The regulating wheel system, see fig. 1 and 3, comprises a regulating wheel bracket 54, a hyperboloid regulating wheel 55, a secondary triangle belt wheel 56, a regulating wheel motor 57, a main triangle belt wheel 72, α angle wedges 73 and a regulating wheel main shaft 77.
The adjusting wheel system is arranged on one side of the main grinding head, and the centerless grinding of the excircle of the workpiece is realized through the matching of the adjusting wheel system, the workpiece support 71 and the main grinding head. The hyperboloid regulating wheel 55 is mounted on a regulating wheel main shaft 77 through a rectangular key 76 and collars at the left end and the right end, the regulating wheel supports 54 are provided in a pair, and two ends of the regulating wheel main shaft 77 are connected with bearing holes in the regulating wheel supports 54 through shaft shoulders, angular contact bearings 75 and 79, end covers and sealing assemblies thereof. Wherein, the bearing hole on the right regulating wheel bracket 54 is of a split structure, and the upper half part of the bearing hole is an openable bearing upper cover 78, so as to facilitate the installation and the disassembly maintenance of the hyperboloid regulating wheel 55. The adjustment wheel motor 57 is mounted on the adjustment wheel bracket 54 at one side of the adjustment wheel bracket 54 at the left side by a bolt 74, and the primary triangular pulley 72 is mounted on the output shaft of the adjustment wheel motor 57. The secondary triangular belt wheel 56 is connected with the left end of the adjusting wheel main shaft 77 through a rectangular key and a nut gasket and is connected with the primary triangular belt wheel 72 through a triangular belt, and the torque of the output shaft of the adjusting wheel motor 57 is transmitted to the hyperboloid adjusting wheel 55 through the triangular belt, so that the hyperboloid adjusting wheel 55 performs centerless grinding on the excircle of the workpiece, and drives the workpiece to rotate at a low speed and move axially.
The bottom of the adjusting wheel bracket 54 is provided with an α angle wedge 73, the adjusting wheel bracket 54 and a rectangular adjusting hole on the base 1 are fixed on two sides of the α angle wedge 73 through bolts 80, so that a α angle is formed between the adjusting wheel main shaft 77 and the base, and a α angle is formed between the hyperboloid adjusting wheel 55 and an excircle workpiece subjected to centerless grinding, so that a specific grinding requirement is met, and the axial height of the hyperboloid adjusting wheel 55 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the α angle wedge 73 at the bottom of the adjusting wheel bracket 54.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the workpiece support 71 is arranged between the main grinding head and the adjusting wheel system, and the workpiece support 71 is used for installing and placing the cylindrical workpiece 2 to be centerless ground. During centerless grinding, the outer circle workpiece 2 rotates under the hyperboloid adjusting wheel 55 and moves along the axial direction, and rough machining, finish machining and fine polishing are realized after the outer circle workpiece passes through the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel 36, the grinding wheel 38 and the polyurethane soft grinding wheel 45 respectively. In addition, the other end (left end) of the main motor 4 can be provided with a polishing cloth wheel or a wool wheel, and the fine grinding and polishing of the complex curved surface of the hand-held small workpiece can be realized by matching with the grinding paste.
The adjusting wheel bracket 54 can adjust the axial position through an angle α wedge 73 and a rectangular adjusting hole on the base 1, and is fixed through a bolt 80 after adjustment, so that the adjusting wheel bracket can adapt to the surface grinding of cylindrical workpieces 2 with different diameters.
3. Plane grinding device
The plane grinding device comprises the main grinding head, a plane grinding manual workbench and a belt grinding head.
3.1 hand-operated workbench for plane grinding
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the manual surface grinding table includes a screw guide rail support 37, a tapered roller bearing 39, a hand wheel 40, a rectangular screw 41, a screw nut 42, a movable table 43, and a circular guide rail 44.
The lead screw guide rail support 37 is mounted on the base 1 below the main grinding head, two ends of the rectangular lead screw 41 are mounted on the lead screw guide rail support 37 through the tapered roller bearing 39 and the end cover sealing assembly, the hand wheel 40 is mounted on the outer side of the lead screw guide rail support 37, and the hand wheel 40 is fixedly connected with the end portion of the rectangular lead screw 41 through the nut gasket. The lead screw guide rail support 37 is provided with a pair of circular guide rails 44 at two sides of the rectangular lead screw 41, and two ends of the circular guide rails 44 are connected with the lead screw guide rail support 37 through nuts and gaskets 53. The bottom of the movable worktable 43 is provided with the lead screw nut 42 and a pair of circular guide sleeves, wherein the lead screw nut 42 is assembled on the rectangular lead screw 41, and the circular guide sleeves are assembled on the circular guide rails 44 and are in clearance fit.
The movable workbench 43 is provided with three workpiece fixing areas corresponding to the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel 36, the grinding wheel 38 and the polyurethane soft grinding wheel 45 in the main grinding head respectively, when plane grinding operation is carried out, a workpiece 61 needing to be ground is fixed on the corresponding workpiece fixing area by using a clamp according to grinding requirements, then the hand wheel 40 is shaken, and the movable workbench 43 is driven to move under the matching of the screw nut 42 and the rectangular screw 41, so that the workpiece is ground in a plane by using the main grinding head.
Further, the screw rail support 37 is fixed to a pair of lugs of the base 1 by lock nuts 59, and a position adjusting bolt 58 having an end portion contacting the bottom of the screw rail support 37 and penetrating the base 1 is provided at the lower portion of the base. After the locking nut 59 is loosened, the position adjusting bolt 58 is rotated, the screw guide rail support 37 is driven to adjust the position up and down in the moving process of the position adjusting bolt 58, and the movable workbench 43 can be adjusted in height through fixing by the locking nut 59, so that planes with different thicknesses can be ground.
3.2 abrasive band grinding head
Referring to fig. 2, the belt sander includes a belt sander contact wheel 36, a sanding belt 62, a sanding platen 64, a top tension wheel 65, a movable bracket 67, a spring 68, a loose tension wheel 69, and a tension wheel bracket 70.
The tensioning wheel bracket 70 is fixed on the upper parts of the main grinding head brackets 37 and 42 through bolts, the empty tensioning wheel 69 is arranged on one side surface of the tensioning wheel bracket 70 through a wheel carrier, and the position of the empty tensioning wheel 69 on the wheel carrier is adjustable; the top of the tensioning wheel support 70 is provided with the movable support 67 through an inner hole, the spring 68 is sleeved outside the movable support 67 and is in clearance fit with the inner hole, and the top of the movable support 67 is fixedly provided with the top tensioning wheel 65 through a hexagon nut 66. The abrasive belt 62 is sleeved on the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel 36 and bypasses the empty sleeve tension wheel 69 and the top tension wheel 65, and the abrasive belt 62 is tensioned through the top tension wheel 65 under the elastic force of the spring 68.
The pressing and grinding plate 64 is arranged on the other side of the tension pulley support 70, the pressing and grinding plate 64 is positioned below the abrasive belt 62 and fixed on the tension pulley support 70 through the stud 63 and the locking nut, and the position of the pressing and grinding plate 64 can be adjusted by rotating the stud 63 and the locking nut.
For a hand-held workpiece, the hand-held workpiece is brought into contact with the abrasive belt 62 on the surface of the platen 64 as the abrasive belt 62 is rotated by the abrasive wheel head contact wheel 36 to achieve planar grinding of the hand-held workpiece.
4. Internal grinding device
For internal grinding, there are two implementations: one adopts a small grinding wheel to match with a proper clamp, and the other adopts a grinding belt to penetrate through an inner hole of a workpiece and then a joint to form a closed loop, and a soft rubber plug is matched to apply pressure to realize grinding and polishing.
The present embodiment provides two types of internal grinding devices, and referring to fig. 1, the first internal grinding device comprises an internal grinding hollow shaft 22, an internal grinding support 23, a collapsible toolholder 26, and an internal grinding wheel 28.
Wherein, the internal grinding support 23 is arranged on the side surface of the main motor 4, two ends of the internal grinding hollow shaft 22 are provided with angular contact bearings 21 and 24, and the internal grinding support 23 is movably arranged on the internal grinding support in combination with the sealing ring 19 and the transparent covers 20 and 25. The left end of the internal grinding hollow shaft 22 is fixed with a secondary triangular belt wheel 18 through a nut 16, a gasket 17 and a rectangular key, a primary triangular belt wheel 5 is mounted on a left end output shaft 87 of the main motor 4 and is connected with the secondary triangular belt wheel 18 through a triangular belt 6, and the transmission of the output power of the left end output shaft 87 of the main motor 4 to the internal grinding hollow shaft 22 is realized. The right end of the internal grinding hollow shaft 22 is internally provided with a No. 5 Morse taper inner hole, and a corresponding No. 5 Morse taper expansion type cutter holder 26 is detachably assembled in the inner hole. The collapsible tool holder 26 holds the shank of the internal grinding wheel 28, and drives the internal grinding wheel 28 to rotate at a high speed under the action of the main motor 4, thereby realizing the grinding of the workpiece 29 to be ground.
Referring to fig. 4, the second internal grinding apparatus includes a drive wheel 88, a tension wheel 82, and an abrasive belt 83. The second internal grinding device can be regarded as replacing the main triangular pulley 5 of the first internal grinding device arranged on the left end output shaft 87 of the main motor 4 with the driving wheel 88, replacing the secondary triangular pulley 18 at the left end of the internal grinding hollow shaft 22 with the tension wheel 82, and replacing the triangular belt 6 with the abrasive belt 83.
The abrasive belt 83 is a narrow detachable abrasive belt, the abrasive belt 83 is detached and penetrates into an inner hole of a workpiece 85 needing to be ground, the inner circle is connected, the power of an output shaft 87 at the left end of the main motor 4 is transmitted to the driving wheel 88 through a rectangular key and then transmitted to the abrasive belt 83 and the tension wheel 82, and the abrasive belt 83 runs at a high speed. A soft rubber plug 84 for pressing the abrasive belt 83 is arranged in the inner hole of the workpiece 85, and the soft rubber plug 84 can enable the abrasive belt 83 to be tightly attached to the inner hole of the workpiece 85 during grinding operation, so that the purpose of grinding and polishing is achieved; and the soft rubber plug 84 is pushed to reciprocate along the axial direction, so that the length of the inner hole of the workpiece 85 can be polished.
The main motor 4 is fixed on the motor support 27 through a bolt 89, a strip-shaped fixing hole is formed in the motor support 27, and the internal grinding support 23 is fixed on the strip-shaped fixing hole through a bolt, so that the distance between the internal grinding support 23 and the main motor 4 can be adjusted conveniently, and the abrasive belt 83 or the triangular belt 6 can be tensioned. The motor mount 27 is fixed to the base 1 by bolts 81.
5. Hand-held grinding device
The handheld grinding device comprises a handheld tool grinding device and a handheld workpiece grinding device, wherein:
5.1 hand tool grinding device
As shown in figure 1, the hand-held tool grinding device comprises a flexible shaft joint 8, a flexible shaft 14 and a hanging grinder 15. One end of the flexible shaft 14 is connected with the hanging and grinding machine 15, and the other end of the flexible shaft is inserted into an inner hole of an output shaft 87 at the left end of the main motor 4 through a flexible shaft joint 8 and is fixed by a fastening screw 9, so that the power of the main motor 4 is transmitted to a main shaft and a grinding tool of the hanging and grinding machine 15, and a larger die inner cavity or other workpieces are ground and polished.
5.2 hand-held workpiece grinding device
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hand-held workpiece grinding device can realize hand-held grinding at four positions, and comprises an auxiliary support 35 arranged on one side below a main grinding head and above a lead screw guide rail support 37, wherein the auxiliary support 35 is fixed with a base 1 through a bolt 60, when the hand-held workpiece is ground, the workpiece is lapped on the auxiliary support 35, and the three positions of a sand belt grinding head contact wheel 36, a grinding wheel 38 and a polyurethane soft grinding wheel 45 are respectively matched to realize rough grinding, fine grinding and fine polishing or grinding of the workpiece.
The hand-held workpiece grinding device also comprises a polishing wheel 13 for hand-held workpiece operation. The polishing wheel 13 is connected to the left output shaft 87 of the main motor 4 by a rectangular key 7, and is fixed by a nut 10, a spacer 11, and a spacer 12. The polishing wheel 13 can be a wool wheel or a cloth wheel, and is matched with grinding pastes with different particle sizes to realize fine polishing.
In one embodiment of the present application:
cylindrical grinding of the workpiece: the workpiece cylindrical grinding has three stations, namely a V-shaped support and a regulating wheel system which are matched with a sand belt grinding head contact wheel, a grinding wheel and a polyurethane soft grinding wheel in a main grinding head to carry out different cylindrical grinding operations. For centerless cylindrical grinding of a slender rod piece, after a workpiece with the diameter of phi 0.5-10 mm is subjected to abrasive belt coarse grinding, grinding wheel fine grinding and polyurethane soft grinding wheel polishing, the surface roughness can be reduced from Ra0.8 mu m to Ra0.05 mu m, and the workpiece cannot be bent and deformed.
Plane grinding for the workpiece: the workpiece plane grinding has four stations, namely three workpiece fixing areas corresponding to the main grinding head on the movable workbench in the plane grinding device and a pressure grinding plate on the abrasive belt grinding head. The thickness of the plane of the workpiece to be ground can be different from 0.5mm to 10mm, the abrasive belt can be used for grinding coarse grinding, then the grinding wheel is used for grinding fine grinding, and finally the polyurethane soft grinding wheel is used for polishing, so that the efficiency is taken care of, and the precision is ensured. The hole edge can be deburred or chamfered for the plane of the workpiece with the hole. The speed of the main grinding head is reduced, and directional wire drawing operation with a smooth surface can be performed under a sand belt grinding head or a polyurethane soft grinding wheel in cooperation with hand feeding. The hand-held workpiece can also be subjected to plane grinding or polishing by adopting the pressing and grinding plate.
Internal grinding of the workpiece: the inner circle grinding of the workpiece has two stations, namely an inner circle grinding wheel on the first inner circle grinding device and an abrasive belt on the second inner circle grinding device. An output shaft 87 at the left end of the main motor outputs power, and one mode is that a triangular belt speed-increasing transmission is matched with a clamp to grind an inner hole with the diameter of 5-50 mm by a small grinding wheel; for the inner hole with the diameter smaller than phi 5, the triangular belt wheel is replaced by a tension wheel and a driving wheel of an abrasive belt, the open abrasive belt is inserted into the hole, then the joint is fixed, and the abrasive belt rotates to reciprocate in cooperation with the soft rubber plug and apply pressure to the inner hole, so that the purpose of polishing is achieved.
Grinding for curved surfaces (irregular surfaces): the curved surface grinding device comprises five stations, a hanging grinding machine in the handheld tool grinding device, three positions matched with the main grinding head in the handheld workpiece grinding device by using the auxiliary support, and a polishing wheel of the handheld workpiece grinding device. For grinding and polishing of large-cavity curved workpieces such as plastic molds or die casting molds and the like, a hand-held tool mode is adopted, namely, the other end (left end) of a main motor is quickly connected with a flexible shaft to drive a hanging and grinding machine, the hanging and grinding machine can be matched with various types of fine grinding wheels and wool wheels to be matched with grinding paste to realize grinding, grinding and polishing, and the lowest roughness can reach the mirror surface effect of 0.01 mu m. For various curved surfaces of strange small-sized workpieces, a hand-held workpiece grinding and polishing mode is adopted, a hand-held grinding auxiliary support can be utilized, the workpiece is manually held according to requirements, and after the workpiece is subjected to abrasive belt coarse grinding, abrasive wheel fine grinding and polyurethane soft abrasive wheel polishing, a polishing wheel (a wool wheel or a polishing cloth wheel) driven by the output of the left end of a main motor can be further utilized to be matched with grinding pastes with different granularities to realize fine grinding and polishing.
The device is a universal small machine tool equipment which gathers all grinding tools to finish various grinding operations, is mainly used for various small workpieces, and is suitable for various workshops to replace the painstaking operation of craftsmen, such as clock repairing, repeated engraving, artistic carving and jade ware polishing. On the other hand, the precision and the surface quality can be improved and the working efficiency can be improved compared with the pure manual operation.
Of course, the size proportion is enlarged, large and medium all-purpose grinding machines can be manufactured, and a plurality of manual feeding or operation can be configured with a motor or a tool fixture to carry out motor-driven grinding and polishing.

1. A table type universal full-grinding tool grinding device is characterized by comprising a base (1), wherein a main grinding head driven by a main motor (4) is arranged on the base (1), and the main grinding head comprises a plurality of grinding tools which are coaxially arranged;
the side surface of the main grinding head is provided with an adjusting wheel system for driving a workpiece to rotate and axially move, a workpiece support (71) for placing the workpiece is arranged between the adjusting wheel system and the main grinding head, the adjusting wheel system and the workpiece support (71) jointly form an excircle grinding device for centerless excircle grinding of the workpiece;
a plane grinding manual workbench is arranged below the main grinding head, a movable workbench (43) used for driving a workpiece to move below the main grinding head is arranged in the plane grinding manual workbench, and workpiece fixing areas corresponding to the grinding tools one by one are arranged on the movable workbench (43); an abrasive belt grinding head for grinding the surface of the workpiece through an abrasive belt is arranged above the main grinding head, and the main grinding head, the plane grinding manual workbench and the abrasive belt grinding head jointly form a plane grinding device for plane grinding of the workpiece;
an inner circle grinding device is arranged on the base (1), and the inner circle grinding device is used for carrying out inner circle grinding on the inner hole of the workpiece by driving an inner circle grinding wheel (28) or carrying out inner circle grinding by utilizing an abrasive belt to penetrate through the inner hole of the workpiece;
the grinding machine is characterized in that a handheld grinding device is arranged on the base (1) and comprises a handheld tool grinding device and a handheld workpiece grinding device, wherein the handheld tool grinding device comprises a hanging grinding machine (15), and the handheld workpiece grinding device comprises a polishing wheel (13) and an auxiliary support (35) which is arranged below the main grinding head and used for supporting a workpiece.

The universal table grinder milling device according to claim 1, wherein the primary grinding head includes a primary grinding head support, a primary grinding head spindle, and a grinding tool, wherein the grinding tool includes a belt-grinding head contact wheel (36), a grinding wheel (38), a polyurethane soft grinding wheel (45);
the pair of main grinding head supports (32) and (47) is arranged, the bottoms of the main grinding head supports (32) and (47) are fixed on the base (1), and two ends of a main shaft (52) of the main grinding head are movably connected with bearing holes formed in the main grinding head supports (32) and (47); the main motor (4) is arranged on the base (1), and the left end of the main grinding head spindle (52) is connected with the output shaft at the right end of the main motor (4) through a coupler;
the main grinding head spindle (52) is a step spindle, and the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel (36) penetrates through the left end of the main grinding head spindle (52), is limited by a shaft shoulder and is fixed; the grinding wheel (38) penetrates through the right end of the main grinding head spindle (52) and is fixed after being limited by a shaft shoulder; the polyurethane soft grinding wheel (45) penetrates from the right end of the main grinding head spindle (52) and is fixed after being limited by a shaft shoulder.

The grinding device of the table type universal full-grinding tool according to claim 1, wherein the regulating wheel system comprises a regulating wheel bracket (54), a hyperboloid regulating wheel (55), a slave triangular belt wheel (56), a regulating wheel motor (57), a master triangular belt wheel (72), an α angle wedge block (73) and a regulating wheel spindle (77);
the hyperboloid adjusting wheels (55) are fixedly arranged on the adjusting wheel main shaft (77), the adjusting wheel brackets (54) are arranged in pair, and two ends of the adjusting wheel main shaft (77) are movably connected with bearing holes in the adjusting wheel brackets (54); wherein, the bearing hole on the right regulating wheel bracket (54) is of a split structure, and the upper half part of the bearing hole is an openable bearing upper cover (78); the adjusting wheel motor (57) is arranged on the adjusting wheel bracket (54) and is positioned on one side of the adjusting wheel bracket (54) on the left side, the main triangular belt wheel (72) is arranged on an output shaft of the adjusting wheel motor (57), and the secondary triangular belt wheel (56) is connected with the left end of the adjusting wheel main shaft (77) and is connected with the main triangular belt wheel (72) through a triangular belt;
the α angle wedge block (73) is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting wheel bracket (54), so that a α angle is formed between the main shaft (77) of the adjusting wheel and the base, and the axial height of the hyperboloid adjusting wheel (55) can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the α angle wedge block (73) at the bottom of the adjusting wheel bracket (54).

The grinding device of the table type universal full grinder as claimed in claim 2, wherein the manual plane grinding worktable comprises a lead screw guide rail support (37), a tapered roller bearing (39), a hand wheel (40), a rectangular lead screw (41), a lead screw nut (42), a circular guide rail (44) and the movable worktable (43);
the lead screw guide rail support (37) is mounted on the base (1) below the main grinding head, two ends of the rectangular lead screw (41) are mounted on the lead screw guide rail support (37) through tapered roller bearings (39), the hand wheel (40) is mounted on the outer side of the lead screw guide rail support (37), and the hand wheel (40) is fixedly connected with the end of the rectangular lead screw (41); a pair of circular guide rails (44) are arranged on the lead screw guide rail support (37) and positioned at two sides of the rectangular lead screw (41), and two ends of each circular guide rail (44) are connected with the lead screw guide rail support (37); the bottom of the movable workbench (43) is provided with the screw nut (42) and a pair of circular guide sleeves, wherein the screw nut (42) is assembled on the rectangular screw (41), and the circular guide sleeves are assembled on the circular guide rails (44) and are in clearance fit;
the movable workbench (43) is provided with three workpiece fixing areas corresponding to a sand belt grinding head contact wheel (36), a grinding wheel (38) and a polyurethane soft grinding wheel (45) in the main grinding head respectively, when plane grinding operation is carried out, a workpiece needing to be ground into a plane is fixed on the corresponding workpiece fixing area by using a clamp according to grinding requirements, then a hand wheel (40) is shaken, and under the cooperation of a lead screw nut (42) and a rectangular lead screw (41), the movable workbench (43) is driven to move, so that the workpiece is ground into a plane by using the main grinding head.

The universal table grinder milling device according to claim 1, wherein the belt wheel head comprises a belt wheel head contact wheel (36), a pressure plate (64), a top tension wheel (65), a movable bracket (67), a spring (68), a free tension wheel (69), a tension wheel bracket (70) and the belt (62);
the tensioning wheel bracket (70) is fixed at the upper parts of the main grinding head brackets (37) and (42), the empty tensioning wheel (69) is arranged on one side surface of the tensioning wheel bracket (70) through a wheel carrier, and the position of the empty tensioning wheel (69) on the wheel carrier is adjustable; the top of the tensioning wheel support (70) is provided with the movable support (67) through an inner hole, the spring (68) is sleeved outside the movable support (67) and is in clearance fit with the inner hole, the top tensioning wheel (65) is fixedly arranged at the top of the movable support (67), the abrasive belt (62) is sleeved on the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel (36) and bypasses the empty tensioning wheel (69) and the top tensioning wheel (65), and the abrasive belt (62) is tensioned through the top tensioning wheel (65) under the elastic action of the spring (68);
the other side of the tension wheel support (70) is provided with the press grinding plate (64), the press grinding plate (64) is positioned below the abrasive belt (62) and is fixed on the tension wheel support (70) through the stud (63) and the locking nut, and the position of the press grinding plate (64) can be adjusted by rotating the stud (63) and the locking nut;
for a hand-held workpiece, when the abrasive belt (62) is driven by the abrasive belt grinding head contact wheel (36) to rotate, the hand-held workpiece is contacted with the abrasive belt (62) on the surface of the pressure grinding plate (64), and the plane grinding of the hand-held workpiece is realized.
