It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention relates to a control method of a condensing fan of an air conditioning unit, which aims at the air conditioning unit of a railway vehicle, the air conditioning unit of the railway vehicle comprises a compressor 1, an evaporator 4, a condenser 2 and the condensing fan 21 which are connected through pipelines, and the air conditioning unit also comprises a frequency converter 23 which can adjust the rotating speed of the condensing fan 21 according to passenger capacity and fresh air volume.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning unit includes an outdoor unit including a condenser 2 and a condensing fan 21, and an indoor unit including an evaporator 4 and a fan 41 for the evaporator 4, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit being connected to each other through a pipe and to the compressor 1, and a throttle device 3 being connected to a communication pipe between the evaporator 4 and the condenser 2.
In order to avoid continuous high-frequency operation of the fan, reduce operation noise and prolong the service life of the fan, in the invention, the condensing fan 21 is provided with the frequency converter 23 which can regulate and control the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 in real time, and the frequency converter 23 regulates and controls the real-time operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 through passenger capacity data. In this embodiment, the condenser 2 includes a condenser coil, which may be a finned condenser, and the condenser coil is provided with a plurality of fins to increase the heat dissipation effect, or a plate-and-tube condenser, which is a condenser with any other structure.
In order to further precisely control the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21, in the present embodiment, the frequency converter 23 adjusts and controls the real-time operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 according to the passenger capacity data and the fresh air volume.
The air conditioning unit also comprises a four-way valve to realize the conversion of refrigeration and heating.
The air conditioning unit further comprises a main controller 5, the main controller 5 is electrically connected with the compressor 1, the frequency converter 23 and the vehicle control system 6, signal transmission can be achieved, and the main controller 5 controls the on-off of the air conditioning unit through remote control or on-off. The main controller 5 is internally provided with a data processing module, the data processing module is pre-stored with a fresh air volume interval, a passenger capacity interval and a condensation fan 21 operation frequency corresponding table, and the data processing module receives a load signal AW transmitted by a vehicle control system and calculates passenger capacity data of a carriage; the data processing module detects the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 so as to obtain the fresh air volume, selects corresponding operating frequency in the corresponding table, sends a signal to the frequency converter 23, and controls the operating frequency of the condensing fan 21 through the frequency converter 23.
In order to avoid frequent adjustment of the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21, a timing device may be provided in the main controller 5, and the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 may be adjusted every Ts according to the detected real-time passenger capacity data and real-time fresh air volume. The operating frequency of the condensing fan 21 is adjusted in the up-and-down peak period of personnel, so that the inaccurate adjustment is caused due to inaccurate data acquisition, and the operating frequency of the condensing fan 21 can be adjusted according to the detected real-time passenger load data and the real-time fresh air volume after the door opening and closing signal transmitted by the vehicle control system 6 is detected by the main controller 5 to avoid the condition.
The vehicle control system 6 is mainly electrically connected with each device of the vehicle and realizes the control of the operation of each device. The vehicle control system 6 controls the operation of the air conditioning unit and transmits a door opening and closing signal and a car load signal AW to the air conditioning unit main controller 5. The main controller 5 calculates the passenger capacity data in the carriage according to the carriage load signal AW, and the adjacent passenger capacity data form a passenger capacity interval. Specifically, the main controller 5 subtracts the original weight of the passenger in the vehicle compartment from the vehicle compartment load data, and divides the subtracted weight by the set weight of each person to obtain the passenger load data in the vehicle compartment. In the present embodiment, the weight of each person is set to be 60KG, which is a typical weight of an adult.
A fresh air valve 7 is arranged at a fresh air port of the air conditioning unit, and the fresh air valve 7 is in signal connection with the main controller 5 through an I/O board 8. The main controller 5 controls the opening N of the fresh air valve 7, adjusts the fresh air volume, receives a feedback signal of the opening N through the I/O board 8, and the main controller 5 obtains the fresh air volume according to the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 transmitted by the I/O board 8. A plurality of opening N are preset to the fresh air valve 7, and a fresh air volume interval is formed between two adjacent opening N. The opening N of the fresh air valve 7 is controlled by the main controller 5 and is determined by passenger capacity, the larger the passenger capacity is, the larger the opening value is, and the passenger capacity value determining the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 is different from the passenger capacity value determining the operation frequency of the condensing fan, for example: the passenger capacity numerical intervals of the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 are determined to be 0-10 persons and 10-20 persons …, and the passenger capacity numerical intervals of the operating frequency of the condensing fan are determined to be 0-15 persons and 15-30 persons ….
In this embodiment, for convenience of quantization and implementation, the compartment load data interval is converted into an interval corresponding to the compartment load signal AW, the fresh air volume interval is converted into an interval corresponding to the opening N of the fresh air valve 7, and the passenger load interval, the fresh air volume interval and the operating frequency correspondence table of the condensing fan 21 are the compartment load signal interval, the fresh air valve opening interval and the operating frequency correspondence table of the condensing fan 21 shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Compartment load signal interval, fresh air valve opening interval and condensing fan operating frequency corresponding table
As shown in table 1, the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 is determined by the compartment load signal interval and the opening interval of the fresh air valve.
In the control method of the condensing fan of the air conditioning unit, as shown in fig. 2, a vehicle control system 6 transmits a compartment load signal AW to a main controller 5; the main controller 5 detects the opening N of the fresh air valve 7; the main controller 5 detects whether the compressor is started, if so, the main controller 5 selects the corresponding fan operating frequency in table 1 according to the compartment load signal AW and the interval where the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 is located, and the frequency converter 23 controls the operating frequency of the condensing fan 21.
The main controller 5 continues to monitor the carriage load signal AW and the opening N of the fresh air valve 7. And detecting the compartment load signal AW and the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 again every Ts or after detecting a door opening and closing signal, obtaining the corresponding operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 according to a compartment load signal interval in which the compartment load signal AW and the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 are positioned and a table lookup 1 of the opening interval of the fresh air valve, and operating the condensing fan 21 at the corresponding operation frequency.
When the load signal AW of the carriage and the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 are both in the original region, maintaining the operating frequency of the condensing fan 21;
when the carriage load signal AW and only one opening N of the fresh air valve 7 are not in the current interval, the operating frequency of the condensing fan 21 is also maintained;
when the load signal AW of the carriage and the opening N of the fresh air valve 7 are not in the current interval, the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 corresponding to the interval where the fresh air volume and the passenger capacity are located is regulated and controlled.
That is, only when the fresh air volume and the passenger capacity are simultaneously changed, the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 is regulated, so that the operation frequency of the condensing fan 21 is regulated and controlled more accurately. By the control mode, the operation of the fan is regulated and controlled in real time instead of being operated at a high speed all the time, so that the operation noise is reduced, and the service life of the condensing fan is prolonged.
Similar solutions can be derived from the solution given in the figures, as described above. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
