Detailed Description
The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the caster bracket device of the ladder of the invention, which can be assembled and disassembled without using tools, comprises a wheel carrier and a manual locking component; the wheel carrier comprises a roller part 1 and a ladder foot part 2, and the roller part 1 and the ladder foot part 2 are integrally formed by injection molding.
The roller part 1 is arranged on one side of the ladder foot part 2, the roller part 1 is used for installing the roller 3, an open part is arranged on one side of the ladder foot part 2, the ladder foot part 2 is inserted and sleeved on the ladder foot 4 through the open part, and symmetrical top plate hole grooves 5 are formed in side plates, located on two sides of the open part, of the ladder foot part 2.
In the actual use process, because the ladder foot 4 is usually in an inclined state, the ladder foot 2 and the roller part 1 need to be designed to be in a relatively inclined state, so that the plane where the ladder foot 2 is located and the roller shaft of the roller 3 form an included angle of 5-10 degrees, and the included angle is 7 degrees in the embodiment; when in use, the ladder foot 2 is matched with the inclined ladder foot 4, so that the wheel axle of the roller 3 on the roller part 1 can be kept horizontal.
The manual locking assembly comprises a top plate 6, a thrust part 7 and a friction part, two ends of the top plate 6 are respectively matched with top plate hole grooves 5 on two side plates of the ladder foot part 2, and the thrust part 7 is used for driving the friction part to press the ladder foot 4; in this embodiment, the pushing member 7 is a threaded rod with a knob, and a threaded hole is provided on the top plate 6 to be engaged therewith.
The thrust component 7 can also be a pressure wrench, a buckle or other pressing components.
As shown in fig. 3-4, as an embodiment of the present solution, the friction member is a disk-shaped member 8, and the disk-shaped member 8 is rotatably engaged with the end of the threaded rod; rotating the threaded rod causes the disc-shaped part 8 to press the ladder foot 4, and the disc-shaped part 8 and the ladder foot 4 fix the whole device and the ladder foot 4 relatively through friction pressing force.
As shown in fig. 5, as another embodiment of the present scheme, the friction member is a friction pressing plate 9, the middle part of the top plate 6 is provided with a convex part 10 protruding outwards, the threaded rod is in threaded fit with the convex part 10, and the end part of the threaded rod abuts against the friction pressing plate 9; the friction pressing plate 9 is pressed on the ladder foot 4 by rotating the threaded rod, and the integral device and the ladder foot 4 are relatively fixed by the friction pressing force of the friction pressing plate 9 and the ladder foot 4.
