the heating device comprises a first rotating shaft (5), a first gear (6), a second gear (7), a stirring shaft (10), a third gear (11) and heating rods (12), wherein the first rotating shaft (5) is movably sleeved inside the mounting block (3), the first gear (6) is fixedly sleeved at the bottom end of the first rotating shaft (5), the second gear (7) is fixedly sleeved at the top end of the first rotating shaft (5), the stirring shaft (10) is movably sleeved inside the storage box (4), the heating rods (12) are arranged on two sides of the stirring shaft (10) in an array mode, the third gear (11) is fixedly sleeved at the top of the stirring shaft (10), and the third gear (11) is in meshing transmission with the second gear (7);
the adjusting device comprises a first double-shaft motor (15), a second rotating shaft (16), a disc (17) and a rack ring (18), the first double-shaft motor (15) is fixedly connected to the top of the second top plate (14), the second rotating shaft (16) is installed at the tail end of an output shaft of the first double-shaft motor (15), the disc (17) is fixedly sleeved on the outer ring of the second rotating shaft (16), a discharge hole communicated with the material storage box (4) is formed in the disc (17), the rack ring (18) is fixedly sleeved on the outer ring of the disc (17), and the rack ring (18) is in meshing transmission with the first gear (6);
the rolling device comprises a supporting plate (24), a placing plate (25), a fixing shaft (20), a rolling roller (21), a connecting rod (22) and a brush plate (23), one end of the fixing shaft (20) is fixedly connected with a second rotating shaft (16), one end, far away from the second rotating shaft (16), of the fixing shaft (20) is rotatably connected with the rolling roller (21), the connecting rod (22) is welded on the fixing shaft (20), one end, far away from the fixing shaft (20), of the connecting rod (22) is fixedly connected with the brush plate (23) which is arranged in parallel with the rolling roller (21), two supporting plates (24) welded with the bottom plate (1) are arranged below the brush plate (23), and the placing plate (25) is fixedly connected to the tops of the supporting plates (24);
screening mechanism includes lifting screw (19), sleeve pipe (27), second double-shaft motor (30), third pivot (31), cam (32), screen cloth (29) and spring (28), the bottom fixed connection of lifting screw (19) and second pivot (16), the outer lane activity cover of lifting screw (19) is equipped with sleeve pipe (27), and the fixed cover of sleeve pipe (27) is established in placing board (25), the below of sleeve pipe (27) is equipped with second double-shaft motor (30) of being connected with bottom plate (1), the output shaft fixed connection of second double-shaft motor (30) has third pivot (31), the fixed cover of one end that second double-shaft motor (30) was kept away from in third pivot (31) is equipped with cam (32), the top of second double-shaft motor (30) articulates there are two screen cloth (29), two one side that the top of screen cloth (29) was kept away from each other all is connected with spring (28), the top end of the spring (28) is fixedly connected with the placing plate (25);
edulcoration mechanism includes speed regulator (34), flabellum (35), fixed cover (36), install bin (37), sieve (38), inlet pipe (39) and feeder hopper (40), speed regulator (34) are fixed at the top of second roof (14) and are connected with the top output shaft of double-shaft motor (15), the fixed cover of top output shaft of speed regulator (34) is equipped with flabellum (35), the outside cover of speed regulator (34) is equipped with fixed cover (36), the left side fixedly connected with install bin (37) of fixed cover (36), sieve (38) that the inside fixedly connected with slope of install bin (37) set up, the top outer wall welding of install bin (37) has inlet pipe (39), the top welding of inlet pipe (39) has feeder hopper (40).
