Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural fertilizer production, in particular to a continuous wet material feeder with a screening function.
Background
The agricultural production mechanization requires that the fertilizer is in a particle ball shape, the fertilizing speed is improved, and the agricultural production cost is reduced. The fineness of the raw materials for producing the granulated fertilizer is required to be more than 60 meshes, and the higher the mesh number is, the better the balling effect is. The granular organic fertilizer is also prepared from the main raw materials of agricultural straws, forestry wastes, livestock and poultry manure and the like through microbial decomposition.
The average length of the decomposed fiber is more than 1cm, the fiber can be granulated into balls after being crushed, but the moisture of the decomposed material is more than 30%, the raw material with the moisture of more than 30% cannot be crushed into the fineness of more than 60 meshes in the market, the decomposed raw material of many enterprises is blown by natural wind and is dried in the sun, the moisture and the like are naturally reduced, and the time is generally more than 3 months; conditional enterprises dry by heat energy and then crush the dried materials, and consume a large amount of heat energy, electric energy and manpower. The conventional material crushing process is that the moisture content of the material is below 5%, and the material is beaten or ground by a heavy hammer and then subjected to a screening process, if the moisture content is high, the screening is also very difficult, and dust pollution is also caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a continuous wet material feeding machine with a screening function, which solves the following technical problems: (1) the angle of the outer shell is adjusted by screwing the fastening bolt, the fastening bolt moves in the waist-shaped hole on the first mounting seat, the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat are screwed after the angle of the outer shell is adjusted, the output shaft of a second motor drives a first belt pulley to rotate, the first belt pulley drives a second belt pulley to rotate through belt transmission, the second belt pulley drives a transmission rod to rotate, the transmission rod drives a centrifugal cylinder to rotate through a fixing strip, wet materials are centrifuged by the centrifugal cylinder to screen out stones and sand grains from sieve holes and fall into a sand settling hopper, the stones and the sand grains are guided into a sand settling box through a guide frame through the sand settling hopper, and a negative pressure fan sucks out the wet materials from a discharge pipe, so that the technical problem that the wet materials can be screened after being dried in the prior art is solved; (2) drive gear revolve through third motor output shaft, gear engagement drives the rack and rises, the slider prolongs the slide rail and rises, and then it rises to drive guide frame, guide frame top and the heavy husky fill bottom in corresponding position communicate, put into the lower feed cylinder wet material, wet material falls into on the rolling disc through the pan feeding mouth through the guide of striker plate, cover the cover, first motor output shaft in the cylinder base drives the rolling disc and rotates, the rotatory centrifugation of rolling disc drives wet material and gets into in first conveyer from first through-hole, and then get into the second conveyer through first conveyer pipe, and finally get into the centrifuge bowl through the second conveyer pipe, solve among the prior art wet material and splash easily and the not good technical problem of centrifugal effect among the centrifugation process.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a continuous wet material feeding machine with a screening function comprises a mounting frame, wherein a supporting table is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the mounting frame, a barrel seat is fixedly mounted on the top of the supporting table, a lower charging barrel is fixedly mounted on the top of the barrel seat, a barrel cover is mounted on the lower charging barrel, the barrel seat and the lower charging barrel are both cylindrical, a first motor is fixedly mounted in the barrel seat, an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the bottom wall of the lower charging barrel and is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, a material baffle plate is arranged above the rotating disc and is obliquely fixed on the inner wall of the lower charging barrel, a material inlet is formed between the material baffle plate and the inner wall of the lower charging barrel, a first through hole is formed in one side of the lower charging barrel, the first through hole is communicated with a first conveying pipe, one end of the first conveying pipe, which is far away from the first through hole, is rotatably connected to the inner wall of a second conveying, the second through hole is formed in one end of the outer shell;
the centrifugal cylinder is a hollow cylinder body, six fixing strips are arranged on the inner walls of two ends of the centrifugal cylinder in equal radian, a plurality of sieve holes are formed in the surface of the centrifugal cylinder, a transmission rod penetrates through the center of the centrifugal cylinder, the transmission rod rotates in the inner cavity of the shell body, two sand settling hoppers are communicated with the bottom of the shell body, and the two sand settling hoppers are arranged below the centrifugal cylinder;

Furthermore, four slide rails are symmetrically installed on the inner walls of two sides of the sand sediment box, slide blocks are arranged on the slide rails in a sliding mode, and the slide blocks are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the guide frame.
Further, two first fixed sheets and two second fixed sheets are symmetrically installed on the outer walls of the two sides of the outer shell, the first fixed sheets are connected with the waist-shaped holes in the first installation seat through fastening bolts, the second fixed sheets are connected with the round holes in the second installation seat through fastening bolts, and the first installation seat and the second installation seat are fixedly installed at the top of the installation frame.

Further, the feeding process of the feeding machine is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: screwing a fastening bolt, adjusting the angle of the outer shell, moving the fastening bolt in the kidney-shaped hole on the first mounting seat, screwing the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat after the angle of the outer shell is adjusted, driving a gear to rotate by an output shaft of a third motor, driving a rack to ascend by gear meshing, driving a sliding block to ascend along a sliding rail, further driving a guide frame to ascend, and communicating the top of the guide frame with the bottom of the sand hopper at a corresponding position;
step two: wet materials are placed into a lower material barrel, the wet materials fall onto a rotating disc through a material inlet under the guidance of a material baffle plate, a barrel cover is covered, a first motor output shaft in a barrel seat drives the rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc rotates and centrifugally drives the wet materials to enter a first conveying pipe from a first through hole, then enter a second conveying pipe through the first conveying pipe, and finally enter a centrifugal barrel through the second conveying pipe;
step three: the second motor output shaft drives the first belt pulley to rotate, the first belt pulley drives the second belt pulley to rotate through belt transmission, the second belt pulley drives the transmission rod to rotate, the transmission rod drives the centrifugal cylinder to rotate through the fixing strip, wet materials are centrifuged by the centrifugal cylinder to sieve out stones, sand grains are sieved out of the sieve holes and fall into the sand settling hopper, the stones, the sand grains are guided into the sand settling tank through the sand settling hopper through the guide frame, the sand settling tank is pulled out in a sliding mode from the support plate, the stones and the sand grains in the sand settling tank can be taken out, wet materials which are not sieved out pass through one side of the centrifugal cylinder, and the negative pressure fan sucks the wet materials out of the discharge pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention relates to a continuous wet material feeder with a screening function, which adjusts the angle of an outer shell by screwing a fastening bolt, the fastening bolt moves in a kidney-shaped hole on a first mounting seat, the first mounting seat and a second mounting seat are screwed after the angle of the outer shell is adjusted, the angle of a centrifugal cylinder can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the outer shell through the setting, the screening efficiency of stones and sand grains in wet materials is increased, and simultaneously the condition that the wet materials cannot be drawn out by a negative pressure fan after the centrifugation of the centrifugal cylinder is effectively avoided, an output shaft of a third motor drives a gear to rotate, gear meshing drives a rack to rise, a slide block rises along a slide rail, further drives a guide frame to rise, the top of the guide frame is communicated with the bottom of a sand settling hopper at a corresponding position, through the setting, after the adjustment of the angle of the outer shell changes to drive the height of the sand settling hopper to adjust, the height of the guide frame can guide the stones and the sand, the situation that stones and sand particles are splashed randomly is prevented;
(2) the wet material is placed into the lower material cylinder, the wet material falls onto the rotating disc through the material inlet under the guidance of the material baffle plate, the cylinder cover is covered, the rotating disc is driven to rotate by a first motor output shaft in the cylinder seat, the rotating disc rotates and centrifugally drives the wet material to enter the first conveying pipe from the first through hole, then the wet material enters the second conveying pipe through the first conveying pipe and finally enters the centrifugal cylinder through the second conveying pipe, through the arrangement, the material baffle plate effectively blocks the splashing of the wet material in the centrifugal rotation process of the wet material driven by the rotating disc, and meanwhile, the wet material is effectively pre-separated in the centrifugal process of the rotating disc, so that the screening effect of the subsequent centrifugal cylinder is effectively improved;
(3) the second motor output shaft drives first belt pulley and rotates, first belt pulley drives the rotation of second belt pulley through belt drive, the second belt pulley drives the transfer line and rotates, the transfer line drives the centrifuge bowl through the fixed strip and rotates, wet material is by centrifuge bowl centrifugation with the stone, sand grain sieves out and falls into in the sand sediment fill from the sieve mesh, the stone, sand grain passes through the sand sediment fill and guides to the sand sediment incasement through the guide frame, negative-pressure air fan is with wet material from the discharging pipe suction, through this setting, effectively to the stone in the wet material, sand grain separates with wet material, it is effectual to separate.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention is a continuous wet material feeder with a screening function, comprising an installation frame 1, a support platform 2 is fixedly installed on one side of the top of the installation frame 1, a barrel base 3 is fixedly installed on the top of the support platform 2, a blanking barrel 4 is fixedly installed on the top of the barrel base 3, a barrel cover 44 is installed on the blanking barrel 4, the barrel base 3 and the blanking barrel 4 are both cylindrical, a first motor 5 is fixedly installed in the barrel base 3, an output shaft of the first motor 5 penetrates through the bottom wall of the blanking barrel 4 and is fixedly connected with a rotating disc 6, a material blocking plate 41 is arranged above the rotating disc 6, the material blocking plate 41 is obliquely fixed on the inner wall of the blanking barrel 4, a material inlet 42 is arranged between the material blocking plate 41 and the inner wall of the blanking barrel 4, a first through hole 43 is arranged on one side of the blanking barrel 4, the first through hole 43 is communicated with a first transmission pipe 71, one end of, one end of the second conveying pipe 72, which is far away from the first conveying pipe 71, is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the second through hole 81, and the second through hole 81 is formed in one end of the outer shell 8;

Specifically, four slide rails 21 are symmetrically installed on the inner walls of two sides of the sand box 19, a slide block 23 is slidably installed on the slide rails 21, and the slide block 23 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the guide frame 26. Two first fixing sheets 151 and two second fixing sheets 152 are symmetrically installed on the outer walls of two sides of the outer shell 8, the first fixing sheets 151 are connected with a waist-shaped hole in the first installation seat 17 through a fastening bolt 16, the second fixing sheets 152 are connected with a round hole in the second installation seat 18 through the fastening bolt 16, and the first installation seat 17 and the second installation seat 18 are fixedly installed at the top of the installation frame 1. One end of the transmission rod 10 penetrates through the outer shell 8, the end part of the transmission rod is sleeved with a second belt pulley 142, one side of the outer wall of the outer shell 8 is provided with a second motor 13 through a motor fixing seat, the end part of an output shaft of the second motor 13 is sleeved with a first belt pulley 141, and the first belt pulley 141 is connected with the second belt pulley 142 through belt transmission. The end of the fixing strip 11 far away from the inner wall of the centrifugal cylinder 9 is welded with a transmission rod 10, and six fixing strips 11 are welded on the peripheral surface of the transmission rod 10 in equal radian. A discharge pipe 27 is communicated with one side of the top of the outer shell 8, and a negative pressure fan 28 is installed at the top of the discharge pipe 27. The feeding process of the feeding machine is as follows:

step two: wet materials are put into the lower charging barrel 4, the wet materials fall onto the rotating disc 6 through the feeding port 42 under the guidance of the material baffle plate 41, the barrel cover 44 is covered, the output shaft of the first motor 5 in the barrel seat 3 drives the rotating disc 6 to rotate, the rotating disc 6 rotates and centrifugally drives the wet materials to enter the first conveying pipe 71 from the first through hole 43, then enter the second conveying pipe 72 through the first conveying pipe 71, and finally enter the centrifugal barrel 9 through the second conveying pipe 72;
step three: the output shaft of the second motor 13 drives the first belt pulley 141 to rotate, the first belt pulley 141 drives the second belt pulley 142 to rotate through belt transmission, the second belt pulley 142 drives the transmission rod 10 to rotate, the transmission rod 10 drives the centrifugal cylinder 9 to rotate through the fixing strip 11, the wet material is centrifuged by the centrifugal cylinder 9 to sieve out stones and sand particles from the sieve holes 91 and fall into the sand settling hopper 12, the stones and sand particles are guided into the sand settling tank 19 through the sand settling hopper 12 through the guide frame 26, the sand settling tank 19 is pulled out from the support plate 25 in a sliding manner, the stones and sand particles in the sand settling tank 19 can be taken out, the wet material which is not sieved out passes through one side of the centrifugal cylinder 9, and the wet material is sucked out from the discharge pipe 27 by the negative pressure fan 28.

the method comprises the following steps: screwing a fastening bolt 16, adjusting the angle of the outer shell 8, enabling the fastening bolt 16 to move in a kidney-shaped hole in the first mounting seat 17, screwing the first mounting seat 17 and the second mounting seat 18 after the angle of the outer shell 8 is adjusted, driving a gear 22 to rotate by an output shaft of a third motor 20, enabling the gear 22 to be meshed with a driving rack 24 to ascend, enabling a sliding block 23 to ascend along a sliding rail 21 and further driving a guide frame 26 to ascend, and enabling the top of the guide frame 26 to be communicated with the bottom of the sand settling hopper 12 at the corresponding position;
step two: wet materials are put into the lower charging barrel 4, the wet materials fall onto the rotating disc 6 through the feeding port 42 under the guidance of the material baffle plate 41, the barrel cover 44 is covered, the output shaft of the first motor 5 in the barrel seat 3 drives the rotating disc 6 to rotate, the rotating disc 6 rotates and centrifugally drives the wet materials to enter the first conveying pipe 71 from the first through hole 43, then enter the second conveying pipe 72 through the first conveying pipe 71, and finally enter the centrifugal barrel 9 through the second conveying pipe 72;
step three: the output shaft of the second motor 13 drives the first belt pulley 141 to rotate, the first belt pulley 141 drives the second belt pulley 142 to rotate through belt transmission, the second belt pulley 142 drives the transmission rod 10 to rotate, the transmission rod 10 drives the centrifugal cylinder 9 to rotate through the fixing strip 11, the wet material is centrifuged by the centrifugal cylinder 9 to sieve out stones and sand particles from the sieve holes 91 and fall into the sand settling hopper 12, the stones and sand particles are guided into the sand settling tank 19 through the sand settling hopper 12 through the guide frame 26, the sand settling tank 19 is pulled out from the support plate 25 in a sliding manner, the stones and sand particles in the sand settling tank 19 can be taken out, the wet material which is not sieved out passes through one side of the centrifugal cylinder 9, and the wet material is sucked out from the discharge pipe 27 by the negative pressure fan 28.
