Abstract
本发明公开了多功能组合式LED应急灯,包括灯罩和组合板,所述灯罩远离组合板的一侧开有槽口,所述槽口内安装有灯体、伸缩杆、挡板和锂电池,所述灯体固定安装在灯座内,所述灯座远离挡板的一端与槽口内腔的底壁固定粘接,所述灯罩的顶壁固定安装有插槽、烟雾感应器和蜂鸣器,所述灯罩内还安装有PLC,所述烟雾感应器和蜂鸣器均与PLC电性连接,所述灯罩的侧壁上还安装有灯管、金属网和支杆。该多功能组合式LED应急灯,通过设置了蜂鸣器、烟雾感应器和PLC并使之电性连接,当周围环境发生火灾时,空气中的烟雾会被烟雾感应器及时检测到,再由PLC驱动蜂鸣器报警,提醒周围的人员。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于应急灯具技术领域,具体涉及多功能组合式LED应急灯。
背景技术
现有LED应急灯大致分为两种,其中一种是消防应急灯,另一种是照明应急灯。消防应急灯通常设置在公共场所中,在发生火灾等公共突发事件时,用以指示逃生路线,这种照明灯的缺点是:发生火灾时不能检测到周围环境中的烟雾,从而不能提醒周围的人员;照明应急灯通常用于家居生活,在停电的情况下用于照明使用,这种照明灯的缺点是:应急灯的位置是固定的,不能移动,不能在上下楼梯时起到引路的作用。除此以外,现有的LED应急灯还存在以下问题:1、不具有消灭蚊虫的装置;2、灯光过于刺眼时没有解决办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供多功能组合式LED应急灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:多功能组合式LED应急灯,包括灯罩和组合板,所述灯罩远离组合板的一侧开有槽口,所述槽口内安装有灯体、伸缩杆、挡板和锂电池,所述灯体固定安装在灯座内,所述灯座远离挡板的一端与槽口内腔的底壁固定粘接,所述灯罩的顶壁固定安装有插槽、烟雾感应器和蜂鸣器,所述灯罩内还安装有PLC,所述烟雾感应器和蜂鸣器均与PLC电性连接,所述灯罩的侧壁上还安装有灯管、金属网和支杆,所述金属网的两端均通过支杆与灯罩连接,所述支杆的两端分别与金属网和灯罩的侧壁均固定粘接,所述组合板的一端与灯罩远离槽口一侧的侧壁焊接,其另一端通过固定座固定在墙壁上,所述固定座包括本体、卡槽、安装板和螺孔。
优选的,所述伸缩杆的两端分别与槽口内腔的侧壁和竖直设置的挡板的侧壁固定粘接,所述挡板设在灯体靠近槽口一侧。
优选的,所述插槽设在烟雾感应器和蜂鸣器之间,所述锂电池安装在槽口内腔的顶壁,所述插槽与锂电池电性连接。
优选的,所述金属网的竖直剖面为“C”字形,所述灯管、金属网和支杆均设有两组且在灯罩的两侧对称分布。
优选的,所述本体的水平剖面为“T”字形,所述卡槽开在本体内,所述本体的两侧均焊接有安装板,两组所述安装板的中央均开有螺孔。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该多功能组合式LED应急灯,通过设置了蜂鸣器、烟雾感应器和PLC并使之电性连接,当发生火灾时,空气中的烟雾会被烟雾感应器及时检测到,再由PLC驱动蜂鸣器报警,提醒周围的人员;通过设置了组合板和固定座,组合板可以与固定座上的卡槽插接固定,再通过螺栓与螺孔的旋接作用使灯罩固定在墙壁上,当外界照明工具失效时,还可以方便地将组合板从固定座上取下,将灯体当做照明工具使用,能在上下楼梯时起到引路的作用;通过设置了金属网、支杆和灯管,利用插槽给金属网和灯管通电,灯管发光可以吸引蚊虫,再利用金属网将蚊虫击晕消灭蚊虫;通过设置了伸缩杆和挡板,在需要的时候可以利用挡板将灯体遮盖,防止灯体的灯光过于强烈而刺眼。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的多功能组合式LED应急灯,包括灯罩1和组合板14,所述灯罩1远离组合板14的一侧开有槽口2,所述槽口2内安装有灯体4、伸缩杆5、挡板6和锂电池8,伸缩杆5由手动控制,挡板6为半透明塑料板,起到减弱灯体4的光线强度的作用,所述灯体4固定安装在灯座3内,所述灯座3远离挡板6的一端与槽口2内腔的底壁固定粘接,所述灯罩1的顶壁固定安装有插槽7、烟雾感应器9和蜂鸣器10,插槽7与外接电源连接可以给锂电池8、金属网12和灯管11供电,烟雾感应器9的型号为GS507D,蜂鸣器10的型号为AD16-22SM,所述灯罩1内还安装有PLC,PLC的型号为S7-200,所述烟雾感应器9和蜂鸣器10均与PLC电性连接,所述灯罩1的侧壁上还安装有灯管11、金属网12和支杆13,所述金属网12的两端均通过支杆13与灯罩1连接,所述支杆13的两端分别与金属网12和灯罩1的侧壁均固定粘接,所述组合板14的一端与灯罩1远离槽口2一侧的侧壁焊接,组合板14的水平剖面为“T”字形,其另一端通过固定座15固定在墙壁上,所述固定座15包括本体16、卡槽17、安装板18和螺孔19。
具体的,所述伸缩杆5的两端分别与槽口2内腔的侧壁和竖直设置的挡板6的侧壁固定粘接,所述挡板6设在灯体4靠近槽口2一侧,利用伸缩杆5可以控制挡板6的移动,从而在需要的时候阻挡灯体4的光线强度。
具体的,所述插槽7设在烟雾感应器9和蜂鸣器10之间,所述锂电池8安装在槽口2内腔的顶壁,所述插槽7与锂电池8电性连接,插槽7可以给锂电池8供电,锂电池8用于给灯体4供电。
具体的,所述金属网12的竖直剖面为“C”字形,所述灯管11、金属网12和支杆13均设有两组且在灯罩1的两侧对称分布,金属网12类似于电蚊拍上的电网,用于击晕蚊虫,将蚊虫除去。
具体的,所述本体16的水平剖面为“T”字形,所述卡槽17开在本体16内,所述本体16的两侧均焊接有安装板18,两组所述安装板18的中央均开有螺孔19,利用螺栓和螺孔19可以将本体16固定在墙壁上,卡槽17的形状与组合板14的形状匹配,从而组合板14可以与卡槽17插接固定。
具体的,该多功能组合式LED应急灯,在使用时,首先将组合板14与卡槽17插接固定,再利用螺栓和螺孔19将本体16与墙壁旋接固定,使灯罩1固定在墙壁上,当周围环境发生火灾产生烟雾时会被烟雾感应器9检测到,烟雾感应器9传输一电信号至PLC,PLC驱动蜂鸣器10报警提醒周围的人员,在自然状态下,通过插槽7给锂电池8、灯管11和金属网12供电,一方面可以储存电量,以便于在停电时使用灯体4,另一方面灯管11和金属网12工作可以除去周围环境中的蚊虫,当需要将灯罩1取下时,将组合板14与卡槽17分离即可,还可以根据需要调整挡板6的位置,防止灯体4的灯管太过强烈而刺眼。

1.一种多功能组合式LED应急灯,包括灯罩(1)和组合板(14),其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)远离组合板(14)的一侧开有槽口(2),所述槽口(2)内安装有灯体(4)、伸缩杆(5)、挡板(6)和锂电池(8),所述灯体(4)固定安装在灯座(3)内,所述灯座(3)远离挡板(6)的一端与槽口(2)内腔的底壁固定粘接,所述灯罩(1)的顶壁固定安装有插槽(7)、烟雾感应器(9)和蜂鸣器(10),所述灯罩(1)内还安装有PLC,所述烟雾感应器(9)和蜂鸣器(10)均与PLC电性连接,所述灯罩(1)的侧壁上还安装有灯管(11)、金属网(12)和支杆(13),所述金属网(12)的两端均通过支杆(13)与灯罩(1)连接,所述支杆(13)的两端分别与金属网(12)和灯罩(1)的侧壁均固定粘接,所述组合板(14)的一端与灯罩(1)远离槽口(2)一侧的侧壁焊接,其另一端通过固定座(15)固定在墙壁上,所述固定座(15)包括本体(16)、卡槽(17)、安装板(18)和螺孔(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式LED应急灯,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(5)的两端分别与槽口(2)内腔的侧壁和竖直设置的挡板(6)的侧壁固定粘接,所述挡板(6)设在灯体(4)靠近槽口(2)一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式LED应急灯,其特征在于:所述插槽(7)设在烟雾感应器(9)和蜂鸣器(10)之间,所述锂电池(8)安装在槽口(2)内腔的顶壁,所述插槽(7)与锂电池(8)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式LED应急灯,其特征在于:所述金属网(12)的竖直剖面为“C”字形,所述灯管(11)、金属网(12)和支杆(13)均设有两组且在灯罩(1)的两侧对称分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式LED应急灯,其特征在于:所述本体(16)的水平剖面为“T”字形,所述卡槽(17)开在本体(16)内,所述本体(16)的两侧均焊接有安装板(18),两组所述安装板(18)的中央均开有螺孔(19)。
