Abstract

一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,包括硅胶基体及在硅胶基体表面镀设的杀菌膜层,所述杀菌膜层包括氧化硅做成的介面层,由碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层、碳化硅做成的载体层及由碳化硅和银做成的复合杀菌层。硅胶基体的材质硅胶原料的主要成分为聚硅氧烷,主要成分是二氧化硅,因此在硅胶基体上镀设二氧化硅介面层,使杀菌膜层中的碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层能够增强杀菌膜层与硅胶基体间的结合力,使硅胶基体具有杀菌功效,杀菌膜层内含有的复合杀菌层使得硅胶制品在实际使用中更经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅胶制品领域,尤其涉及一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品。
背景技术
硅胶制品由于其稳定性及柔软性好、环保无毒、使用周期长等特点在生活中广泛使用,其中不乏日常生活中经常用于直接接触的东西,如婴儿奶嘴、婴儿勺子、婴儿磨牙玩具、饮品瓶盖或其它需要保温或密封的食品包装盒或保鲜盒密封圈等都是生活中常用的物品,这些硅胶制品上都不可避免的有大量细菌,特别对于婴儿用品,由于婴儿身体各项机能没发育成熟,其对于病菌的免疫能力差,一旦感染病菌,恢复能力也差,因此人们特别希望能够有一种长久有效的杀菌方式保护人们使用的硅胶制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品。
一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,包括硅胶基体及在硅胶基体表面镀设的杀菌膜层,所述杀菌膜层包括氧化硅做成的介面层,由碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层、碳化硅做成的载体层及由碳化硅和银做成的复合杀菌层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌膜层完全地覆盖所述硅胶基体的外表面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌膜层局部的覆盖硅胶基体表面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌层、复合杀菌层含有均匀分布的纳米银。
在其中一个实施例中,所述介面层的厚度为0.1~0.5μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌层、载体层、复合杀菌层的厚度均为0.3~0.6μm。
综上所述,一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,包括硅胶基体及在硅胶基体表面镀设的杀菌膜层,所述杀菌膜层包括氧化硅做成的介面层,由碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层、碳化硅做成的载体层及由碳化硅和银做成的复合杀菌层。硅胶基体的材质塑胶原料的主要成分为聚硅氧烷,主要成分是二氧化硅,因此在硅胶基体上镀设二氧化硅介面层,使杀菌膜层中的碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层能够增强杀菌膜层与硅胶基体间的结合力,使硅胶基体具有防菌功效,杀菌膜层内含有的复合杀菌层使得硅胶制品在实际使用中更经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,包括硅胶基体1及在硅胶基体1表面镀设的杀菌膜层2,所述杀菌膜层2包括氧化硅做成的介面层21,由碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层22、碳化硅做成的载体层23及由碳化硅和银做成的复合杀菌层24。硅胶基体1的材质塑胶原料的主要成分为聚硅氧烷,主要成分是二氧化硅,因此在硅胶基体1上镀设二氧化硅介面层21,使杀菌膜层2中的碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层22能够增强杀菌膜层2与硅胶基体1间的结合力,使硅胶基体1具有防菌功效,杀菌膜层内含有的复合杀菌层使得硅胶制品在实际使用中更经久耐用。
硅胶基体1有耐高温的特点,而通常的杀菌膜层在成膜过程中都需要加温,因此选用的氧化硅做成的介面层21在硅胶基体1上成膜过程中可以加温能够承受硅靶溅射时产生的温度,同时硅胶基体1內的硅原子和介面层21的二氧化硅有良好结合力。杀菌层22内的碳原子及硅原子亦与介面层21间的结合力很强,使杀菌层22可以建立在硅胶基体1上成膜并且结合力强,碳化硅在杀菌层22上继续溅射生成载体层23,为下一层的杀菌层着床做好准备,并降低内应力。碳化硅和银在载体层23上继续溅射生成复合杀菌层24,杀菌层22、载体层23和复合杀菌层24的结合力好,使杀菌膜层2的使用时间久并且耐磨性能更优异。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌膜层2完全地覆盖所述硅胶基体1的外表面。杀菌膜层2完全覆盖硅胶基体1表面对硅胶基体1进行全方位的保护。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌膜层2局部的覆盖硅胶基体1表面,有针对的对硅胶基体1进行防菌保护,根据实际需要对硅胶基体1进行镀膜,能够达到控制成本的效果。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌层22、复合杀菌层24含有均匀分布的纳米银。纳米银具有良好的防菌效果的材质,均匀分布一方面能够节省纳米银的使用成本,另一方面能提高纳米银的利用率。
在其中一个实施例中,所述介面层21的厚度为0.1~0.5μm。介面层21作为杀菌膜层2的基底膜作用,介面层21的厚度太薄,其膜层间的结合力很小,很难起到作用,但当膜层厚度过大时,膜的内应力会增大,使膜脱落,因此,将膜厚度控制在0.1~0.5μm范围内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杀菌层22、载体层23、复合杀菌层24的厚度均为0.3~0.6μm,当最外层的复合杀菌层24在使用过程中出现局部磨损,载体层23、杀菌层22便产生作用,继续杀菌,载体层23、复合杀菌层24太厚则因内应力而容易掉膜,且极大的增加产品成本,综合考虑,将杀菌层22、载体层23、复合杀菌层24的厚度控制在0.3~0.6μm。

1.一种具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:包括硅胶基体(1)及在硅胶基体(1)表面镀设的杀菌膜层(2),所述杀菌膜层(2)包括由氧化硅做成的介面层(21)、由碳化硅和银做成的杀菌层(22)、由碳化硅做成的载体层(23)及由碳化硅和银做成的复合杀菌层(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:所述杀菌膜层(2)完全地覆盖所述硅胶基体(1)的外表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:所述杀菌膜层(2)局部地覆盖所述硅胶基体(1)的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:所述杀菌层(22)、复合杀菌层(24)含有均匀分布的纳米银。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:所述介面层(21)的厚度为0.1~0.5μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有复合杀菌层的硅胶制品,其特征在于:所述杀菌层(22)、载体层(23)、复合杀菌层(24)的厚度均为0.3~0.6μm。
