Background
The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm. The block chain (Blockchain) is an important concept of the bitcoin, is essentially a decentralized database, and is used as a bottom-layer technology of the bitcoin, and is a series of data blocks which are generated by correlation by using a cryptographic method, wherein each data block contains information of a batch of bitcoin network transactions, and the information is used for verifying the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generating a next block. The current block chain network type is divided into a public chain, a alliance chain and a private chain according to the data openness degree, wherein the public chain is open to all people or organizations, and any people or organizations can be added into the public chain; the alliance chain belongs to a semi-open mode, has an admission mechanism, has designated consensus nodes, and is a block chain network participated by a specific plurality of social groups (banks, enterprises, government institutions and the like); the private chain refers to a block chain network in which all nodes in the network are mastered by a social group. Different block chains can be applied in various aspects such as virtual currency, audit treatment and the like.
The current entity election has problems: although the election is a democratic election, the statistical process of the election result is not supervised by the public, and the election result is easy to be maliciously tampered; secondly, the privacy of voters cannot be comprehensively protected, which voter voters cast the votes can be found by tracing through electronic voting equipment such as an electronic voter, and the privacy of the voters cannot be protected, so that the voters have risks in voting and cannot vote fairly, justly and reasonably; thirdly, the electronic voting machine is time-saving and labor-saving compared with the common voting machine, but is not trusted by people due to the reasons, and the common paper voting machine has the problem of dark box operation such as invisible process due to long process.
