When the triggering times of the counting sensor 13 reach a set value, that is, when the number of the packaged profiles falling into the second blanking temporary storage area 20 reaches the set value, the controller 2 sends an instruction to the second oil cylinder 13 to instruct the second oil cylinder to work so as to push out the profiles temporarily stored in the second blanking temporary storage area 20 upwards.
And a third material kicking device which is arranged on the rear side plate of the automatic packing machine 5 and is used for kicking the section bar pushed out from the second blanking temporary storage area 20 onto the lifting platform 6, wherein the third material kicking device is in control connection with the controller 2. In this embodiment, the third kicker comprises a second cylinder 15. The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows: the section bar 30 is transmitted to the feeding platform 3 from the tail end of the production line, the section bar 30 touches the counting limit switch 7 in the transmission process, the counting limit switch 7 transmits a trigger signal to the controller 2, the controller 2 counts and transmits an instruction to the first air cylinder 8, the first air cylinder 8 is instructed to work so as to kick off the section bar 30 on the receiving platform 3, and the section bar 30 slides 41 to the first blanking temporary storage buffer area 10 along the bending buffer section; when the triggering time of the counting limit switch 7 reaches a set value, namely the number of the sectional materials 30 falling into the first blanking temporary storage area 10 reaches the set value, the controller 2 sends an instruction to the first oil cylinder 9 to instruct the first oil cylinder 9 to work so that the sectional materials temporarily stored in the first blanking temporary storage area are pushed out upwards; after the profile is pushed upwards from the first blanking temporary storage area 10, the controller 2 sends an instruction to the second air cylinder 12 to instruct the second air cylinder 14 to work so as to kick the profile pushed out from the first blanking temporary storage area 10 onto the automatic packing machine 5, the controller 2 instructs the automatic packing machine 5to pack, and after the packing is finished, the controller 2 instructs the second air cylinder 14 to work so as to kick the packed profile into the second blanking temporary storage area 20; when the triggering time of the counting sensor reaches a set value, namely the number (bundling number) of the packaged sectional materials falling into the second blanking temporary storage area 20 reaches the set value, the controller 2 sends an instruction to the second oil cylinder 9 to instruct the second oil cylinder 9 to work so as to push out the packaged sectional materials in the second blanking temporary storage area 10 upwards; after the packed section bar is pushed upwards from the second blanking temporary storage area 20, the controller 2 sends an instruction to the third cylinder to instruct the third cylinder to work so as to kick the section bar pushed out from the second blanking temporary storage area 20 onto the lifting platform 5, and the section bar kicked onto the lifting platform 5 is transported away by a crane, so that the mechanical automatic blanking and packing are realized, the manpower is greatly saved, and the production cost is reduced.
