Description

Antibacterial yarn weaving process
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a weaving method of a woven belt, in particular to an antibacterial yarn woven belt process.
[ background of the invention ]
The woven belt is made of various yarn materials into narrow-width fabric or tubular fabric. The woven fabric article has various varieties and is widely applied to various industrial departments such as clothes, shoe materials, cases, industry, agriculture, military needs, transportation and the like, the existing raw materials for the woven fabric are gradually developed into polyamide, vinylon, terylene, polypropylene, spandex, viscose and the like to form three major process technologies of weaving, knitting and knitting, and the fabric structure has plain weave, twill, satin, jacquard weave, double-layer, multi-layer, tubular and combined weave.
Particularly, in the field of medical equipment, the used woven belt generally needs to have an antibacterial function, and the currently used woven belt generally adopts a mode of soaking the woven belt in sodium periodate solution, polyimide solution and other solutions with certain concentration to achieve the purpose that the woven belt has the antibacterial function. In addition, the existing woven belt is always required to bear gravity or pulling force in the using process, the woven belt is damaged or broken under the action of external force, and the service life of the woven belt is greatly shortened.
In addition, in order to improve the antibacterial function of the woven tape, most of the existing researchers do research on the material of the woven tape, which has great limitation. With the continuous improvement of living standard, the woven belt which is only improved from material can not meet the current demand.
[ summary of the invention ]

Furthermore, the starting line adopts the same oak root thread as the first yarn, and the starting line and the oak root threads adopted by the first yarn and the second yarn are 560/XX yarns.
Further, in step r) of step 1), a terminal edge line with an edge sealing function is arranged at a terminal edge corresponding to the sixteenth heddle, and the terminal edge lines are located outside the sixteenth yarn and coincide with a boundary line of the edge side.
Further, the terminal line adopts the same oak root thread as the first yarn, and the terminal line and the oak root threads adopted by the first yarn and the second yarn are 560/XX yarns.
Furthermore, warps corresponding to the third yarn, the fourth yarn, the fifth yarn, the sixth yarn, the seventh yarn, the eighth yarn, the ninth yarn, the tenth yarn, the eleventh yarn, the twelfth yarn, the thirteenth yarn, the fourteenth yarn and the fifteenth yarn are 75/72/1/150T antibacterial polyester twisted yarns.
Furthermore, the warp yarns corresponding to the fifteenth yarn and the sixteenth yarn are both 44/12/1 elastic nylon yarns.
Further, the wefts corresponding to the first weft to the sixteenth weft are all 75/72/1/150T antibacterial yarns.
Further, the 75/72/1/150T antibacterial polyester twisted silk fiber is a cross-shaped profiled cross section.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention forms a double-side plain weave structure with alternating circulation of first weft, second weft, fifteenth weft and sixteenth weft in a high-low mode, and third weft to fourteenth weft in a high-low mode through the combination of special regular drafting, uniform tooth entry of reed dent and special weft passing modes from the first weft to the sixteenth weft. The safety performance of use is improved, and the service life of the woven belt is prolonged; selecting different yarns by combining with corresponding root yarns of the heddles, adopting 75/72/1/150T antibacterial polyester twisted yarns as warp yarns, adopting 75/72/1/150T antibacterial yarns as weft yarns, and adding silver antibacterial powder in the spinning process by using a nanotechnology; the fabric is added in the fore-spinning, has a permanent antibacterial effect, can enhance the overall antibacterial function of the woven belt, and simultaneously, the fiber is a cross special-shaped section, has stronger moisture absorption and water guide performance, and further prolongs the service life of the woven belt.
