Background
The electric power metering cabinet is a special cabinet type electric power metering device, and is a metering instrument for measuring and recording generated energy, supply and mutual power supply quantity, station service power consumption, line loss electric quantity and user power consumption. The electric energy meter is a whole body consisting of an electric energy meter, a mutual inductor for metering and a secondary connecting wire. The integral electric power metering cabinet is divided into a fixed type and a movable type. The user is responsible for protecting the seal intact, and the device itself is not damaged or lost.
The heat dissipation anti-theft electric power metering cabinet is one of them, and the electric power metering cabinet can produce a large amount of heats because of relevant operation at its inside relevant electronic equipment of installation during operation, if the electric power metering cabinet does not set up any heat abstractor, probably can cause electronic component equipment to take place to damage because of the heat is too high, and then produces the influence to the working process. In order to generate cold air and enter the cabinet 1 to be melted with hot air to achieve the cooling and heat dissipation effects, in this embodiment, preferably, the inside of the rubber box 204 is filled with a large amount of ammonium chloride powder, the bottom end of the rubber box 204 is chiseled with micro holes, the inside of the storage box 205 is filled with barium hydroxide crystals with sufficient volume, the air pump 207 is connected with the box 210 through the air exhaust pipe 206, the air pump 207 is connected with the air storage pipe 208 through an air duct, and the air nozzle 209 and the air storage pipe 208 are of an integrated structure.
In order to fix the position of the fan blade 501, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the rotating motor 502 is connected to the fan blade 501 through a rotating shaft, and the rotating motor 502 is connected to the mounting frame 504 through a connecting frame 503.

The air pump 207 in the invention is a known technology which is already disclosed and widely applied to daily life, and the working principle is as follows: the diaphragm inside the pump makes reciprocating motion through a mechanical device, so that air in the pump cavity with fixed volume is compressed and stretched to form negative pressure, pressure difference is generated between the air pumping port and the external atmospheric pressure, the air is sucked into the pump cavity under the action of the pressure difference and then is discharged from the air exhaust port, and the model selected by the embodiment is CQB-179.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: firstly, a servo motor 211 is opened, the servo motor 211 works to drive a crankshaft 212 to rotate to further drive a rotating shaft sleeve 201 to rotate, because a clamping seam is arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft sleeve 201, a through hole arranged at the top end of a push rod 202 is rotatably connected with the clamping seam through a rotating shaft, at the moment, the push rod 202 can reciprocate to press a press plate 203 to extrude a rubber box 204 filled with a large amount of ammonium chloride powder, the ammonium chloride powder is dispersed out of a micro hole arranged at the bottom end of the rubber box 204 and falls into a storage box 205, and is further contacted with barium hydroxide crystals filled in the storage box 205 with enough volume to generate chemical reaction heat absorption, so that cold air is generated in a box body 210, and under the action of an air suction pump 207, the cold air enters an air storage pipe 208 and is sprayed out of an air spraying head 209 to be mixed with hot air existing in the cabinet body 1, and the structure can realize the functions of cooling, then the rotating motor 502 is turned on, the fan blade 501 rotates along with the rotating motor to exhaust air inside the cabinet body 1, the air is filtered by the filter screen frame 510 to achieve a dust removal function, when the filter screen frame 510 needs to be detached, the adjusting screw 506 is rotated to further enable the triangular wedge 505 to move transversely, the triangular wedge 505 is connected with the movable plate 507 through the connecting strip which is slidably clamped at the upper end, the sliding blocks are installed on two sides of the movable plate 507, and the movable plate 507 is connected with the inner top end of the installation frame 504 through the telescopic spring 508, so that the movable plate 507 moves downwards to further drive the clamping strip 509, one end of which is embedded into the clamping groove of the filter screen frame 510, to move downwards to be disconnected with the filter screen frame 510, and at this time, the detachment operation of the filter screen frame 510 can be achieved easily on the basis of the dust removal function.
