Abstract
The invention relates to a rainwater collecting and secondary utilizing system which comprises a siphon inlet, a flow filtering belt, a sewage pipe, a water overflow pit, a buffer water device, a collecting box, a flushing pipe, an overflow pipe, a flushing pipe, a water outlet, a water drainage pipe and a collecting pipe. The beneficial effects are as follows: 1) rainwater is collected and is used for garden watering and landscape water, and the rainwater is recycled, so that the circular economy concept is met; 2) increasingly deficient water resources are saved; 3) the pressure of urban drainage can be reduced.

a rainwater collecting and secondary utilizing system comprises a siphon inlet, a filtering belt, a sewage pipe, a water overflow pit, a buffer water device, a collecting box, a flushing pipe, an overflow pipe, a flushing pipe, a water outlet, a drain pipe and a collecting pipe, and is characterized in that a first layer of filter screen is arranged at the siphon inlet, one end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with a rainwater collecting main pipe at each position of a building body, and the other end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with the filtering belt; one end of the filter belt corresponding to the siphon inlet is communicated with the overflow pit through a sewage pipe, and a second layer of filter screen is arranged at the middle lower part and is communicated with the buffer water device through a pipeline; one end of the buffer water device is communicated with the overflow pit through a flushing pipe, and the other end of the buffer water device is communicated with the collecting box through a collecting pipe; the upper part of the left side of the collecting box is provided with an overflow port which is communicated with the overflow pit through an overflow pipe, the lower part of the left side of the collecting box is provided with a flushing port which is communicated with the overflow pit through a flushing pipe, and the lower part of the right side of the collecting box is provided with a water outlet; the overflow pit is communicated with sewage through a drain pipe.
The drain pipe is 2U type structure pipelines, all is equipped with the stagnant water valve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) rainwater is collected and is used for garden watering and landscape water, and the rainwater is recycled, so that the circular economy concept is met;
2) increasingly deficient water resources are saved;
3) the pressure of urban drainage can be reduced.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, the rainwater collection and secondary utilization system comprises an siphon inlet 1, a filtering belt 2, a sewage pipe 3, an overflow pit 4, a buffer water device 5, a collecting box 6, a flushing pipe 7, an overflow pipe 8, a flushing pipe 9, a water outlet 10, a drainage pipe 11 and a collecting pipe 12, wherein a first layer of filter screen (removing impurities with large volume such as leaves and branches) is arranged at the siphon inlet 1, one end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with a rainwater collection main pipe at each part of a building body, and the other end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with the filtering belt 2; one end of the flow filtering belt 2 corresponding to the siphon inlet 1 is communicated with an overflow pit 4 through a sewage pipe 3, and a second layer of filter screen (for screening out small-volume impurities) is arranged at the middle lower part and is communicated with a buffer water device 5 through a pipeline; one end of the buffer water device 5 is communicated with the overflow pit 4 through a flushing pipe 7, and the other end of the buffer water device is communicated with the collecting box 6 through a collecting pipe 12; an overflow hole is formed in the upper portion of the left side of the collecting box 6 and is communicated with the overflow pit 4 through an overflow pipe 8, a flushing hole is formed in the lower portion of the left side of the collecting box 6 and is communicated with the overflow pit 4 through a flushing pipe 9, a water outlet 10 is formed in the lower portion of the right side of the collecting box 6, rainwater stored in the collecting box 6 can be used for garden irrigation, landscape water and the like through a valve switch, and the valve switch is locked to prevent water leakage after the water is poured; the overflow pit 4 is communicated with sewage through a drain pipe 11.
The drain pipes 11 are 2U-shaped pipelines, prevent odor from turning to the upper surface of the device, and are provided with water stop valves which are manually controlled.
The working principle is as follows:
1) rainwater at all positions of a building body flows into the main pipe and then is collected at the siphon inlet 1 of the device, and a first layer of filter screen is arranged at the siphon inlet 1, so that the device is mainly used for removing sundries (such as leaves, branches and the like) with larger volume;
2) rainwater enters the flow filtering belt 2, and when the flow rate of the rainwater is high, the rainwater directly reaches the overflow pit 4 through the sewage pipe 3, so that the water inlet pipe of the water buffering device 5 is prevented from being damaged by the impact of the water flow;
3) when the flow rate of the rainwater is slow, the rainwater slowly flows into the buffer water device 5 through secondary filtration (small-volume sundries are screened out in a mesh mode) arranged at the middle lower part, and after the buffer water device 5 is fully loaded, the rainwater gradually flows into the collecting box 6 through the collecting pipe 12; rainwater flows into the buffer water device 5 firstly to resist the impact pressure of water flow and protect the service life of a water inlet pipe of the collecting box 6, namely the collecting pipe 12; a valve is arranged at one end of the buffer water device 5 connected with the overflow pit 4, and the buffer water device is opened by manual operation when the buffer water device is cleaned;
4) rainwater flows into the collecting box 6, and when the water volume exceeds the volume range, water flows out of an overflow pipe 8 at the middle upper part of the box body of the collecting box 6 and flows into an overflow pit 4; the lower part of the collecting box 6 is provided with a water outlet 10, rainwater stored in the collecting box 6 can be used for garden watering, landscape water and the like through a valve switch, and the valve switch is locked to prevent water leakage after the water is used; the bottom of the collecting box 6 is provided with a flushing pipe 9, when the cleaning work is carried out, a valve of the flushing pipe 9 is opened, and impurities in the collecting box 6 are flushed into the overflow pit 4;
5) the overflow pit 4 is used for receiving the sewage pipe 3, the flushing pipe 7, the overflow pipe 8 and the flushing pipe 9, all useless rainwater is concentrated in the overflow pit 4 for treatment, two drainage pipes 11 are arranged in the overflow pit 4, and when the water level is higher than the pipe openings, sewage flows into a sewage sedimentation tank for final treatment; the drain pipe 11 is designed in a U shape to prevent odor from reversely flowing to the upper surface of the device, and is also provided with a water stop valve which can be manually controlled.

A rainwater collecting and secondary utilizing system comprises a siphon inlet, a filtering belt, a sewage pipe, a water overflow pit, a buffer water device, a collecting box, a flushing pipe, an overflow pipe, a flushing pipe, a water outlet, a drain pipe and a collecting pipe, and is characterized in that a first layer of filter screen is arranged at the siphon inlet, one end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with a rainwater collecting main pipe at each position of a building body, and the other end of the first layer of filter screen is communicated with the filtering belt; one end of the filter belt corresponding to the siphon inlet is communicated with the overflow pit through a sewage pipe, and a second layer of filter screen is arranged at the middle lower part and is communicated with the buffer water device through a pipeline; one end of the buffer water device is communicated with the overflow pit through a flushing pipe, and the other end of the buffer water device is communicated with the collecting box through a collecting pipe; the upper part of the left side of the collecting box is provided with an overflow port which is communicated with the overflow pit through an overflow pipe, the lower part of the left side of the collecting box is provided with a flushing port which is communicated with the overflow pit through a flushing pipe, and the lower part of the right side of the collecting box is provided with a water outlet; the overflow pit is communicated with sewage through a drain pipe.
