Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动转盘铆钉机,包括机架、转盘机构、多个定位模具、垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构;所述的转盘机构可旋转的安装在机架上,多个定位模具等距、间隔的安装在转盘机构的转盘上,垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构皆安装在机架上且依工序依次设置在转盘机构转盘的一侧,垫片组装机构的送料工位与垫片震动盘送料轨道的送料端部衔接。由于本发明上的转盘机构可将带加工的产品依工艺步骤输送到不同的加工工位上,定位模具可将带加工的产品固定,垫片震动盘与垫片组装机构配合可将垫片送入加工工位,液压铆钉机完成铆接,取料机构将加工完成的产品取出,具有自动化程度高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械装配领域,特别是涉及一种自动转盘铆钉机。
背景技术
在机械产品和日常用品的装配过程中,常常需要对产品进行铆接加工,如,一种童车装配中,需要对前悬架铝管、塑料件进行铆接加工,传统的加工方式大都是由人工进行操作,生产效率低,工人的劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化程度高的自动转盘铆钉机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种自动转盘铆钉机,包括机架、转盘机构、多个定位模具、垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构;
所述的转盘机构可旋转的安装在机架的工作台面上,多个定位模具等距、间隔的安装在转盘机构的转盘上,垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构皆安装在机架的工作台面上且依工序依次设置在转盘机构转盘的一侧,垫片组装机构的送料工位与垫片震动盘送料轨道的送料端部衔接;
所述的垫片组装机构包括垫片机架、垫片推送气缸、垫片推杆、垫片气爪;所述垫片机架垂直固定在机架的工作台面上,垫片推送气缸的缸体固定在垫片机架的顶部,垫片推送气缸的活塞杆杆端与垫片推杆的一端连接,垫片推杆的另一端伸向转盘机构的转盘,垫片升降气缸的缸体固定在垫片机架上且垫片升降气缸的活塞杆杆端与垫片气爪连接,垫片气爪位于垫片推送气缸的上方,垫片气爪可沿垂直方向移动并与垫片推杆的另一端衔接,以便将垫片夹送到产品装配工位上;
所述取料机构包括取料机架、取料臂、水平移动直线模组、升降气缸、气动夹爪;所述取料机架垂直固定在机架的工作台面上,取料臂的内端固定在取料机架上,水平移动直线模组沿水平方向安装在取料臂的外端,升降气缸的缸体固定在水平移动直线模组的滑块上,升降气缸的活塞杆杆端垂直向下并与气动夹爪连接。
所述的转盘机构包括转盘电机、转盘;所述的转盘固定套接在转盘电机的输出轴上,转盘通过轴承可旋转的安装在机架的工作台面上。
所述的定位模具包括定位座、定位气缸、定位压杆;所述的定位座上设有定位销,定位气缸的缸体安装在定位座上,定位气缸的活塞杆杆端与定位压杆的一端连接,定位压杆的另一端压在产品上而将产品固定。
采用上述方案后,本发明包括机架、转盘机构、多个定位模具、垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构,转盘机构可将带加工的产品依工艺步骤输送到不同的加工工位上,定位模具可将带加工的产品固定,垫片震动盘与垫片组装机构配合可将垫片送入加工工位,液压铆钉机完成铆接,取料机构将加工完成的产品取出,由于本发明使用振动盘机构排序,伺服、气缸、传感器等、液压铆钉机组合依次组配件,提高作业效率,具有自动化程度高的优点。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,本发明是一种自动转盘铆钉机,包括机架1、转盘机构2、多个定位模具3、垫片震动盘4、垫片组装机构5、液压铆钉机6、取料机构7。
所述的转盘机构2可旋转的安装在机架1的工作台面上,多个定位模具3等距、间隔的安装在转盘机构2的转盘上,垫片震动盘4、垫片组装机构5、液压铆钉机6、取料机构7皆安装在机架1的工作台面上且依工序依次设置在转盘机构2转盘的一侧,垫片组装机构5的送料工位与垫片震动盘4送料轨道41的送料端部衔接。
所述的转盘机构2包括转盘电机21、转盘22;所述的转盘22固定套接在转盘电机21的输出轴上,转盘22通过轴承可旋转的安装在机架1的工作台面上。
所述取料机构7包括取料机架71、取料臂72、水平移动直线模组73、升降气缸74、气动夹爪75;所述取料机架71垂直固定在机架1的工作台面上,取料臂72的内端固定在取料机架71上,水平移动直线模组73沿水平方向安装在取料臂72的外端,升降气缸74的缸体固定在水平移动直线模组73的滑块上,升降气缸74的活塞杆杆端垂直向下并与气动夹爪75连接。
如图6所示,所述的垫片组装机构5包括垫片机架51、垫片推送气缸52、垫片推杆53、垫片气爪54、垫片升降气缸55;所述垫片机架51垂直固定在机架1的工作台面上,垫片推送气缸52的缸体固定在垫片机架51的顶部,垫片推送气缸52的活塞杆杆端与垫片推杆53的一端连接,垫片推杆53的另一端(送料端)伸向转盘机构2的转盘,垫片升降气缸55的缸体固定在垫片机架51上且垫片升降气缸55的活塞杆杆端与垫片气爪54连接,垫片气爪54位于垫片推送气缸52的上方,垫片气爪54可沿垂直方向移动并与垫片推杆53的另一端(送料端)衔接,以便将垫片夹送到产品装配工位上。
如图5所示,所述的定位模具3包括定位座31、定位气缸32、定位压杆33;所述的定位座31上设有用于固定产品10的定位销311,定位气缸32的缸体安装在定位座31上,定位气缸32的活塞杆杆端与定位压杆33的一端连接,定位压杆33的另一端压在产品10上而将产品固定。
如图1所示,本发明的工作原理:
1.按使用说明书操作将设备调试到工作状态。
2.预先在对应垫片震动盘4(或料盘)投入垫片与铆钉,设备进行规则排序。
3.按下启动按钮,垫片组装机构5将垫片放入固定在定位模具上的产品10对应轴上,转盘机构2上的转盘22转动,固定安装在转盘2上的定位模具3旋转到产品10组件投入工位。
3.将产品10组件固定在定位模具3上,再次按下启动按钮,转盘22上的定位模具3旋转到铆钉工位,液压铆钉机6工作,依次打入4颗铆钉。
4.再次按下启动按钮,转盘22上的定位模具3旋转到取料工位,取料机构7启动,将装配好的产品10组件取走。
5.转盘22上的其它定位模具3依以上次序顺序作业。

Claims (3)
1.一种自动转盘铆钉机,其特征在于:包括机架、转盘机构、多个定位模具、垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构;
所述的转盘机构可旋转的安装在机架的工作台面上,多个定位模具等距、间隔的安装在转盘机构的转盘上,垫片震动盘、垫片组装机构、液压铆钉机、取料机构皆安装在机架的工作台面上且依工序依次设置在转盘机构转盘的一侧,垫片组装机构的送料工位与垫片震动盘送料轨道的送料端部衔接;
所述的垫片组装机构包括垫片机架、垫片推送气缸、垫片推杆、垫片气爪;所述垫片机架垂直固定在机架的工作台面上,垫片推送气缸的缸体固定在垫片机架的顶部,垫片推送气缸的活塞杆杆端与垫片推杆的一端连接,垫片推杆的另一端伸向转盘机构的转盘,垫片升降气缸的缸体固定在垫片机架上且垫片升降气缸的活塞杆杆端与垫片气爪连接,垫片气爪位于垫片推送气缸的上方,垫片气爪可沿垂直方向移动并与垫片推杆的另一端衔接,以便将垫片夹送到产品装配工位上;
所述取料机构包括取料机架、取料臂、水平移动直线模组、升降气缸、气动夹爪;所述取料机架垂直固定在机架的工作台面上,取料臂的内端固定在取料机架上,水平移动直线模组沿水平方向安装在取料臂的外端,升降气缸的缸体固定在水平移动直线模组的滑块上,升降气缸的活塞杆杆端垂直向下并与气动夹爪连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动转盘铆钉机,其特征在于:所述的转盘机构包括转盘电机、转盘;所述的转盘固定套接在转盘电机的输出轴上,转盘通过轴承可旋转的安装在机架的工作台面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动转盘铆钉机,其特征在于:所述的定位模具包括定位座、定位气缸、定位压杆;所述的定位座上设有定位销,定位气缸的缸体安装在定位座上,定位气缸的活塞杆杆端与定位压杆的一端连接,定位压杆的另一端压在产品上而将产品固定。
