In summary, the working principle of the fully automatic dehydrogenation production apparatus 100 according to the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 3, as follows:
firstly, the loading and unloading device 7 firstly places the automobile structural part on the empty basket 1 on the upper conveying layer 21, then the upper conveying layer 21 drives the basket 1 to be conveyed forwards, and in the process, the control system distributes the basket 1 to the dehydrogenation device 3 in the idle state according to the production requirement. Thus, the stop means 9 corresponding to the dehydrogenation unit 3 are activated and the stop 94 is extended out of the upper transport layer 21, at which time the basket 1 rests on the input end of the longitudinal transport unit 4 corresponding to the dehydrogenation unit 3. At this time, the lifting device starts to lift the transfer mechanism 6 so that the conveying plane of the transfer mechanism is flush with the conveying plane of the longitudinal conveying device 4, and then the transfer mechanism 6 starts to push the basket 1 onto the longitudinal conveying device 4. The limiting mechanism 9 below the dehydrogenation device 3 is started to extend the limiting piece 94, and when the longitudinal conveying device 4 conveys the material basket 1 to the position below the stacking device 5, the material basket 1 stays below the stacking device 5 under the limitation of the limiting mechanism 9. At this time, the air cylinder 53 is started to drive the lifting arm 54 to extend, and then the lifter 52 is started to drive the air cylinder 53 to rise, so that the lifting arm 54 is clamped with the clamping lug 11, and the basket 1 is lifted. After that, when the second basket 1 is stopped under the stacking means 5, the lifting arm 54 descends the first basket 1 to stack the first basket 1 on the carrying lugs 12 of the second basket 1. Then, the lifting arm 54 is engaged with the engaging lug 11 of the second basket 1 and lifts the second basket 1 and the first basket 1. By analogy, a plurality of baskets 1 can be stacked up continuously. When stacked in a certain number, the limit mechanism 9 on the longitudinal transportation device 4 is opened, the automatic door mechanism 32 is opened, and the transportation assembly of the turning device 41 is turned and unfolded and connected into the opening of the dehydrogenation bin 31. The longitudinal transport device 4 feeds the stacked baskets 1 into the dehydrogenation bin body 31, and then the automatic door is closed and the transport assembly of the turning device 41 is turned over and folded up. Specifically, the first pushing cylinder 321 is started to drive the sliding block 322 to slide laterally on the guide rail 323, so that the second pushing cylinder 325 and the door plate 326 slide laterally, and when the door plate 326 slides to be located right in front of the opening of the dehydrogenation bin body 31, the second pushing cylinder 325 is started to drive the door plate 326 to slide longitudinally, so that the door plate 326 is attached to the edge of the opening of the dehydrogenation bin body 31 to seal the dehydrogenation bin body 31. The dehydrogenation bin body 31 can heat and remove hydrogen from the automobile structural parts in the material basket 1.
When the dehydrogenation is completed, the door body is automatically opened, the transportation assembly of the turnover device 41 is turned over and unfolded and connected to the opening of the dehydrogenation bin body 31, at this time, the dehydrogenation bin body 31 conveys the material basket 1 to the longitudinal transportation device 4, the longitudinal transportation device 4 conveys the material basket 1 back to the upper transportation layer 21 of the transverse transportation device 2 in the original way, the upper transportation layer 21 conveys the material basket 1 to the tail end, the descending device 23 transfers the material basket 1 from the upper transportation layer 21 to the lower transportation layer 22, the lower transportation layer 22 reversely conveys the material basket 1 to the other end, and the ascending device 24 lifts the material basket 1 of the lower transportation layer 22. Finally, the loading and unloading device 7 loads the automobile structural parts in the material basket 1, and places the empty material basket 1 on the upper conveying layer 21, so that the material basket 1 can be subjected to the next loading and dehydrogenation operation again. When the material baskets 1 continuously circulate in the mode, the automobile structural parts can be continuously dehydrogenated, and a large quantity of places can be realized.
Compared with the prior art, the material basket 1 is arranged, the material basket 1 is used for loading the automobile structural parts, and then the material basket 1 is conveyed to each stacking device 5 through the transverse conveying device 2 and the longitudinal conveying device 4, so that a plurality of material baskets 1 are stacked through the stacking devices 5, and a single dehydrogenation device 3 can simultaneously dehumidify a plurality of automobile structural parts in a plurality of material baskets 1 at one time, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. And the whole process from loading to unloading of the automobile structural part is transferred through the transverse conveying device 2, the longitudinal conveying device 4 and the transfer mechanism 6, manual operation is not needed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced to the maximum extent, full-automatic production is realized, long-time mass production is facilitated, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
