Background
The appearance of digital printing meets the requirements of printing of various books in small batches, and the printing, binding and cutting processes need to be quickly changed and adjusted.
At present, the printing technology and equipment, especially the technology and equipment in the aspects of prepress and printing, have quite remarkable progress; however, in the aspect of books and periodicals, post-press processing mainly focuses on binding processes, and compared with pre-press and printing, the development is still rather slow, the level of mechanization of the whole industry is not high, and books and periodicals are bound by hands and a small amount of machines.
When traditional trilateral cutting specification changes, it is more troublesome, manual operation adjustment speed is slow and sometimes not accurate, is difficult to satisfy the demand of cutting of the many varieties of small batch volume.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a book three-side cutting apparatus, in which a book feeding and stacking device is used to feed books into a front knife cutting device for cutting the front end of the books, and a book clamping and pushing device is used to clamp the books into a book outlet and feed the books into a side knife cutting device for cutting the books at two sides, and then the books are discharged from a book outlet device.

the invention provides book three-side cutting equipment which comprises a machine table, a book feeding conveying device, a stacking book pushing device, a front knife cutting device, a book clamping and pushing device, a side knife cutting device, a book discharging device and an electric control device, wherein the book feeding conveying device is connected to the machine table and used for conveying books to be fed in, the stacking book pushing device is used for receiving the books conveyed by the book feeding conveying device and pushing the books, the front knife cutting device is used for cutting the front ends of the books pushed by the stacking book pushing device, the book clamping and pushing device is used for taking out and pushing book clamps cut by the front knife cutting device, the side knife cutting device is used for cutting the two sides of the books pushed by the book clamping and pushing device, the book clamps cut by the side knife cutting device are taken out and conveyed out, and the electric control device is used for controlling.
As an improvement of the present invention, the book feeding and conveying device includes a pull roll mechanism connected to the machine table for feeding and conveying books, a code scanning mechanism for scanning the specification and size information of the books on the pull roll mechanism, a belt mechanism for receiving the books conveyed by the pull roll mechanism, and a book pressing wheel mechanism for pressing the books on the belt mechanism, wherein the code scanning mechanism is located above the rear end of the pull roll mechanism, and the book pressing wheel mechanism is located above the rear end of the belt mechanism.
As a further improvement of the invention, the stacking book pushing device comprises a stacking platform for receiving the books conveyed by the belt mechanism, a side plate connected to one side of the stacking platform, and a book pushing mechanism for pushing out the books on the stacking platform.
As a further improvement of the invention, the front knife cutting device comprises a front knife book pressing mechanism, a front knife crank link mechanism and a front knife side positioning mechanism, wherein the front knife side positioning mechanism laterally clamps the book pushed by the book pushing mechanism, and simultaneously accurately positions the book back to the front opening of the book for cutting, the front knife book pressing mechanism presses down to press the book, and the front knife crank link mechanism drives the front knife to cut the front end of the book.
As a further improvement of the invention, the book clamping and pushing device comprises a front book clamping mechanical arm for clamping the book cut by the front knife cutting device and placing the book at a specified middle position, a rear book clamping mechanical arm for clamping the book from the specified middle position and placing the book on the conveying plate, and a longitudinal pushing mechanism for pushing the book on the conveying plate.
As a further improvement of the invention, the side knife cutting device comprises a side knife cutting table, and a left side knife, a right side knife, a left side crank link mechanism, a right side crank link mechanism and a side knife book pressing mechanism which are connected to the side knife cutting table, wherein the side knife cutting table receives the book pushed by the longitudinal pushing mechanism, the side knife book pressing mechanism presses the book, and the left side crank link mechanism and the right side crank link mechanism respectively and simultaneously drive the left side knife and the right side knife to cut two sides of the book.
As a further improvement of the invention, the book discharging device comprises a book discharging and clamping manipulator and a book discharging and conveying belt, wherein the book discharging and clamping manipulator is used for clamping and discharging the books cut on the side knife cutting table, and the clamped books are placed on the book discharging and conveying belt and conveyed out by the book discharging and clamping manipulator.
As a further improvement of the invention, lateral baffles are arranged on two sides of the conveying plate.
As a further improvement of the present invention, a first thickness adjusting mechanism for adjusting the thickness of the book is provided above the prescribed intermediate position.
As a further improvement of the invention, a second thickness adjusting mechanism for adjusting the thickness of the book is arranged above the book outlet conveying belt.
In the invention, a book is input by the book feeding and conveying device, the size of the book is adjusted at the same time, the book is conveyed to the front knife cutting device by the stacking and pushing device to cut the front end of the book, the book is clamped to the book clamping and pushing device and conveyed to the side knife cutting device to be cut at two sides, and then the book is conveyed out by the book discharging device; the invention has convenient operation, quick and accurate adjustment.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the book three-side cutting apparatus of the present invention includes a machine table 1, a feeding device 2 connected to the machine table 1 for feeding a book, a stacking and pushing device 3 for receiving the book fed by the feeding device 2 and pushing the book, a front knife cutting device 4 for cutting the front end of the book pushed by the stacking and pushing device 3, a book clamping and pushing device 5 for taking out and pushing out a book clamp cut by the front knife cutting device 4, a side knife cutting device 6 for cutting two sides of the book pushed by the book clamping and pushing device 5, a book discharging device 7 for taking out and conveying out the book clamp cut by the side knife cutting device 6, and an electric control device for controlling.
In the invention, a book is input by the book feeding and conveying device 2, the size of the book is adjusted at the same time, the book is conveyed into the front knife cutting device 4 by the stacking and pushing device 3 to be cut at the front end of the book, the book is clamped by the book clamping and conveying device 5 to be output and conveyed to the side knife cutting device 6 to be cut at two sides, and then the book is conveyed out by the book output device 7; the invention has convenient operation, quick and accurate adjustment.
In the invention, the book feeding and conveying device 2 comprises a pull roll mechanism 21 connected to the machine table 1 and used for feeding and conveying books, a code scanning mechanism 23 used for scanning the specification and size information of the books on the pull roll mechanism 22, a belt mechanism 23 used for receiving the books conveyed by the pull roll mechanism 21 and a book pressing wheel mechanism 24 used for pressing the books on the belt mechanism 23, wherein the code scanning mechanism 23 is positioned above the rear end of the pull roll mechanism 22, and the book pressing wheel mechanism 24 is positioned above the rear end of the belt mechanism 23; the pull roll mechanism 21 comprises a motor and a roller, so that the book is conveniently conveyed, the code scanning mechanism 23 scans the size of the book, sends scanning information to the electric control device for processing, and then the electric control device controls a subsequent station to correspondingly adjust; the book pressing wheel mechanism 24 makes the books pass through the stacking book pushing device 3 one by one.
In the invention, the stacking book pushing device 3 comprises a stacking platform 31 for receiving the books conveyed by the belt mechanism 23, a side plate 32 connected to one side of the stacking platform 31 and a book pushing mechanism 33 for pushing the books on the stacking platform 31 out; the side plates 32 and the stacking table 31 cooperate to arrange the books in order, and the book pushing mechanism 33 pushes the books one by one into the front knife cutting device 4.
In the invention, the front knife cutting device 4 comprises a front knife book pressing mechanism 41, a front knife 42, a front knife crank connecting rod mechanism 43 and a front knife side positioning mechanism 44, wherein the front knife side positioning mechanism 44 comprises push plates arranged at two sides and a cylinder connected with the push plates; book side that preceding sword side positioning mechanism 44 will push away book mechanism 3 propelling movement and come is tight to the side, and preceding sword book pressing mechanism 41 includes the motor and with the belt of motor connection, push rod and ejector pad, thereby the motor passes through the belt and drives the push rod rotation for ejector pad threaded connection goes up and down, thereby accomplishes preceding sword book pressing mechanism 41 and pushes down thereby to push down books, and preceding sword crank link mechanism 44 drives preceding sword 42 and cuts the front end of books.
In the invention, the book clamping and pushing device 5 comprises a front book clamping mechanical arm 51 for clamping the book cut by the front knife cutting device 4 and placing the book at a specified middle position, a rear book clamping mechanical arm 52 for clamping the book from the specified middle position and placing the book on a conveying plate 53, and a longitudinal pushing mechanism 54 for pushing the book on the conveying plate 53 out, wherein lateral baffle plates 56 are arranged at two sides of the conveying plate 53, and a first thickness adjusting mechanism 55 for adjusting the thickness of the book is arranged above the specified middle position; the front book clamping mechanical arm 51 clamps the book cut by the front knife cutting device 4, the height of the book is adjusted by the first thickness adjusting mechanism 55, the back book clamping mechanical arm 52 clamps the book, and the book is pushed into the side knife cutting device 6 by the longitudinal pushing mechanism 54.
In the invention, the side knife cutting device 6 comprises a side knife cutting table 61, a left side knife 62, a right side knife 63, a left side crank link mechanism 64, a right side crank link mechanism 65 and a side knife book pressing mechanism 66 which are connected to the side knife cutting table 61, wherein the side knife cutting table 61 receives books pushed by the longitudinal pushing mechanism 54, the side knife book pressing mechanism 66 presses the books, and the left side crank link mechanism 64 and the right side crank link mechanism 65 respectively and simultaneously drive the left side knife 62 and the right side knife 63 to cut two sides of the books; the book is pushed into the side knife cutting table 61 by the longitudinal pushing mechanism 54, the side knife book pressing mechanism 66 comprises a motor, a belt connected with the motor, a push rod and a push block, the motor drives the push rod to rotate through the belt, the push block is in threaded connection with the push rod to lift, and the book pressing is completed; then the left crank link mechanism 64 and the right crank link mechanism 65 respectively drive the left cutter 62 and the right cutter 63 to cut the two sides of the book.
In the invention, the book discharging device 7 comprises a book discharging book clamping mechanical arm 71 and a book discharging conveying belt 72, wherein the book discharging book clamping mechanical arm 71 is used for clamping and discharging the books cut on the side knife cutting table 61, the clamped books are placed on the book discharging conveying belt 72 and are conveyed out, a second thickness adjusting mechanism 73 is arranged above the book discharging conveying belt 72 and used for adjusting the thickness of the books, the book discharging book clamping mechanical arm 71 is used for clamping and discharging the books cut on the side knife cutting table 61 onto the book discharging conveying belt 72, and the height of the books is adjusted by the second thickness adjusting mechanism 73 so that the books are conveyed out again.
In the invention, the width, length and thickness parameters of the book are changed to realize full-automatic adjustment.
