Background
With the continuous development of marine oil and gas production in the last ten years, the construction of marine oil and gas facilities also enters the peak, and the floating hose is a common export facility, and the key degree of the floating hose is self-evident. The floating hose is a hose which takes steel bars as a framework and is formed by cords and rubber materials inside and outside the steel bars, and has the characteristics of high strength and light weight. Because of the limitation of rubber materials, the damage of an outer rubber layer is inevitably caused in the use process of the floating hose, and the performance and the service life of the floating hose are inevitably influenced once the outer rubber layer of the floating hose is damaged.
At present, two common repair processes for the outer rubber layer of the floating hose are adopted, one process is cold vulcanization repair, and the method has the advantages of convenience in carrying and short repair time. The defects that the repairing effect is greatly influenced by the environment and operators; the repair process is complex, the area and the position are limited, the repair effect is poor, and the service life is short. The other method is return heat repair, and the method has the advantages of good repair effect and capability of repairing large-area damage; the repaired part after hot vulcanization and the original hose can form a whole, so that the service life is prolonged, and the appearance is neat. The disadvantages are long period and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a floating hose outer rubber layer quick repairing method which is suitable for quick repairing of a floating hose outer rubber layer and avoids cold vulcanization repairing and factory returning repairing after the floating hose is damaged, so that quick repairing of the floating hose outer rubber layer is realized.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a quick repairing device for an outer rubber layer of a tube body of a floating hose comprises a steel ladle belt supporting the bottom of the hose, wherein the steel ladle belt is fixed at two ends of a balance plate on the upper side of the hose; an adjusting screw rod penetrates through the middle part of the balance plate, an adjusting hand wheel is fixed at the top of the adjusting screw rod, and the bottom of the adjusting screw rod penetrates through the middle heating module and is in threaded fit with an adjusting sleeve fixed on the top side of the middle heating module; the middle heating module comprises a heating plate and a heat conducting plate which are fixedly connected through a heat conducting block, and adjusting bolts are arranged on the two sides of the heating plate and the heat conducting plate and the supporting plate on the top side in a penetrating mode; the inner side of the heat conducting plate is provided with an induction probe which is electrically connected with a temperature sensing line interface on the supporting plate through a lead, and the temperature sensing line interface is electrically connected with a temperature controller through a lead; the two ends of the heating plate are electrically connected with a heating wire interface through a lead, and the heating wire interface is electrically connected with a power supply.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention aims at the damaged part of the outer rubber layer of the tube body of the floating hose, and the repair of the floating hose is not limited by the area and the part. And the damaged part can be repaired by hot vulcanization under the condition of not returning to the factory for repair, the repair part and the original hose can be integrally formed, the service life is prolonged, and the repair period and cost are reduced under the condition of regular appearance.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a device for quickly repairing an outer rubber layer of a tube body of a floating hose comprises a steel wrapping belt 2 for supporting the bottom of the hose 1, wherein the steel wrapping belt 2 is fixed at two ends of a balance plate 3 on the upper side of the hose 1; an adjusting screw rod 4 penetrates through the middle of the balance plate 3, an adjusting hand wheel 5 is fixed at the top of the adjusting screw rod 4, and the bottom of the adjusting screw rod 4 penetrates through the middle heating module 6 and is in threaded fit with an adjusting sleeve 62 fixed on the top side of the middle heating module 6; the middle heating module 6 comprises a heating plate 65 and a heat conducting plate 66 which are fixedly connected through a heat conducting block 64, and the heating plate 65, the heat conducting plate 66 and the top support plate 63 are provided with adjusting bolts 61 on two sides in a penetrating way; an induction probe 69 is arranged on the inner side of the heat conducting plate 66, the induction probe 69 is electrically connected with a temperature sensing line interface 68 on the supporting plate 63 through a lead, and the temperature sensing line interface 68 is electrically connected with a temperature controller 71 through a lead; the two ends of the heating plate 65 are electrically connected with a heating wire interface 67 through a conducting wire, and the heating wire interface 67 is electrically connected with a power supply 70.
The concrete implementation process of the quick repairing device for the outer glue layer of the floating hose body is as follows:
the first step is as follows: the procedures of cleaning, polishing, cleaning, brushing, rubber pasting and the like are the same as the end part operation requirements.
The second step is that: the repaired surface of the hose 1 is placed right above, and then the hose is lifted to a position 80mm-120mm away from the ground.
The third step: the steel ladle belt 2 is passed through from the position right below the repaired position, and the adjusting bolt 61 and the middle heating module 6 are kept to press the repaired surface.
The fourth step: the adjusting hand wheel 5 drives the adjusting screw rod 4 to rotate, the adjusting screw rod 4 and the adjusting sleeve 62 on the supporting plate 63 of the middle heating module 6 move relatively, the adjusting screw rod 4 is extended to enable the steel belt 2 to form tension, and the force is transmitted to the middle heating module 6. With the adjustment of the adjusting hand wheel 5, the force on the middle heating module 6 increases gradually until the heat conducting plate 66 is pressed against the repaired position and dented.
The fifth step: and adjusting the adjusting bolts 61 on the middle heating module 6 to ensure that all the positions on the middle heating module 6 are stressed evenly.
And a sixth step: the power supply 70 and the thermostat 71 are switched on.
The seventh step: setting the vulcanization time and temperature (130 ℃ multiplied by 90min), and executing the setting and using method according to the temperature controller operating instruction.
Eighth step: the temperature condition of the mold is often checked in the vulcanization heating process, so that the occurrence of accidents is avoided.
The ninth step: after the vulcanization time is in place, the power supply 70 and the temperature controller 71 are turned off, the outer rubber layer rapid repairing device is naturally cooled for 20min, the pressure is released by the adjusting hand wheel 5, the outer rubber layer rapid repairing device is detached from the hose 1, the repairing effect is checked, and the repaired rubber edge is polished after cooling, so that the repaired part is attractive.
