The bin gate 18 is closed, the motor 24 is started, the rotation of the motor 24 drives the air lifter 22 to rotate, the rotation of the air lifter 22 forms air coiling, the suction force of the air coiling passes through the outer tube 21, sand located in the accommodating hole 17 right below the air coiling is sucked up completely and enters the outer cover 25 along the outer tube 21, meanwhile, the sand is sprayed onto the engine cylinder cover located in the middle of the bin body 11, the engine cylinder cover is polished and cleaned, the fallen sand slides into the accommodating hole 17 along the guide block 15 from new time, is sucked up again and is sprayed onto the engine cylinder cover for cleaning, and the operation is circulated in this way, and the polishing and cleaning of the engine cylinder cover are completed.
