,其特征在于:所述的出气孔(322)为圆弧形条形孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型燃油取暖器的气泵,其特征在于:所述的气缸外圈采用定位销定位固定。
