Abstract
The invention discloses a composite door body, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. According to the invention, the door shell is arranged between the upper door end cover and the lower door end cover, and the door panel is arranged outside the door shell, so that the door has a simple and practical structure, is not easy to deform, has relatively low cost, can give consideration to the strength and the attractiveness of a product, and improves the user experience.

According to the invention, the door lining is matched with the upper door end cover, the lower door end cover and the door shell to form a closed cavity, and the interior of the closed cavity is filled with a heat-insulating material, so that the door has good sealing and heat-insulating properties.
4. According to the door body, the groove is formed in the door shell to contain the viscous colloid, and the door panel is more tightly combined with the door panel in a mode of leaking the heat insulation material through the holes, so that the integrity of the door body is improved, the structure is simple and practical, and the strength and the attractiveness are both considered.

as shown in fig. 1, a door handle 3 is installed on one side of a door liner 4 and is positioned on one side of a door body, so that a user can conveniently open and close the door, and the door liner is assembled with a door shell 6 through a clamping groove 32; a door shell 6 is arranged between the upper door end cover 5 and the lower door end cover 2, and in consideration of the portability of the door body, the door shell 6 is made of a cold-rolled steel plate with the thickness of 0.5mm generally and can be made of other materials; the door shell 6, the door handle 3, the upper door end cover 5 and the lower door end cover 2 form a door body frame.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the door panel 1 is installed on the outer side of the door shell 6, and the main appearance part of the door body is located on the outermost layer of the door body and is bonded with the upper door end cover 5, the lower door end cover 2, the door handle 3 and the door shell 6 together to form a door body main body; the door panel 1 is fixed on the door shell 6 through viscous colloid and foaming liquid.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, one side of the lower door end cover 2 is bent upwards to form a lower bent edge 21; the lower bent edge 21 is matched with the lower end of the door liner 4 in an installing way, the door liner 4 is positioned on the inner side of the door body, and a closed space is formed together with other parts of the door body.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the door handle 3 is integrally formed with an upper bent 31 at one side; the other side of the door handle 3 is provided with a clamping groove 32; the upper bent edge 31 is installed and matched with the side end of the door liner 4.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, an upper door end cover 5 is integrally formed with an upper beading structure 51 at one side; the upper crimping structure 51 is fitted to the upper end engagement portion.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8-9, the upper and lower ends of the door shell 6 are respectively provided with an upper flange 61 and a lower flange 62; a side flanging 63 is arranged on one side surface of the door shell 6; the upper flange 61 is matched with the other side of the upper door end cover 5 in an installing way; the lower flanging 62 is matched with the other side of the lower door end cover 2 in an installing way; the side flange 63 is fitted into the engaging groove 32.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the other side surface of the door housing 6 is provided with an upper beading portion 66; a plurality of holes 64 are formed on one surface of the door shell 6; the upper bent portion 66 is fitted to the other side end of the door liner 4.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9-11, the door shell 6 is provided with a groove 65 along the extension of the hole 64 region for accommodating the viscous gel, and the viscous gel is more tightly combined with the door panel 1 by means of the heat insulation material leaking through the hole 64, thereby forming the door body structure.
Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 9-11, the recess 65 is a rectangular ring-shaped structure.

the upper flanging (61) is matched with the other side of the upper door end cover (5) in an installing way; the lower flanging (62) is matched with the other side of the lower door end cover (2) in an installing way; the side flanging (63) is matched with the clamping groove (32) in an installing mode.
